I love petco I got my puppy stuff from the human society they have there. I go back often to get her sweaters or snacks and the staff is always pleasant and the store is always clean and put togeather. Great prices and great products.

Huge store stocked with anything and everything that you might need for your pet, regardless of the species.The only thing to complain about is the personal shortage. If you know what you are looking for, there is hardly a better store around, but if you have specific questions or you are a new pet owner, it is hard to find someone to ask.

This is a typical chain type Pet Supply Stilore. They have a wide variety of supplies for Birds, cats, dogs, fish, ect. The staff was pleasant and checkout was seamless.

BEWARE!!!! Don’t, Just Don’t!! Earlier this summer, I found out that they were serving regular dollar store HIGH SUGAR cookies in their bulk treats. This food is not meant for pets and they should not be selling it in their store.January 2023: I would NOT recommend this store. There fish look very unhealthy. And if you want to return something WITH a receipt because it doesn’t do what it’s advertised to do. They won’t return it. There are plenty of other pet stores around. Don’t go here unless your are adopting a cat or dog.

We went into Petco to look around and found the love of our lives. A Puppy! We adopted him and he's great. Everyone there were super helpful and caring. Adoption of a pet is important and beautiful. I'm so happy we walked in.

Nice store but could use some more helpful staff. I showed up early Friday morning with my 2yr old kid and new puppy. We were greeted as we came in but not offered any help with anything for about an hour. I had to go ask for help from the lady working the register but there were only 2 people working in the whole store. She helped me real quick but couldn't answer any of my questions in detail. Spent another hour looking around without any help. Anyways, most stuff there you can get on Amazon for half price so just pay attention to what you want or buy.

It was great....the gentleman that help me was Ryan he was very informed on salt water fish and had a lot of patience because i couldn't decide what i really wanted I'm really glad he was there to help me it was so nice to have that kind of help with the knowledge and kindness was a A plus in my shopping experience to return. The only thing that i didn't like about the store was it looked like it was closed from the outside all the windows had shades pulled down with no sign saying anything it really looks like it's close from the outside. But I'm here to say it's Open with Great Service and Great Buys Great Products. Remember They Are Open.

Ran in for a few things for my birds, which pet stores in general neglect when stocking items for this particular pet group. So with that being said this, particular store had a better selection than most big chain pet stores do. 4 stars for the bird selection being out of stock on most bird items they did carry 🤨I was able to get a couple ladders that my boys needed and a new toy as well. Overall good store, will check back here again.

The people that run the adoption agency at this location will take your number, or give you their number and then never get back to you. We really really really wanted to adopt that cat too. Unfortunate.

If I could give one star, I would. I have been a customer of Petco for over 20 years but that will end today. The groomers were very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I asked the groomer Shelby to cut Dior again as they left out areas that should have been included with the initial cut and that seemed to be a problem. Because Dior was so apprehensive about going with Shelby, I should have known something wasn't right. Once she semi completed what I asked, I told him that he could get a treat. While the scissors were in her hands but she was not actively cutting Dior, the older female groomer yelled at me saying, "YOU CANT SAY THAT IN HERE". As I explained to her that I can definitely understand why, the way in which she spoke to me was very unprofessional and degrading. She said that she can talk to me anyway she pleases and that Dior is no longer welcomed there. She continuously referenced me as "Girlfriend", which is an African American epithet although she was white which I thought was racist as I stayed professional with her. Both "ladies" consistently added insult to the situation by consistently saying, "Leave" and "Bye" instead of just letting me go. I then spoke to the GM Kevin who was of no help because he insisted that he needed to get all sides and I explained to him what I experienced again and he said that he had never had that problem with "the girls". I said , "you have never had a problem with me". That will be the last time that I ever step into Petco again. It is awful what the world has come to and the hate that is demonstrated here. I am sure if I was of another color, it would have been a different ending. I will also post pictures of Dior's incomplete cut.

Store is clean, staff is friendly, sales are GREAT! Husbandry pertaining to some species of reptiles should be updated to reflect the current scientific data available regarding diet (specifically the blue tongue skink). However, I shopped this store about 3 years ago specifically looking to purchase fish for my freshwater aquariums and was appalled at how neglected the tanks were. Vowed never to return. A few months ago I popped in and was absolutely wowed at the turnaround. I wasn't looking for fish that day, but I went home with a tailless whip scorpion, the holy grail of LARGE water bowls for my ball python and a fantastic impression from your team. Kevin and the young lady with the awesome green hair (tell her I'm sorry I forgot her name), are excellent ambassadors for your brand and should be recognized as such. Thanks!
