3 out of 5 pharmacy staff members have been rude, disrespectful and poorly communicated changes to policies. The pharmacy takes too long to order medications. You will receive a text saying your prescription is ready. When you arrive to pick it up it won't be ready.

Listen If I could give 0 stars I would. Came to pick up 2 inhalers for children and was sent home twice (once to get my insurance card that they used 2 weeks ago) before being told they don't accept my insurance (THEY DO) and I should pay put of pocket (illegal for Michigan Medicaid users from a place where they are covered). All in all I ended up wasting 2 hours of time and only left with 1 inhaler because from the start it turns out they only had one in stock. A living nightmare while my kids are at home struggling to breathe. Thankfully the Walgreens on Red Arrow Highway not only helped me get the other inhaler but even stayed open 10 minutes late so I could rush to come and grab it. DO NOT COME HERE for the love of god.

John beers and Cleveland. Customer service has been going down hill for years.but today,, they had me sit behind a vehicle for 20 minutes at the drive thru..when the car finally pulled away they closed the window to go to lunchWhen I went inside to complain the girl that did it thought it was so funny I was upset. Come to find out they weren't even helping a customer.they had their friend sitting in the drive thru so they didn't have to help customers..judging by all these reviews I'm the last to know how awful they've gotten . I'll be spending a lot of time spreading the word far and wide about how awful they've become. And like the other reviewer..don't count on them for anythingthey're in charge of medicine that keeps us alive,, but they " will get to it when they git to iy".

This is the worst pharmacy personnel in michigan. The employees look like they should be working at a tatoo / piercing parlor. All the women with disfigured bodies. They are rude and unprofessional. One young girl with 5 rings in her lip is the rudest bossy little girl . They have screwed up so many orders and always blame the customer. Can’t believe Walgreens would hire these people.

Catastrophe of a pharmacy. Have had them blame multiple doctors offices for not sending in scripts when I have called to inquire if antibiotics or other needed meds were ready for pickup leading to multiple day delays, and I know for a fact those scripts were called in before I called to inquire. They open late, close early, and are randomly closed on days when they are supposed to be open. If they are closed, don't expect to learn that from the phone line; you will wait on hold indefinitely. Have literally looked through an empty window with no lights while the hold line says they are currently assisting other callers. Trying to get help on the phone or in-person is a losing proposition.I've never had an apology for any delay or issue, even when their mistakes lead to worsening conditions and emergency visits. It's always someone else's fault. The only reason to ever go here is if all other pharmacies in the area do not have a particular medication.

It's not a surprise yo see such low ratings.When asked about a price discrepancy , jasmine decided to let her snitty attitude loose.She promptly informed me that they don't need my business and I am free to shop elsewhere.Trust me this rude and unprofessional store will never get another cent from me.I will be glad to help the competitors edge thos place out.Maybe in the meantime jasmine can learn some manners and get control over that prissy mouth.

Been going to the one on Cleveland and John beers for over 13 years and it is going downhill fast! Rude service at the drive thru. Hours keep getting less and less closed for lunch for half hour. Waited in the drive thru 40 minutes get to window to see the closed for lunch sign. Says 30 minutes was closed 40 minutes. Now they are closing on weekends. I'm done. And the stupid voice activated phone service is a crock to!!! Apperently my voice don't work on it. I'm screaming at it and pushing zero for like 10 minutes before it connects me to the pharmacy then on hold for at least a half hour. Either hire some help or do something. Not a happy customer. Only gave 1 star because zero ain't an option!!! Wasn't that long ago I enjoyed this pharmacy but I'm steadily growing annoyed and thinking about changing. Sad cause it's only a few blocks from my house but I'm ready to drive 8 miles to a totally different pharmacy that had normal hours and friendly service. I didn't want to post this review but you made me Walgreens on Cleveland Ave and John Beers Rd! Not my fault!

