so I was given a text message to confirm an appointment I had. I did not confirm this appointment as I was not going to be able to make it due to personal family issues. which is the whole point of sending out a confirmation to let them know I will not be making it. I was given a message today saying I was going to be charged for the appointment. when I called I spoke to a very inappropriate lady. I am a very relaxed and understanding person. I apologized I was unable to make it and explained the whole not confirming. instead of being understanding and figuring out a way this can work for both of us she very sarcastically said well you should have just called. I asked if they normally tell customers about this charge or have any kind of information letting me know this would happen had I not specifically called to reschedule. she said "well no that's just what most people do" they must be new and quite unprofessional at running a business to just assume or hope people will do specific things as well all have busy lives and unexpectedcircumstances come up. I explained this and she began yelling and saying well we don't want your business or you animal here then" and proceeded to hang up. I will never return to this company and recommend it to anyone .. zero stars

Fur Crazy did an outstanding job on our Cairn Terrier. Deb took such good care of our little pup and made him look absolutely gorgeous. A really great value for exceptional service. We will definitely be bringing him back. Everyone was friendly, responsive, helpful, and professional. What a great experience for the first full grooming of our little guy. We are so pleased!

Do not suggest taking puppies here! I had prepared my 4 month puppy for first partial groom and he was exercised before going. I asked for a face, feet and Fannie groom just to get him used to going. He was calm when I dropped him off and giving kisses. But I got a call 1/2 later telling me I needed to pick up my OUT OF CONTROL puppy. What could possibly have happened? She could not handle him and gave me 2 options — sedate him or find a new groomer. It was extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. He was obviously scared. He got a bath and blow dry — no nail clipping or anything else! I will gladly find another groomer who is more capable and patient.

Our goldendoodle is always raving about Carrie when she leaves the salon😉.Milly used to be so scared going to the groomers, but she loves it here. We no longer have the “dropping your kids off at daycare” feeling. Carrie always does amazing and timely work. We’ve never had a problem scheduling an appointment, and won’t take our doodle elsewhere.

Fur crazy is wonderful. They were able to get my Bishan in the same day I called and they did an absolutely fantastic job. My dog was none too thrilled when I walked in the door and she was going to have none of this grooming stuff as there have been some bad experiences with another groomer in another city, she came home beautiful and wagging her tail. The staff were wonderful they loved on her and they made Her feel comfortable. We will come back here again

Fur Crazy is great! They all seem to love the furry critters that we bring to them to be groomed. My dog acts happy and excited when we go there and not scared. She always come out clean and whiter than before and with the softest fur. (I don't know their secret!) I will continue to use them every time!

Update 2021: I will be coming back more frequently as Stormi's grooming needs have changed, I'm living here full time all year 'round, and this is a great place, with a pleasant staff. Storm is getting old. She has arthritis issues and is a gassy old lady, but I love my fur- friend. The people at Fur Crazy listened to my concerns and gently gave her a great grooming experience.---------------------2019: Usually enjoy taking Stormi to her once-a-year summer grooming. Unfamiliar with this groomer. Left a lot of tufts. Salon owner made it all better.

I've owned dogs for 40 years. Fur Crazy is the best dog grooming salon I've ever used. All the groomers are kind, professional and do a fabulous job on my dog. I drive 40 miles, from Grand Rapids to Fruitport, to bring my dog to Fur Crazy. I highly recommend them.

I love fur crazy I called on a Friday and they got all four of my dogs in the next day. They were very nice and patient. All my dogs smelled and looked so much better!!!!. I will be taking my dogs there once a month from now on. Thank you fur crazy

We have been coming here with our dog(Eimah) for years. When you walk in the door you are greeted with warm smiles and genuine, pleasant conversations. My wife calls this place(the puppy spa) and that is exactly what it is. Whenever the name FUR CRAZY is mentioned in our house our dogs ears perk up and she gets crazy excited. Absolutely terrible experience. Do not EVER go here!!! Brought my dog there and they completely shaved my Australian Shepard when I specifically said not to multiple time. Worst place I have ever been in my life. She doesn’t even loook like my dog and they NEVER listen to what I wanted.

Completely rude staff. Booked an appointment over 2 weeks in advance, and my dog was refused service at the door. Never mentioned that my dog was a problem, and failed to call me prior to my appointment so problems could be corrected before we arrived. I will never return again.

My French Bulldog loves this place and it is difficult to find a place that treats the animals and customers with such great service. Very friendly, affordable and professional, small shop with a big heart.
