I was there tonight at 730 my stuff didn't ring up right. The lady at the register who would not tell me her name. Instead of fixing the problem or calling someone to help she preceded to text someone to find out what to do but couldn't get service. I finally told her to take the stuff off and that I would be complaining. This was by far the worst customer service I've ever had at a dollar general.. I understand everyone is short handed but an employee shouldn't be left alone if they don't know what they are doing and I shouldn't be expected to stand there while they figure out there job..

This store was the most organized and clean I have ever seen. Tons of products at good prices. The gentleman who checked us out 22nd is Dec. he was so kind and just pleasant to chat with. Really just genuinely friendly. Very happy with my visit to this store.
