Monday night the Meijer Pharmacy in Stevensville offered just 1 of the 4 meds prescribed by the doctor, with no explanation regarding the other 3. When I asked if it was really just one, the person behind the counter with all confidence replied, "Yep! Just one!" I got all the way home before I opened the package to realize this wasn't even the one the doctor had mentioned to us over the phone. That's when I learned there were 4 scripts total. (Only a good doctor answers the phone late in the evening to clarify.) The pharmacy was now closed, so I left a message with store management, who was certain someone would get ahold of me in the morning.Tuesday morning I received no return call, but drove back to the pharmacy to see the same person behind the counter, ask about the other 3 scripts, learn that yes 2 more are in their system, with the one requiring doctor clarification, claiming they left a message with the doctor's office and that the office simply didn't call back (not true - I verified); and the other script being out of stock, but could possibly arrive around noon. The 4th med still went unmentioned until I brought it up by name. Suddenly it is found in their system, but just "on file" and not being filled. The person at the counter told me she would put it through now.After two 13-minute drives out to this pharmacy (52 minutes total, there and back), I simply didn't want to come out a 3rd time in a couple hours to likely face further disappointment. No call backs, not by store management nor pharmacy lead. No decent explanations as to why things were missed the night before, why still the 4th script was missed in the morning, why the doc's office wasn't actually called.I opted to transfer the remaining 3 scripts to Rite Aid in Bridgman. They gave me zero hassle. All scripts were in stock. They DID however have a heck of a time getting through to Meijer to take over the prescriptions. Multiple phone calls got them no where. Another phone call and the Rite Aid pharmacist was put on hold for quite some time. Meijer only released 2 of the 3 remaining scripts, with that 4th (apparently forbidden) script requiring yet another call from the Rite Aid pharmacist, and yet another lengthy hold time.In summary: I'm sorry I cheated on you, Rite Aid. Haha! I'll never do it again!

After being thoroughly frustrated with my local Walgreens I was told by someone that they have very good luck with Meijer on Red Arrow Hwy, Stevensville ….they were SO right. One weekend when I couldn’t reach my Dr. The wonderful people that work the pharmacy saved my life! I was so grateful and love that I changed!

I will never fill a prescription at Meijer in Stevensville again! Customer service is terrible. First they lied about not receiving the prescription from my doctor which resulted in an extra 20 mile trip back to pick up the prescription later that evening. I verified with my doctor when the fax was sent to Meijer. Fax was sent at 1:00 and Meijer claimed at 5:00 that they had not received my prescription. I even requested they double check for my prescription that was sent by fax. Second they claimed my eye drops were only covered by my insurance for 1 month at a time. Decided to change pharmacies and magically the new pharmacy can fill my eye drops for 3 month supply at no cost to me through my insurance! Plus I don’t have a long wait time at my new pharmacy.

Nothing to complain about here. A very quick and convenient pharmacy. This is the only pharmacy we use. The folks behind the counter are always friendly and very helpful for the most part.
