Employees need to not get passed off and walk off waving their arms like little girls when customers don't hear them asking do you need help. You stay 20ft from people and expect them to hear you. News flash red head not everyone hears perfect. So maybe next time walk closer make sure you've got their attention before walking off like a little kid throwing a fit. I'm not sorry I didn't hear you nor seen you talking to me. I'm sorry you're such a child and throw fits. Maybe next time approach a lot closer and ask your questions. Not stand 20+ft away asking then no response and you throw a fit. Prices are higher then what you'd pay elsewhere. Not my favorite store especially after today. I'll spend my dime elsewhere. Female employees there usually have some kind of attitude.

The lady that was working there was extremely helpful in every way she could be above and beyond. What a catch for some lucky guy! If only I didn't have a awesome wife I would of moved in on that hit her on the head with my cave man club and drug her to my cave

After trying curbside pickup here, it wasn't a pleasant experience. The young gentlemen working where rude and unhelpful. I'll avoid this location from now on.Edit: After several visits in-store, my previous review is partially no longer true. I still won't use this location for curbside, but the other staff I have interacted with have been wonderful! Store is clean and stocked well.

We shop here every other week. It is a great place for feed for our birds and critters. I think this is the only store that still sells some animal foods in bulk. We like the convenience and selection.

Came here on a Friday evening at 7:45 pm. We knew they close at 8.Just grabbing some dog food.Walked in the door .. male employee standing there, looks at his watch..."just skating in under the wire"... REALLY??If your sign says 8 pm then what's the problem???I found that incredibly rude. If my dog wasn't out of food I would of left and went elsewhere.I won't be in a hurry to return here. There are 2 other farm and homes... they treat customers better.

The staff knows nothing about warranties on items. Always in a hurry because they are short staffed. Foot wear and batteries to be specific. Why buy something from a merchant when you have to deal with the company they purchased it from. Makes no sense. Grant michigan location is the BEST.

Clean. Easily accessible from Sparta. Great selection on exactly what the name over the door reads. Plus more. Tonight I got a complete cattle, steers and horses toy sets for a ton less than you'll find in mega-lo-mart. 6 packages for under $40. Awesome

The First time I used this store I ran into to buy my husband a tow chain and the security system beeped as I was exiting. A tall young blonde clerk took my purse and proceeded to check it's contents. She found two packs of dog batteries I bought for my daughter on Amazon and kept my purse while she asked "Where did you get these?" She called a manager and she and another clerk proceeded to look at me like I was a shoplifter. Meanwhile a couple with huge pitbull yanking on retractable leash runs towards exit door so I ran outside. My husband had to go in and get my purchase and purse and manager did not apologize. I was never near their LOCKED case where the batteries were sold! The clerk lied and said she didn't search my purse which is illegal. Today I returned and again I ran out with my card still in cardreader as a huge pitbull dragging it's lease approaches me. The dogs are not contained and the clerks uneducated. Never going in that store sgain

This is a great place for families, we love corn mazes, and mainly came for that. But even though my kids are older teenagers they had just as much fun as the young kids in the corn pit, haunted mansion slide, giant bounce pumpkin, and Stray mountain. There was only a few things they were to big for. We had a great time, and will definitely come back.

I just ❤ Family Farm & Home especially since they have certain Critter feed I can't usually find most places. I usually have to order bulk nuts, mixed and raw. I almost have to always hunt them down. I called one day and they had them so I went and was hooked. That Sparta store has the nicest employees.
