Was not impressed. Placed order a week prior to date needed for. Had to call to make sure that flowers were going to be delivered. Before my Wife left work. She received at the very end of her work day. Then for the amount they cost they should live more than 3 days. They look sad... I gave them another chance. Much better!!!

This was $100 for drooping cheap flowers. Will never go back there and will never recommend them to anyone. Truly love supporting our small town but unfortunately cannot support this business.

Overall, pretty disappointed in the service and the flower arrangement I had received from Kitzman’s. The flowers were only delivered after I called, which was late in the afternoon, though the delivery location was only two blocks away from their location. The arrangement looked nothing like the photo. What was supposed to be a lovely arrangement according to the photo on their website, was very sloppily put together and all of the flowers (which were not the same as the ones that I ordered, but I understand that they will use the flowers available to them) were clumped together by their species. The arrangement looked very rushed, though I don’t understand how that could be the case when they were ordered several days in advance and were not delivered until the late afternoon.Will not purchase from them in the future.

Payed nearly $100 ($75 for premium+Fee+Delivery) for a Teleflora's Morning Melody and it’s suppose to be 13 inches tall and it’s 9. It’s supposed to be 14 inches wide but the only reason it may be 14 inches wide is because the flowers are weeping over the side. The bouquet is not full at all and the flowers are not the right color. Very disappointed for the quality of this bouquet especially for the ridiculous price. I even ordered a premium version but it’s even smaller than a standard. The standard was supposed to be 11 inches tall with the premium being 13 so I ordered premium and it’s 9 inches tall. I called and let them know it was not as described and they offered to replace it with the same exact flowers. No thanks.

There is a reason Kitzman's has been around for years. They always do a great job and the flowers are always just beautiful. They also call if they have any questions, even though I dont live in Michigan.

Received a birthday arrangement, when they found no one home, they called my friends who ordered it, found where I work & wouldn't get home until 5. They delivered it to me at work, no extra charge. What a generous thing to do.I have received other arrangements, in the past, from them & they are all beautifully done & unique. What a wonderful business to have in Standish.

I was impressed with the speediness of the delivery, however the quality of the product was compromised because of the quickness. My parents sent me a picture of the flowers and I was soooo embarrassed. I even upgraded to the deluxe so that was NOT worth the extra money. The picture on the website was gorgeous with a full arrangement with the flowers placement arranged beautifully. Not the one I ordered. The carnations were in one heap, the lilies in a heap, roses, etc. Also, the amount of flowers included was much less than and actually looked even less than their lowest priced standard order. I was disappointed especially since this was my parents silver anniversary during the pandemic and we couldn’t be there to celebrate. I would not order from them if your hoping for a quality delivery for the the cost and are expecting it to look remotely like their website pictures.

Stopped to pick up arm bouquet of flowers for daughter's graduation. Super sweet ladies, but the flowers completely lacked in quantity and quality compared to the price. I love to support small businesses, but I am not sure I would return.
