The staff was super nice and the booking process was really easy however the facility had one of the most foul smells I’ve smelled in the lobby. Obviously dog smells are expected with that many dogs coming and going. However, when we got our dogs out they REEKED of urine and feces and our small dog now has an eye infection. Will not be returning.

I had a particularly bad experience where my dog was bitten; The manager is lying and overreacted when explaining the scenario to me. I took photos of the dog's muzzle, and I can contradict her and accuse her of being a liar and negligent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE and therefore, I never plan to leave my dog for care. The STAY & OBEY report contradicts the veterinarian who subsequently saw the dog. The state of the dog: lazy, sad, tired. He doesn't look like usual. Time will tell and therefore if someone in the future has the same thing happen to them, then they can count on me for a Class Action lawsuit.

What a great idea Day Care for dogs is! Bandit can't wait to join the fun. The Stay and Obey staff take excellent care of our pets, provide safe environment, fun activities, and a bonus of nice human affection. He doesn't just have fun though; he also gains important socialization that helps him stay friendly and open to new experiences. After just a half day of play, Bandit is sound asleep in the car before we get to the end of the block. Five stars!

I love the fact that when I pick up my pup up from daycare she's exhausted and has had an awesome day running wild and free with all the other dogs there. There's no crates to stay in and all the dogs in the big room are having a blast with their tongues hanging out going wild. I love stay and obey and so does my pup!!!And I boarded her for one night and had absolutely no complaints. Everything was great.

In the peculiar whirlwind of Stevensville, amidst the every-so-often chaotic cauldron of life, there rests a sanctuary, a respite for our four-legged comrades, that goes by the unassuming name of Stay and Obey. Picture this, gentle reader: Walter and Waylon, gallant hounds of the noblest caliber, find solace and ecstasy amidst this canine haven. It's a divine respite where fur-coated beings embody vitality and spirit unabashedly.Their eyes, ah, those vivid windows to boundless merriment, reflect tales of adventures untold, of friendships forged in the cauldron of playful battles and shared explorations. At Stay and Obey, there is no hierarchy, no stifling chains of command or authoritarian demands, only the unbridled joy that percolates through the wagging tails and effervescent barks of its furry patrons. And the grooming! A spectacle of a transformation where the ordinary becomes extraordinary, under the practiced, methodical hands of artisans who sculpt perfection out of earthly canine. Here, in this dominion of dogs, Walter and Waylon are not mere pets; they are protagonists in an unfolding epic, rendered with their fur gleaming like burnished gold under the soft, embracing lights.Their journeys through this remarkable oasis always culminate in a serene repose, their bodies a testament to the revelries experienced and the battles bravely fought in the playgrounds of Stay and Obey. They return not just as dogs, but as heroes of their own sagas, narratives woven from the threads of freedom, camaraderie, and unequivocal acceptance.Stay and Obey is more than a daycare, emerging as an arena where every bark echoes with tales of triumph and every playful frolic is a dance of life in its most unrestrained, beautiful form. And so, we raise a toast to Stay and Obey, where Walter, Waylon, and their kin find not just a service, but a symphony that celebrates their most intrinsic, untamed selves.

Thank you stay and obey for taking such good care of my Bailey! She boarded for 14 days without issue! I got to see her daily thanks to their awesome team keeping up with photos on their Facebook page! Her nails look great after her trim also. Thank you guys for always doing such a wonderful job with my baby!

My fur baby stayed for 10 nights while my significant other and I went on vacation with his family, and let meJust say I am not happy. I am actually very upset! I wanted to call every day to check on her (like they said I could) and the “managers” never called me back the same day they make it impossible to get an accurate check up on your pet. And when we picked her up today something was obviously wrong. She had lost a visible amount of weight after they told us that she was eating fine but didn’t let her play with other dogs because she was too nervous AND she has Kennel Cough!! To say the least, they aren’t worth the money and I don’t think we will be coming back in the future. Even if your dog has gotten their Bordetella vaccine they can still get Kennel Cough. So please watch out for your dogs safety.

