Easily accessible and a clean store with a good location. However, i have found the staff often are dismissive, seemingly intentional rude during any, especially more complex but simple questions, with poor attitude and unhelpful answers. Frustratingly, it feels dependent on how you outwardly present yourself will depend on treatment. It makes it very difficult to come here. Just so unwelcome, cold, and unfriendly. Parts of pharmacy staff come off unknowledgeable in the field too. Current set up also makes it very difficult if you are hard of hearing. I would also recommend a better way to handle sign fatigue. I wish I could say better, but this has been the experience for myself and family for the last year.

Okay folks, this rite aid is fabulous in every way! They have the friendliest staff, very clean, organized, easy to find what you need and ne:er out of stock on anything I need! They accept bridge cards for food, have a wellness card program that you can earn points and receive coupons for money off you shopping trips. They have liquor, beer, wine, seltzer, individual beers and sellers too! They have pet needs, baby needs, kids toys, holiday sections that are always 50% off, whether Christmas or spring. You can almost buy everything here! Also has the pharmacy, which you can get a covid shot (have to schedule at riteaid.com) and the flu shot. This is a great store! 5 stars!!!

Reading the terrible reviews people has given the store is disheartening to me. I have always had good experiences going there. John and the other pharmacists are very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The other employees that work there have always greeted me with a friendly hello, ask if I found everything I was looking for and if not they have taken the time to help me look.

Didn't like going too this pharmacy bc I had a sinus infection and treated me like a meth user for getting Sudafed. I won't return. Learn to not treat everyone like a drug addict regardless even if they are. Your job is not too look down on people especially when they are sick. How do you expect someone too look when sick? Leave the b.s. for the cops , not everyone buying Sudafed is a drug user. Have respect!

The workers here are the least intelligent people I've ever met. I went to print off some pictures with no success. The employee's told me after repeated attempts to load my pictures that the computer only works with iPhones. Very frustrating and waste of time.

Witnessed an employer stealing out of the till at this place keep their job and fire someone for it with zero proof. Place is constantly trashed, employees are rude, low IQ, lazy, dirty, and have no customer service skills whatsoever. The fact most of them smoke pot is probably what makes them utterly useless.

Won’t be doing business with the Rite Aid in the future. Pharmacist chooses to play politics with people’s health. Disgusting that society has devolved to the point that pharmacists sink to that level.

Went up there some time my phone for my card it work . The cashier at the time was not busy she never ask me if i want a new card at all eas like WOW no friendly service there
