I have to leave a bad review after 3 bad experiences in a row:1. bought 100lb propane tank and had it filled. The young man gave me a hard time about laying down in pickup truck, so I stood up which I was not prepared for and carefully drove to next property to lay down safely, I understand upright is law but every one else just requires pickup truck. Then the propane tank never emptied about 50% as it was not purged, the same guy would not return it.2. Bought led chandelier lights sale 50% off $20, realized they charged full price, when I returned them employees were rude ripped off the old sale sticker, so I found another brand same deal, then ripped sticker off that, said they were old. And would not honor the price.3. July 23’ wife bought Weber grill and attachments to a large propane tank. It never fit, and I held on thinking there was an additional part missing. Turns out it’s the wrong part they sold her and would not exchange or give my money back because of a 30 return policy. (Never used and in the package with receipt)same young man was conformational about it.I live in Standish and been going there for years but no longer. Get your hardware at franks in Pinconning and gas at teeters.

Unhelpful. Seems irritated by customers presence because they couldn't figure out the price of potting soil. Go somewhere else where you don't have to feel like an alien for being in the store trying to buy something.

The one thing that was amazing is the old school vibe with staff running around asking you what you need then taking you to what you need. And great remodel

Once again if you order online you better call to see if order was filled. I placed a order after store was Closed. Got a email order confirmation # . Also telling me I will get another email when ready for pick up. So next day. I waited all day till 4.30 pm. No email. So I called they don't see my online order. But they knew my name what I ordered and my phone #. Made me scratch my head. I gave none of this info. To the person on the phone. So I go pick up order. Walk in 4 or 5 workers standing around at paint counter. Talking laughing telling jokes. Think I need a job that pays you to do nothing.

My husband walked out of the store because he asked for help twice. He was redirected both times to where he needed to go look instead of staff walking with him to find. He came out to car extremely upset. I called twice to find out why they could not help him. Unfortunately no one answered the phone either.

1 star and I'll tell you why. Their prices are unfairly outrageous. Their employees are dishonest. How you ask? Because as soon as customers exit the store, the employees insult them. I've heard them many times insulting customers. It's dishonest. The employees should be reprimanded at this store.

Sale clerk, stood at counter, No mask, wouldn't wait on me until I asked repeatedly for help. Cashier No mask on face around her neck.checking people out. The owners response is saying what I posted is not what I exspirented, , once again disappointed with this store.

Rude management. They were rushing out of the store when it’s Close to closing time!! And I’m a store manager I don’t do that to people. That’s just rude and disrespectful You want your customers to come back and I am not coming back. I’ll go to West branch for any of my needs. I don’t care if it’s just one small thing

Went in for 2 items wasn't quite sure where to find them. The young lady at the cash register asked me what I was looking for and told me what isle to find my items👍. All of their staff is pretty knowledgeable.