Loving the clean and spacious new facility. Our Company loves coming to daycare, and we hope her new baby brother loves it just as much. It has gotten pricier for us now though with two dogs, especially when we need to board them both. Wish they offered additional dog discounts as well as daycare by the hour for those ugly days when the pups just need a few hours to run around.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE! OURS WERE NEGLECTED AND WE WERE LIED TO!We took our two Great Danes to Stay and Obey on Aug 6, 2021 to board them until Aug 16, 2021. When we picked them up, we noticed our eldest dog was very thin and had noticeable sores on his paws. Once we were home, I called to verify his feedings and to make sure he was not in his room more than overnight. Were told he ate all his food, minus a few kibbles here and there. They insisted he was active and playing the entire time, which we did not believe. We informed them that we are taking our dog to the vet. At that point they said we needed to get a follow-up because there must be an underlying issue that we aren’t aware of. After seeing the vet, we were told he does in fact have bed sores and had lost 15 lbs. We also did bloodwork, and all presented normal. The only concerns were his loss of weight and sores. He was then put on an antibiotic for the sores, in which we then contacted Stay and Obey to relay the results. We were then told by the owner, Lisa, that we are lying. She stated he did not have bed sores and that we did not see a vet. Before going to the center, I received a call from our vet saying Lisa was seeking our dogs’ medical records. However, without my permission they could not release those records. My husband arrived at the center after the vet appointment to show our dog in person to the owner, along with the vet documents. At that time, we asked that they cover the vet fee, since the visit was due to his state in their care. The owner then stated, “that’s not going to happen.” As my husband went to leave, the owner said she has picture evidence that we dropped our dog off in that state. This was after denying he was even in said poor condition. This was followed by her saying, “see you in court.” We had asked for photo proof, in which she denied us. Shortly after my husband left, I came to the center and asked to speak to Lisa to show the vet documentation she was requesting. At that point she continued to deny her center was at fault for anything, even with all documentation right in front of her. I even stated, that if it was my dogs choosing not to eat because he was away from us, a phone call would have sufficed as I was calling frequently. She continued to say his weight loss was due to him being overactive, but his sores were not due to being overly kenneled. She insisted he arrived in this condition. I then requested proof from her videos and pictures, that she repeatedly said she had. That if she showed me, I would dismiss all accusations and leave the center. At this point the owner changed her statement, and said they no longer have the proof because they do not keep footage for that long. Stay and Obey (the center) is known to post pictures on their Facebook page of the dogs at the daycare. Not a single photo was taken of either of our dogs, not even in the background of the photos posted. In this regard, there was no visual evidence of our dogs being in their care. Again, due to not seeing the dogs on their page while we were out of town, we made several phone calls to check in. Each time we were told they were great, active, and eating well. They mentioned our puppy was slightly timid at first but adjusted very quickly. After expressing our concern that our dogs were just in their room the entire time, they assured us that we had nothing to worry about. We still received no photos. At this point we were continuously being called liars and being yelled at regardless of the proof we were presenting. When saying we will be going to small claims, she said we waived all rights to see them in court with their terms and agreements that we had signed. After stating those terms and agreements do not cover their negligence, she redirected the conversation. We will be continuing this in court, because our dog did not lose 15 lbs in 10 days and receive bed sores due to being well cared for. We completely entrusted the care of our dogs to this center and recieved neglectful care and several excuses from the center.

Absolutely LOVE Stay & Obey! Great place to bring your dog. They provide a fun and safe place and the staff is amazing! I promise your dog will be happy and worn out when you pick them up at the end of the day! I have a young German Shepherd Dog with lots of energy who really needed to socialize and get that energy out! Best decision I made was to bring him here. He's so much happier and LOVES when I take him for a day of fun and play. You won't regret it!

We moved away from southwestern Michigan a few years back and every time we travel or need a daycare for our pup we’re reminded just how much we miss Stay and Obey. This place is perfect. Lisa and her team go above and beyond in everything they do. Their classes are also great!

Stay & Obey is amazing. Our dogs are our family and I have all the confidence that they are well taken care of while they are in the care of Stay & Obey. We started taking our energetic puppy for daycare at 3 months old, she absolutely loves it. When I drop her off she is so excited to go play and when she comes home she is well exerted and ready to rest. Perfect for a working family. We use daycare and grooming services and recently enrolled in an obedience training as well. When it comes to the level of care, cleanliness and customer service, Stay & Obey is unmatched. They are the best around!