I have driven to Stevensville twice now on snowy roads to pick up my prescriptions. I will have to do it again tomorrow. Here's some advice for the pharmacy clerks from someone who has had the job. Do not address your customer as "dear." I am not your dear, and I don't appreciate the condescension. Secondly, when a customer shows up to pick up a prescription that isn't ready, you take it out of the stack and put it in line to be filled. You do NOT tell the customer there are a hundred prescriptions ahead of theirs and they'll have to come back tomorrow. You do NOT argue with the customer. You fill their damn prescription so they don't have to come back. Some serious training is needed here. I'm giving two stars because not all the clerks are rude and condescending... just most of them.

The store is fine, with a ton of variety but I went in on Friday the 1st of November and asked the pharmacist if she could help me with something to suppress my cough at night. She was overtly rude and acted like I was bothering her. She went behind the counter and dropped a packet of pills on the counter and as I thanked her, she just walked away from me saying nothing. This is customer service at its worst and does not inspire confidence in her as a professional pharmacist nor the Walgreen name. I have frequented this store for over nine years. I will no longer be a customer of Walgreens. I work hard for my money and will spend it where I am treated as a valued customer and human being.

I have been getting my medication for over a year from Meijer Pharmacy. Today my medication was accidentally called into Walgreens I thought it wasn’t a big deal until I went to pick up my medication and they wanted to charge me $65 dollars more than Meijer does for the same pills. Shop around if you get your prescription from Walgreens because they are clearly overcharging!

Smooth move Walgreens, good way to lose customers! Cannot get ahold of you by phone! 45 minutes on hold and then it cuts off and says, "if you would like to make a call, please hang up and try again"!!It has been this way since early November!!! Also seems to apply to other branches as well. Seems that Walgreens is so well off it no longer needs customers so they don't answer their phones!

First encounter with the pharmacist was horrible. $2,800 worth of insulin; and they were so rude about helping with express pay along with being snotty. (I am only referring to the female pharmacist). Along with messing up multiple orders of prescriptions i have ordered, dealing with delays, and the latest excuse the guy told me "Sorry, I ordered it wrong and now it will be another week delay."Highly advise to go elsewhere!

Yesterday evening I had to pick up my medication through the drive thru and I can't even say I was greeted by the lady in the pharmacy, she literally just started at me and said "last name", she was very rude and never asked me if I had any questions about my new medication which I did but I was scared to even ask her, the whole time she was ringing me out she was complaining to the other pharmacy tech about who knows what and when she gave me my medication she never said anything either, I just stood there thinking there was more to my transaction! She had long black braids with gold rings clipped on them. Because of this incident I changed my medication pick up to Meijer, I had to call my Doctors office to ask questions about my medication because she never offered any help and while I was at it I just changed locations to Meijer pharmacy. I will never shop at Walgreens because of this incident at the pharmacy drive thru.

Carlee in pharmacy was a HUGE help to me! She was able to fix an issue and get our meds quick without a wait. We were looking at a 2+ hour wait- almost there lunch time and she went above and beyond for us! Thank you!

I set up an appointment online for a vaccination. I was notified that the appointment was set and got a reminder. When I went today, i waited in line and when i got to the front they said they did not have the vaccine and have not in a while. Instead of calling me to tell me they just waited till I arrived. I left work early for this.

Awesome customer service ! I loved how nice and helpful Robbie was with the lady in front of me. She showed her that she will have $2 off her next purchuse and she made the customer happy , and happiness is contagious! I was wonder what she would do for me to be a happy customer. Not only was super nice she looked up for a zipe code in the computer for me so I can have $5 off on my purchuse. I really apreciate your kindness and great customer service.😀

When you call in a prescription a day prior and need to pick it up the next morning, shouldn't they tell you they don't have it when it's a 25 min drive 1 way? Would have been nice to not waste my time or thiers .

Have had issues multiple times of them not having mine or my moms prescriptions... at all! We get text messages or notifications saying our prescriptions have been filled & come to find out they are not. Very disappointing when you have to drive about 5 miles to go get them.

Not every Walgreens is this amazing. Skip the St Joe store and make the trip, it might take you 10-15 minutes but their customer service and staff are the best.

It's pretty annoying to have to drive to st jo or benton harbor because they don't know how to put money on my cash app when its as simple as pressing a few keys and scanning a baroda! Thanks yall r geniuses
