Really disappointed in my recent experience. I bought a Craftsman Vac that would not stay together when I picked it up so the next day I took in for return for a different model and they would not accept the return. Will continue to buy inexpensive parts here but would not recommend buying expensive items due to a questionable return policy. I believe the owner is a former Marine Veteran like myself and I would be open to discussing the issue.

This Ace really is the place with helpful hardware folks! I needed some plexiglass replacement panes for an antique lantern. I was immediately greeted by a manager in the window and screen department. Bryce not only had just what I needed, he then expertly and efficiently cut four panes to fit the rather odd shaped lantern. I was so impressed with his skill, his patience, and his friendly attitude. A+ in customer service!

Needed lots of odds and ends to hook up a washer and dryer. They were very helpful in finding the right fittings. They are much closer than the big box stores and they were able to give me the attention I needed. Thanks guys

Well merchandise store. The staff is hit or miss either very friendly and helpful or silent and seem annoyed if you ask for help. It's good store if you're within close proximity to it and only need a thing or two. Unfortunately can have very very high prices. If you have a lot on your home improvement list, this would not be my first choice. If you're in middle of a project and just need that one thing to keep going, this is absolutely the place.

The people there seemed willing to help. However, they could use a little more product knowledge training. I came in for mud room lighting fixture adapter plates and they had a little trouble figuring out what was needed. I finally saw a couple that I needed and they didn't have all I needed in stock. They had 3 when I needed 4. Overall a decent experience.

This Ace store usually has what I need. Oh sure I could drive to Lows or Home Depot and pay a little less but In most cases it's not worth it. They have upgraded their computer system which has made checkout much faster. The people there are always willing to help. It is sure nice to have a great hardware store like this in our community. They are always well stocked.

The best Hardware store in SW Mich. For a relatively small store, they always have what I need. They do a good job of stocking a little of everything. At every visit I'll see something that surprises me that they carry. But of course, they have the largest selection of hardware. And their prices are not too bad. They also have great gift ideas and great sales. Their Rewards Program is the best.

This store is another one of my favorites. If I don't find exactly what I'm looking for at one of the other Ace Hardware's I can usually find it here. Again this store is clean, well-organized, very friendly staff, and check-out is lightning-fast. Always a great place to shop.

Poor customer service. Did not have what I needed, said that another item was close enough. When I pointed out that the item they said was good enough was below requirements of the owner's manual, I was told it didn't really matter that much. It is an electrical appliance, I believe they have standards in the owner's manual for a reason!

This place is so much more than a hardware store, it seems to carry a little bit of everything, plus extras - from filling propane tanks to screen repairs. We usually go there to buy whatever we need for home/lawn maintenance as well as projects. For example, on our last visit we needed parts to repair our lawn mower and saw the most comfortable rocking lawn chairs with springs, at such a reasonable price (almost half the price listed on Amazon) we bought two.

Ace is the place , I needed a brass fitting , and went right in and they have exactly what I needed . A easy find , but if you have a question about anything , they are always around to help you out . If you haven't ever been to Ace Hardware in Stevensville Mi .
