Stanton Hardware has gone above and beyond my expectations with customer service to quality products always going the extra mile.The owner definitely cares about his community and his customers. I had a furnace go out in the dead of winter several years ago and they had it on order with an installation date before I could even figure out how I was going to pay for it! The owner said "We know you always pay, we don't want you cold any longer than you have to be."During brutal Michigan weather when storms knock out power for so many he's stayed open late at the store to make sure customers are able to get propane for emergency heating sources.Always knowledgeable, always helpful. A real feel good, small town vibe that you just don't get in the big box stores.Support your communities, shop local and small business. It's SO worth the return with the extra help you get.

This place is awesome,My daughter lives in Staunton she has a14 month old baby, she had no pellets for her pellet stove and no car to go get any ,I'm her mother I live two hours away, so i called the hardware And ask them if I gave them my card information over the phone if they could deliver her two bags to get through the day, they were more than willing to help her out and had it to her within 10 minutes...if possible I'd give them 10⭐

5 stars isn’t even enough for these guys!! The whole family is amazing!!! We moved from Kent County to Montcalm county. We didn’t know anyone. We bought an old house and it needed work. We found these guys close by and not only are they friendly and help you with what you need but they always go above and beyond!!! My husband went in with my kiddo and the mom just swooped him up and played with him. Our furnace went out and they helped us fix it!! I have never felt more of a heart felt welcome in any store let alone a hardware store! You want to talk about good and honest people these are your people!!! I cried and went back there in person once our heat was fixed just to thank them. Thank you isn’t even enough to begin how thankful we are for your generosity and your hearts!! The world needs more people like you!! From the bottom of my heart thank you!! We are beyond grateful!! We have been taking hits from every angle with both cars broken down and then no heat in our home. You just restored our faith and gave us a reason to keep fighting. Thank you!!!

I've torn out and rebuilt this mobile home. I could not have done most of it without Stanton hardware. I've gone in there many times with a picture on my phone of what I was working on and they have helped me big time. Their products are good quality and their customer service is the best ever.

Oct 23 Sunday am filling up propane tanks n young guy w glasses n young girl maybe Emily w long brown hair. These 2 people were rude, accusing us of not paying for our tanks. As I went into store n they were all worried about paying when I said I don’t have money he does n he will come in when done. Emily marched right out n treated us like criminals as we hadn’t paid yet. VERY DISAPPOINTED, DISTASTEFUL Experience!