Hands down, Stay & Obey, with Lisa and her fantastic, caring staff, is the only place I take my Aussiedoodle for daycare or boarding. I don’t trust any place else but Stay & Obey. My dog absolutely LOVES the place and all the staff there. She’s always so excited to go and is ready for a nap as soon as she gets home.I decided to enroll my doodle in the Residency training. I’m not a trainer and my girl needed trained, and so did I. Worth every penny! I cannot say enough about that training program either. My girl learned so much while she was there. Lisa has got one of the best trainers working with her. Xephyyr Is the awesome trainer that taught my Doodle so many things and she also loved Xephyyr. I wasn’t sure if I could keep up with all the commands and cues she had learned, but he taught me how before I took her home. Stay & Obey is the place to take your pooch for all they have to offer and your pooch will love it. ❤️

Stay and obey always helps us out with our 2 dogs. Our shy girl goes to daycare to socialize, play and to get her energy out a few times a week when I’m working. They also take good care of her when we go on vacation. She has stayed many times in boarding. My little old “man” goes for grooming and he comes home looking and feeling so much better! Hal has also helped us out with some issues with leash walking and we’ve done obedience classes as well! We love Stay and obey for how friendly and helpful they are and how much love they give our pets in every situation. I highly recommend them.

We absolutely LOVE Stay and Obey! There is no other place we will take our pug, Nora. The facility is spotless, and there are enough friendly staff members to make sure all dogs are cared for like family. They get to know each dog by name, and I feel so secure taking Nora there for daycare. She gets SO excited to go and is exhausted after all of the fun she had during the day. I recommend Stay and Obey to all of our friends and can't say enough good things about them!

We were staying at Tru by Hilton hotel for a wedding and I was so happy that this place was 10 minutes away from our hotel. When we picked up our dog she was happy and wagging her tail. She slept a lot when we got her home which means she had a lot of activity there. Part of the reason we chose this place was because she was able to play with other dogs. I was very happy with this place and would utilize them again if I'm ever out in that area. They also do grooming, daycare, obedience training. I wish they were closer to me. I live about an hour and 15 minutes from them. All in all I was very happy with my experience and so was my dog.

Stay & Obey is just amazing. My dachshund Prince stayed there for over a week awhile ago. The staff is just wonderful to him. I really enjoyed how they would share pics of your fur kids so you can see how there days go. I don’t remember the lady that groomed Prince but she did an excellent job. Prince is a long haired dachshund but when I went to get him, I literally had to do a double take. He looks just amazing. Thank you to all the staff at Stay & Obey. Keep up the good work.

We took a day trip to Silver Beach and needed somewhere to keep our 4 month old Boston Terrier while we were on the beach. Stay and Obey offered to let us put our puppy in Doggy Daycare. Since it was the first time my puppy had socialized with other dogs I was very concerned. Stay and Obey’s staff was very helpful! They told me what they were doing to help him acclimate and we were able to watch until we felt comfortable enough to leave him. When we returned my puppy was socializing with other dogs and loving every moment! Thank you Stay and Obey!

We love Stay and Obey! We have used their daycare and grooming services but plan to do some training as well very soon. Affordable, quality care and so many different services to choose from. All of the staff is super friendly and they obviously care immensely for all the pups. So happy that we found such an awesome place for our sweet Zoey!

Felt very comfortable leaving our dog here for a few nights. Staff was welcoming and there seemed to be plenty to handle all the animals. Our dog got a ton of exercise and came home very tired! One thing was that she did pick up a cough here despite being vaccinated, however this disappeared after a few days. Sometimes dogs get sick just like humans. Was also nice that our dog got a “report card” of how she behaved. Was nice to have the personal note written on it as well, made us feel very comfortable. Will use again!

Our two dogs were wiped out after a day at daycare! They've since been back, and enjoyed their time. The staff seem more than competent, and even graciously fed our dogs lunch that we forgot to bring for them.Stay and Obey will be our go-to boarding and daycare place.

This was Ellie's first visit back to Stay and Obey since the Covid-19 stay at home order. Ellie was thrilled to have some time with other dogs, many of whom she knows from many previous visits. I trust Stay and Obey to make sure Ellie's health and happiness are top of the list for them. They keep excellent records on required shots/vaccines for the pets they allow to visit which makes me feel secure about leaving her there for fun or when I am out of town.

Our experience was great! Everyone was interested in helping provide wonderful care to our enthusiastic year old German Shepherd. The owners were involved in well being of Ruby and all the dogs. They helped integrate her with the other dogs at the doggie daycare. The staff gave her a total grooming and she was so beautiful she looked like she just stepped out of a photo shoot. And the trainer, Hal, knew just how to work with her, he had her prancing and following his lead. It was awesome!
