Love the employees they are all super great. Pharmacy is great also. My issue is the prices! Way to expensive for groceries here. I barely go here for groceries. I will drive 30 mins away before spending twice as much here!

The prices here are not the greatest, but they have the best selection around Standish, Omer, Sterling, and Twining. Unless you have a "Yes" card or some sort of savings card/account the sales here are hardly sales sometimes.

Decent sized store with great selections of fresh meats. Aisles and aisles of fairly priced pantry items. Employees are nice and helpful.

We're locals here and wish this store could be our shopping store. But we only visit if absolutely necessary for an item or two, (maybe once every 3 months) all the employees are SUPER nice, but it's waaaay to expensive!! Even sale items aren't really sale items. And the produce department is ALWAYS a letdown, dusty moldy overpriced items🤮that section of the store could definitely use some bleach!!I looVe Spartan stores and the sales, So we visit a great one down state when we go, but this one always seems to be a disappointment.Maybe they could focus more on their locals, other than the weekend warriors. And if they have to be so expensive by taking advantage of the fact they're the only store within 20 miles, then maybe they could put that $$ back into the store🤷🏼‍♀️ (clean, dust, rotate items, gut out produce department, work on water station, lighting...Just a few things that come to mind🤔(Inflation or not this store has always been the same)

Clean store with alot to choose from. Food items are fairly cheap and the meat is all fresh cuts. They have an amazing dely, definitely would recommend getting your groceries here and not Wal-Mart. I don't recommend these grapes however, they are neither needless nor are they sweet.

Super expensive!! Not well stocked, not all freshsbles were fresh, but unless you want to travel 20 miles in either direction, you're stuck with this 1 grocery store town.My advice, make a good list, then drive 20 miles to Walmart, or Meijer.

Buying 35 calorie bread on this visit.10/06/2023: Stopped on a Friday Night to purchase a few groceries for a friend coming home from a lengthy stay at physical therapy & rehab. Nice clean store.04/18/2024: Shopped on a Thursday for parchment paper.

I ordered the Easter meal to go. The paper It said that it serves 6. The turkey was fine. It was 11 lb. I received a container of carrots that said 2 servings, a container container of green bean casserole which said 4 servings, a small container of mashed potatoes and a small container of gravy. The paper said it came with four sides. I don't think the gravy should not be considered a side. All of this cost $ 59.99. We we're very disappointed. This definitely wasn't enough food to feed six people! We will not be doing this again!!

Besides the bottle returns not working 100% all the time this is a awesome store with friendly staff only two things i gotta say is I don't like the fact they don't have a ATM and can bottle return machines don't always work stores pretty decent still worth five stars though

Prices are a bit high; especially in the winter, and the produce doesn't last long before it spoils, but you can count on them to be open, and I'm grateful for that.

I DO NOT like the fact that people bring there comfort dogs into the store. Not a place for comfort dogs!!!! Tractor Supply is a place for those people and their dogs. Tractor Supply should have grocery section for those people!! If you have to have groceries and you have to have your comfort dog, use curbside delivery !!!!!!

Only go here for emergency situations so I don't have to drive too far . Seems like prices are a bit high and not a good selection . Employees don't seem too friendly , but that's just my opinion.

While their prices are high on regularly priced items, their sale prices are competitive. If you take into account the time spent to drive to Bay City plus the cost of your gas, then even their everyday prices aren't so bad. For a small town their selection & quality is excellent.

Good grocery store for a small town. Be sure to join there club because that saves a bunch of money. I've saved over $7000 since I've joined years ago. Shopping the sales works well as some stuff is a bit pricey which is standard for convenience at a small town store. They also have a great discount on gas at the forward shell station if you spend over a certain amount. Up to 50 cents off per gallon!

A good store if you don't want to travel. Definitely my favorite for customer service. Easy to shop for WIC because of labeled shelf tags. Only thing I'd change is a little bigger bathroom - a bit crowded when you have little kids or need to use the baby changing station. Overall easier than going to Walmart if you don't need a gigantic variety of products.

This is a great place to get a few things that you need (milk, eggs, flour etc) I would not recommend shopping here for all of your needs. I would suggest going to bay city or west branch. The prices reflect that this is the only grocery store in the area. You will spend way more than is necessary. They do have a wide selection of alcohol. A bakery and deli area with fresh baked goods and prepared food/salads. The staff is always helpful. The owners seem like they care. I say that because I always see people doing fundraising near the front doors. (Relay for life, girl scouts, boy scouts, salvation army, etc)

Manager made me remove my licensed service dog. Argued with me that no one should bring an animal in his store for any reason.I will drive out of my way to avoid this store. My next call is to report an ADA violation.

The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. But with it being the only actual grocer in town their selection is somewhat limited and the prices are a littlr steep. It is convenient though to have a grocer right in town for those quick trips for last minute things you may need.
