This store needs to retrain the staff or fire Charles. I asked if they sold an aquarium item and after a few seconds the kid told me they don’t sell it, one minute later I found it. He could have looked it up or pointed me towards a more competent coworker. Experiences like these cause customers to not return.

Wow!! This place is awesome!! I was greeted so nicely, and such a large store!!Sasha's groomer is very caring & enjoyed having Sasha!! I was concerned about her separation anxiety, but she went with her groomer like best friends forever!!The discounts and coupons saved me $28!! She got a new collar, leash, cookie, and beef stick!! I forgot the toy, but that's next bath reward!!The only mistake I noticed Sasha's nails weren't trimmed, but that's ok. I usually prefer the doctor to do it. And her ears were still little dusty & her head didn't smell like shampoo.Other than that, I am truly satisfied with the service, the friendly staff, and cleanliness inside & out of the store!!Thank you so very much for understanding that Sasha was on the wild side and undercoat hair everywhere, and treating us with respect and care.This was truly worth the drive from Detroit and we will visit again!!Sincerely, Andrea & Sasha

The store manager Chris at 18 & Dequindre in Sterling Heights is very personable!! I would highly recommend this store to shop at. If you get on mailing list they send you valuable coupons too!!!

We’ve been taking our super scruffy chihuahua/cocker spaniel/poodle mix Bosco to the groomers here for a little while. It is so easy to book and every one is super accommodating and nice. Our last visit with Caden went really amazing. He went above and beyond and you can tell he really loves animals! Super sweet. Seriously our dog has never looked better. He literally looks like a whole different more clean handsome dog! Thank you Caden and pet supplies plus for taking good care of our family. Very pleased!

Nice clean store. LOTS of selection. I have a new puppy and needed advice on the vet clinic. The cashier was very nice and took her time to explain pricing. Also explained self dog wash station pricing. I'll be a loyal customer!!

Had a hard time with a staff member last time I was here but recently came back to see if things improved and they have. Staff was polite and not following people of certain ethnicities like they did my last time here. The new manager is very professional and kind. Will continue to return to get my dog and parrot their food from here.

Really like the self dog wash there. Great price for pet supplies and also the dog wash! The manager is super friendly and gives me a lot of suggestions. Good place to take your pet to shopping.

This is the post I just shared with the Sterling Heights Community:I took my dog to get groomed at Pet Supplies Plus on 18 Mile and Dequindre. The groomer was physically assaulting my dog when I arrived as he was not cooperating while getting his face done. The groomer's name is Bean. I never saw such anger from this woman and told her she had no right to treat people's fur babies in this fashion. I gave her a tongue lashing, told them I would never come back, and the manager said the service would be taken care of. Jeez, you think? Do not take your dog to this groomer. Spread the word!In any event, I'm looking for a compassionate groomer in the future if anyone has any recommendations, it would be greatly appreciated.I will be checking in to see if she is still working there. Stephanie is no better. I've seen her in action as well. They need to be terminated.

i got my cat from this place but j think she was inbred this is what she looked like after a few months of having her she didn’t seem normal and i feel like they sold me a cat with a disability i now have to pay for lots of vet bills and i am very tight on money right now i have no idea what to do but if i would recommend j wouldn’t buy any animal from here

This store I have been dealing with them for several months and their really great. I love curbside pickups and my experience with them is if I'm short of one can to make a case they called me and asked me what to do cancel one case or add a different flavor. Keep up the good work everyone at Sterling Heights store on 18 mile road.

Update: staff now refuses to let me purchase an item I have been for over a year because “I don’t have a special order”You lost a customer that has 3 80+ lb dogs and purchased only Redford Natural products.Old:Always love coming here, every staff member is always kind and helpful. One of the few places that truly care as much for your pets as you do!

Very knowledgeable employees from the Manager to the cashier that even made the puppies tag for me. I actually enjoyed my shopping exp, which hasn't happened in some time. Lacking in customer service is my #1 complaint in times today. I may be old -fashioned but this is what I miss. This store is great. Clean and organized. I Will definitely be back again.

I wish they get more Aquarium fishes and little frogs/little turtles for the aquarium too.... will definitely visit the 18 mile & Dequindre road location again.

Nice pet shop. This was my first time in a pet store buying items. I just got a kitty for my daughter and I haven't had a pet since I was a kid. Decent selection of cat food/toys/litter ect. Store was clean and cashiers were friendly. I would recommend to family and friends.

Great experience. Needed cat food and litter.The store did not carry my brand of cat food but ordered it in inventory so I could purchase over the phone for delivery. I am a customer for life. So helpful friendly and professional. I worked with Lauri and a gentlemen who is the manager sorry I can't remember his name but they really helped me out as I am a senior and haven't left the house since March 18

Can order ahead and pickup. Can now have orders delivered. My furry big guy is well taken care at Pet Supplies Plus!

This a great place for you if.....you want to pay to get your dog groomed only have it returned in worse shape....but smelling great. Waste your money elsewhere... they don't do what they say.
