Very clean and organized store. The staff is willing to go over and above to assist you even if that means finding more staff to solve the issue. They also love to see your pets and welcome them into the store if they can behave and listen to simple commands.

Southgate Pet Supplies Plus is always clean and well stocked. Our cats have special needs (Siamese), and grocery stores don't carry the food they require. Staff is helpful and courteous. We also purchased a couple goldfish, and they are still very healthy and happy.

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years for grooming for my 2 doodles. They looked great when I picked them up and then when I went to brush them the next day I found mats around Theo’s mouth and Finn’s ears were very uneven. I had to trim them both. I was disappointed after what I spent and tipped. I’ll have to look for another groomer. It’s unfortunate because I really like the location.Anna my regular groomer reached out to me. I will be returning there. I did not use her for the last grooming appt.

My first and last time in this store. I pray for the Day this company franchise closes permanently!! Ice cold baths for dogs and No cone force nozzle available to dry your dogs. Dogs don't like cold water and they don't get clean in cold water. Finally I slipped and fell in your late and lame store and it's on Cam. You didn't even help me up or file a incident report. All you can say is have a nice Day. I got you and your store up my Azz and that's basically why I gave you the middle finger when I walked out.

Went there got to the cashier and I didn’t give him my phone number and he said that because I didn’t give him my number he wasn’t giving me the sales price that mess up so I walked out I think that billshit way to go never go there again

Always come here but they are ALWAYS out of $1's and change. Then you have to wait longer than you should for them to gather your change. It's weird.. like the manager should probably make bank runs for singles and change more often.

I’m very disappointed in the way the bearded dragons are being treated. There was one that you could see every joint in his body because he was so skinny. All of them look too skinny but this one I’m not even sure was alive.
