We took our Alaskan Malamute Willow here for a bath and brush for the first time today and were very impressed. Tanya did an awesome job with her and is super friendly. We will definitely be back.

Ive recently relocated to Sparta and needed a new groomer.My large breed dog is 10yrs old and isnt keen on being bathed or having her nails trimmed but I was reassured that she'd be no problem.When I got my dog home I realized tbat sbe hadn't been bathed because she still had a dirty belly , and her nails had NOT been trimmed as I requested, so now Im paying the Vet's office to trim them. For $55.00 my dog got a bandana areound her neck.This groomer isnt even worth arguing with.I'll never take my dog back and tbe word of mouth referrsls.will be negative.Don't waste your money here.

Terrible wont be back super rude. Took both of my dogs in because one of them was matted and said cut at least as u can to keep as much fur as you can i got to pick both of them up and both of them are completely shaved even there tail ive never had any groomer shave there tails they look AWFUL they are literally shaved to the skin this place is ridiculous. And on top of that they don’t even smell like they were even washed I swear all they did was shave them there nails weren’t even trimmed and I still had to pay full price. Complete rip off.

I asked for my doodle to just have a trim. To keep her head hair pretty much the same. Just a trim. Just a trim all around. She was not matted, except a little under the chin. I agreed to have her cut that. She completely shaved her. I asked to not have her look like a poodle. She looks like a poodle. I wanted my Heinz 57 dog to have a summer cut. She said he's a retriever and that's not good for him, as his hair won't grow back proper. I said, I want a summer cut. She said she didn't bank time for that. So, instead of really trimming my Heinz 57, she hardly did anything, and shaved my doodle! Won't go back!

Able to get a 1st tim appointment quickly. Location is easy to find with plenty of parking. My pet was ready for pickup in the time quoted and the grooming exactly as I'd requested. I would highly recommend this service for your pet.

We have been seeing Rachel for a couple of years! She always does such a great job on our boys 💓 She is very professional and gives great advice! We have a Havaneese whose hair gets matted so easily and she has taught us what combs/brushes to get and how often he should come in. I highly recommend her!!

Awesome place to take your pets for grooming. This was our first timetaking our dogs here and we will definitely continue going back. We highlyrecommend Sammi as she is the first groomer that really listened to our concerns and did a great job. Very clean and friendly environment for your pets.

Wonderful place to take your pet. The groomers are all friendly and caring. The dogs run around in an enclosed area with the groomers. They all look very happy and it’s good time for dogs to be social. My dogs haircut looks great and both dogs smell so good when I pick them up. I definitely recommend taking your pet here!

They told us and our 3 babies we couldn’t come back. I did leave a rude message bc they didn’t return my call but I had no idea they were closed 4 days and I have been suffering with pain, throbbing, and vertigo for 2 plus weeks from a pulled large bottom tooth. We always tipped 20% which is a lot for 3 medium to large dogs. I’d never recommend them EVER. My dogs are attached and it’s traumatic for them. Yes I’m sure with constants pain no sleep and no antibiotic working I was ornery who wouldn’t be?

Brenda is no longer the owner and the new owner Sammi can be rude. Don’t be late because they will tell you they need to reschedule after you arrive. They have shaved my Bichon right down to the skin where I needed to get some cream from the vet. Horrible cut and horrible service. Won’t be back after 13 years of going there!

Our sweet boy 💙 had the worse hair cut ever, our poodle, had clipper burns, Nick on his ear, , uneven in spots where cut down to his skin shown through. Looks like she kept trying toeven it out not very successful ly. Made our last trip to doggie paws. They lost the one person , previous owner Brenda who cared about our fury friends.

The staff tell us every time what a doll our dog is and they send home a lite doggy report after each visit and a small baggy of treats. Our Cavi looks gorgeous after visit.
