Needed to find a new groomers closer to home. Been coming here for almost a year now and no complaints so far. Easy to make an appointment and easy to communicate with. Also has convenient pet shopping for basic needs. They get my dog finished in a reasonable timeI was trying this other place out by word of mouth but they always took about 7 hours!! They said they let older dogs air dry and I’m assuming in the cage so i was not a huge fan of that. I gave them 3-4 tries and when I just got bathing done and that itself took 4-5 hours, I was over it.But Lakeside grooming takes about 1.5-3 hours for my 14 lbs dog full grooming which is perfect and always have him looking cute and smelling good. He can be a grump too and hates his nails trimmed but I’m happy they can handle him. Thank you Lakeside dog grooming!

Jäger loved coming to Lakeside Dog Grooming!! He got the deshed package & was very dirty. He’s a very anxious boy, so I was very worried how he would behave & come home acting, but Vanessa did amazing with him(: His paws & claws look amazing, his teeth look super clean, & the dead clumpy undercoat & dirt are all gone & he smells amazing. When I picked him up he was calm, smiling, & happy!! The groomers here are amazing at what they do. Will definitely be bringing Jäger back here.

If I could put 0 stars I would. They did absolutely nothing. All that was done was trimming his nails, they were not buffed at all. My dog scratched my mother with his “trimmed” nails. We waited about 1-2 hours and it was all for nothing. I received a call from the receptionist telling me that the haircut I wanted for my puppy could not be done and that my puppy was very “stressed” and that she was stressed out too. We paid 60 dollars for absolutely nothing, the customer service was horrible the ladies at the front were very rude to my mom, giving attitude to her and just being mean along with the groomer as well. The dogs were yelling and whining the entire time when we entered and when we left the location. They did nothing to my dog’s hair. He looks the absolute same his hair is very uneven from all over. He is itching and licking himself non stop. Do not bring your pets here. They take overcharge you and take your money when nothing is done at all!!

I cannot recommend Lakeside Grooming enough! I have two mini golden doodles Tucker and Oliver (Oliver is on the nervous side), Lakeside Groomers always makes them look so cute but most of all, they show both of my dogs so much kindness, patience and love. I feel so at ease leaving my dogs with them and they show they care!

These guys got my sometimes-difficult senior labradoodle into great shape in record time. The staff were professional and communicated wonderfully. The shop was also in great shape. What I did have a problem with was more about the owner's decisions. The usage of a super aggressive appointment "confirmation" bot was annoying to the point where I almost cancelled before I came in. I "confirmed" when I made the appointment, I don't need your system harassing me non-stop so you can save a few dollars juggling missed appointments. I would have also liked to see a no tip workplace, and the credit card surcharge is unprofessional (take it out of your profit, and if you're running so close that you aren't comfortable with taking it out of your profit then you're probably not running your business very well). Finally, please update your kennels, open wire cages allowed every dog to see and bark at the others and my guy was exhausted from being scared of them all. All in all it was an okay experience with a couple of owner problems that really irked me and ruined an otherwise perfect visit. They could make more money if they just took some customer perspective and made a few changes (I would have been fine with double the price I paid if these issues didn't exist).

So I have an 8 week old shih tuz.. I was thinking it would cost no more than 20-30 bucks. However, if was 55-60 bucks..I was so hurt and disappointed that I don’t think I’m going back. That was too expensive for a PUPPY..However, the do a wonderful job on my sons dog Bella. She just goes for her nails to trimmed..Thank you for taking care of my shih you

Jay does an amazing job with my Cavapoo. She always looks so cute and smells so good after! The shop is filled with toys and a lot of healthy treat options. If its your first time, you get a little welcome gift! They also do fun little competitions around holidays to win prizes. They even printed out a photo of her and gave me a little treat bag for Christmas! My dog loves going there and they make it a good experience for her.

Of all the places I’ve had my dog groomed, this is the only one where my dog is completely happy and relaxed when I pick him up. At one point, he was so excited to get groomed, he went to the back without saying bye. We live in NY now and come back every so often for his full grooming. The prices are reasonable and we always leave with multiple bags of goodies we shopped for while waiting.

Tried several other groomers. Aided with reference visuals (for them to keep), there was never the right a-ha. Saw a perfectly groomed golden Doodle at Clinton TWP dog park- owner referred me to Lakeside Groomers… Match made in Heaven… no more making my doodle look like a poodle (wink!). River and I Highly recommend!

I take my tiny toy Pomeranian, Ike, here! I started taking him here after bad experiences at a past groomer (nothing horrible, I just didn't like how she groomed him), and it's been amazing! He comes out looking adorable and smelling amazing every time! They just know how to groom him perfectly! The staff are all SUPER kind! It's honestly a delight to take him to get groomed now, which is something I didn't experience before. On top of that, he loves the food they sell here! They gave it to me as a sample and THANK GOODNESS for that! I've never seen him eat like he does now (which is great because I was worried he wasn't eating enough before)! Overall, I love Lakeside Dog Grooming & Pet Supplies and recommend them to everyone I can! They've really made my baby look the best he can AND helped him be a happier and healthier dog! Lakeside dog grooming is the absolute BEST. We have been bringing our dog, Molly, to them for a little over 3 years. The staff is always friendly and professional and Molly always comes home looking fabulous and feeling fresh. This place is AWESOME! First time experience. Brought my mother’s Pursian 10 month old cat (kitten) who was very matted. His fur is so thick and dense, despite daily brushings, his hair was just out of control. They did a Lion cut on him and WOW! What a difference. Even he knew he was beautiful. He pranced around like he was King of the jungle. I would highly recommend this place. The pictures I posted are before and after.

Very gentle with my anxious dog . Did an amazing job. Price is very efficient. Took about 3 hours but didn’t hike up price for additional time. My dog was very calm when he got home. Highly recommend anyone to take their pet, will bring him back in future. So pleased to find excellent groomer first shot , specially being new to this area. Everyone is so friendly and efficient. I am very pleased with the way they groomed by toy poodle Minnie! After trying to groom her myself she was in need of an emergency grooming and they got me in on the same day. They did a fantastic job evening out her coat and she was ready to be picked up in just 1 1/2 hours. She looked so cute with a bandana and bow in her hair. We will definitely be bringing Minnie back for her next grooming.

This is the first time I ever had grooming done on my dog. This place was absolutely amazing. They did such a great job deshedding him. I cannot wait for his next appointment! This is a family owned business, and the owners are VERY dog friendly, and did I mention the prices are super affordable. So affordable I drop Leo off every other week.......and I buy him a new outfit everytime too (the dog clothes are quality, and reasonably priced).......unlike Petco or Petsmart. I trust my little Leo in their hands, and I appreciate the cute photos they post on FB of their finished work. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and kind. The owners should be very proud of the good reputation and service they provide to clients.You should definitely give Lakeside Grooming the opportunity to WOW you!
