A serviceable secondary option for grocery shopping in the Stanton Area. Much better deli and meat options than it's competitor, and a larger frozen section with a better variety of quick meal options. The staples like canned and packaged stuff tends to be more expensive, however, owing in large part to the lack of a consistent store brand. They have a can machine that's actually a machine and not just a person taking them back, so there's that too. Could be open later. 8 is a little early, even for this area.

I'm not impressed with the product quality. Usually off brands. Meats seem pale in color. Awkward product handling after check out. They usually have the main line groceries in stock. Just not my first choice in my grocery shopping.

Save-A-Lot is a great small town store for picking up items you need at a fairly reasonable price. Sometimes their pricing's a little steep for what they're offering. It's nice that you can get in and get out and it's not a huge store. They don't have the brand names but some of their non-brand name stuff is every bit is good.

Clean and neat, large isles, so courteous and friendly.I love this store. I come 62 miles instead of the other two that are much closer.The prices on some items run a little cheaper also.This store smells great and fresh and the Restrooms are real clean.Cleanliness is a major factor. I like shopping at Save- A- Lot. They have a variety of food and supplies you wouldn't think they could have. Always surprised by their selections. Employees are so helpful and caring. I really appreciate that in a super market.

The store is always clean, shelves are stocked with anything you would possibly need to prepare any meal.workers are helpful & friendly. And the BEST IS there low prices . Well lower than other store prices. I enjoy shopping at save a lot period.

Convenient but prices are a bit crazy I spent more money on less items there then what I would have if I had drove to Walmart but was already in the area and need a few random things. Prices are bit high for being a "save a lot" u don't save

The man lady at the cash register in spot 3 only a few minutes ago doesn't know how to scan. I don't like having broken things when I get home. Just an example is when she scanned a candy bar I purposely grabbed because it wasn't broken, as she was scanning it. She purposely cracked it in half to make the scan, instead of laying it flat on the scanner for a more simplistic scan. She needs to learn that things can't be man handled. I don't care if you look like a man, you have to be gentle with customers items. I'm sorry you have inhuman strength

Different layout than what I usually have in other SAL stores. Meat still looked great. Produce dept was low on items but it was a Sunday morning when I was there. And of course great prices!

I like the selection and the meat dept. The fruit and vegetable dept is not very good. Their prices are now equal to or only pennies less than other local stores. Mask use isn't maintained as the sign on the door states.

Clean well stocked and very low priced. Bring your own bags unless your good with buying some or chancing they have boxes. Ben my cashier was really friendly and did a good job

Absolutely love every worker I have ever met here. I do not Save a lot though. My least favourite is over priced bad produce. They do discount the bananas that are going bad which I think is wonderful.

Farmington ham packages are packed at less amount but same price. I asked twice at the store when the big bricks of Williams brand cheese was coming back and no answer. Still not stocked at the Stanton store. What happened to them? That was 2 months ago and I still haven't seen the big blocks of cheese there

I was in the Stanton, Mi store on the 19th of June. I was in a hurry so I grabbed a box of cereal and a half gal of 2% milk( not checking the date first). The following morning I poured two bowls of cereal and put the milk in. Thats when my son said "don't eat that, it's spoiled. When I took the milk back to the store I went to get a fresh bottle. Everything in the case read 6/09/. That made the milk eleven days over expiration. They really need to keep an eye on it. I don't live far from the store but some people have to drive an hour to get there and back. That could be a hardship for some of them. Not very considerate. I do enjoy being able to shop in the stores but its a big disappointment when this happens.

Savings. Sales flier. Some off brand foods, you just have to try. Some ok, some not. I do not like the Higgs brand crackers. Taste like plastic. My opinion.

Enjoy going the prices are good and if you don't an item you can take it back with no problems but 99.9 % of there items are good and the meat dept has fresh meat not brown meat
