The store was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. I honestly looked around this store for a long time. They had a lot of good stuff there and a lot of colorful things here too. My only small complaint is the prices are a bit pricey, especially for it being Black Friday. A few things I really wanted, but didn't have enough for. Overall, pricing isn't something the employees pick, do I'm not mad! I'd come back and look around. I really hope this puzzle I wanted goes on sale!

Displeased with the customer service I received yesterday (2-14-2024). When I walked in the store I was greeted with a hello how can I help you, u replied with not right now. After I was done browsing I walked up to the cashier asking about buying water softener salt. I asked how many bags of salt is needed to Purchase. The two ladies working the registers said there was no discount on no amount of bags purchased. I didn't have the information on hand. I left the store in disbelief how I was treated. Once back in my vehicle I looked up the available discount. The discount was only applied if 20 bags of salt were purchased. I almost went back in the store to show the two women the information I was trying to convey. But I didn't, felt I had enough disrespect for the day. I completed my purchase at another store not at a TSC where I was treated better.

This is an extremely clean, organized and well-run Tractor Supply.We went to this store for the first time to use the self-wash dog wash. The employee that greeted us was friendly and helpful, as was the cashier at checkout.The wash area was so clean, all the tools were clean and arranged neatly, towels were clean and stacked neatly, ready for use. You can tell the employees take pride in keeping their store neat and tidy.This was such a positive experience for us and our dog, that i just had to thank this group of folks in Standish, MI for all they do to make their store the best Tractor Supply we have ever been to.

I found out that tractor supply carried dog food at a big discount and I got propane across the east coast . They are a great place to get stuff for around the house and shop. Stuff that last.

It's good but I went in today to get some parts i needed and the bends were empty in more that one size. Not the first time. Sometimes I believe West Branch is better.

Love this store you can get anything for the farm and any pet or livestock and it is clean in the store! However I am not a fan or the recent drag queen event hosted by corporate offices, in Texas exploiting this to young children, NOT cool!
