Sparta Animal Clinic is by far the best vet I have ever been to. They are very attentive to my dogs needs as well as very gentle. My dog loves going there even if it is for an issue. They have previously helped me with the end of life for my late 13 year old baby. The hardest thing I have ever done, and they didn't rush me one bit. They take extra care to let the lobby know that someone is going through such a rough decision to be courteous and try to keep it quiet. One of my roughest decisions and days, and they took extra care to make sure after I could just leave since I was very teary-eyed. Thank you, everyone, at sparta Animal Clinic!

I have been taking my fur babies here for several years now. Vet's and staff are always so helpful, thorough and kind.What I really like is I can pick up my pets meds right at the office and not have to order online!

Sparta Animal Clinic will be my forever vet for my animals. They always go above and beyond for my pets and only want what is best for them. They are always straightforward with pricing and never try to trick or hide anything from you. They will treat your pets like their own and make sure they are as comfortable as possible during their visit. Everyone there is amazing and always willing to answer my 100s of questions over the phone or during our appointment, they never make me feel embarrassed for asking a simple question.

Sparta Animal Hospital squeezed us in for an emergency when our normal vet was unable to. They were very kind, explained what needed to happen clearly and took great care of Brutus. They even carried him to the car and help me get him calm and comfortable before I attempted to leave. This is now Brutus' vet even though it is way out of the way for us. Worth the drive!

This is an awesome place with the best people to care for your family members! Wouldn't take my pets to any other place! They treat and care for your pets like they are their own! Had SO MUCH compassion when after 11 years I had to say my final goodbyes to my German Shepherd, Shelby. GREAT people full of compassion and love!

The BEST experience I've ever had at a veterinarian clinic. The entire staff was kind, caring, and helpful from the moment we walked in! The vet techs were super nice to my dog. The vet really super nice and helpful. She explained a lot of things to me our past vet did not. The clinic itself is clean and modern. I appreciate that there are separated areas in the waiting room to allow for some space between animals who might be feeling stressed. The pricing was super reasonable.I wish I had taken more pictures than just my dog laying on the floor! But, at least you'll be able to see that the flooring is nice!

Monday, March 15th was probably the worst day that our family has been through. We made the choice to put our Lucy down due to her health concerns. Sparta Animal Clinic was simply amazing! Dr. Zach as well as the entire staff did everything in their power to try and find out what was wrong with her. He gave us all the options, but was also realistic about the diagnosis. After weighing our options we chose to end her pain. Once again the the entire staff was beyond professional and caring. They made this horrible time just the tiniest bit easier on our family. Hearing how much they enjoyed having Lucy while she was there meant a lot to us. They especially liked how Lucy would lay down just like a cat with her front paws tucked in. We can not thank you all enough for your care and support during our visits.

Our dog had TPLO surgery done here 5 months ago and we are so happy with how it turned out! He is now able to run, play and go on hikes again. Dr Smith and the rest of the staff were very patient and kind, especially since our dog has a lot of anxiety at the vet. We are very thankful we found Sparta Animal Clinic for his surgery and would definitely recommend them to others!

We definitely feel our dog is in the best hands. The attention and care received right as you enter the door, sets one at ease. They have been thorough and caring in the treatment provided to our Golden as we work to fix his auto immune issues causing his scratching. Highly recommended!

Have taken 3 cats and a dog to them already & will continue taking all other pets to them as well.Can be a bit pricey (office visit runs just under $40)but the quality of care makes the price worth it for us.

Recently expanded and updated facilities. Tucker loves going to the Vet as the whole staff is extremely personal and engaging with him. Dr.s do not rush and make sure to explain everything very well. I highly recommend them for your pets care.

1st time there with my new puppy. Everyone was really nice and the place was clean. They let me come inside for the visit. My old dog's vet doesn't allow it and I wasn't going to send my puppy in there alone, so I looked around and I'm glad I picked Sparta. My puppy will be back and this will be her vet office.

Apparently it’s good practice to pull 7 teeth from a dog who is only 4.5yrs old and without notifying the owner that there is an issue or ask if it’s ok to pull the teeth. When I questioned it, I was told, “you didn’t tell us not to pull his teeth”. I didn’t realize that needed to be said. They basically assaulted my child and I’m furious!

Monty loves going to Sparta Animal Clinic! I take both of my dogs here even though I’ve moved out of Sparta. They are affordable and do a great job caring for all of Monty’s special needs. They have always made going to the vet a positive experience for Monty, so he gets excited to be there. :)

I highly recommend this vet. Everyone from front desk to vet tech to vet are marvelous. They took the time to figure out what was wrong with my dog when other offices kept saying allergies. It wasn't allergies. Reasonably priced also.
