Unfortunately sometimes when I pick up my Mothers prescription it's either not available or there is a long wait in the drive thru. My Mom is a Senior. Today Saturday April 20th just was plainly uncalled for the rudeness to me concerning my Mom's prescription was ordered early today and was not ready because the Insurance did not cover the cost of the prescription.

Don't walk, RUN from this pharmacy! If you're expecting to pick up your medication in a timely manner forget about it! Don't even bother to call to check the status of your prescription. You will hear repeatedly "Walgreens, please hold" for over an hour before you get live assistance. The unprofessionalism and incompetence is mind blowing! Don't let the medication be anything that's pertinent for your health. You will end up hospitalized or dead by the time you receive it!!!

I worked here since May 2023, by far the most unorganized & unprofessional setting I have ever experienced I would not trust this location to fill any of my prescriptions. The staff are not trained properly, always understaffed, the pharmacy is always a mess and carry a bunch of germs. I suffered from emotional trauma from management, being over worked, & never got my appropriate breaks. Everyone that worked in the pharmacy quit due to the RXOM EJ. I have reached out to HR multiple times with no changes. This pharmacy should be investigated immediately. 0 stars. Highly do not recommend

The worst manager ever! Lazy and has something smart to say all the time. Everytime I need to do a FedEx dropoff and she's involved it's an issue. Definitely done with that store after today!!

This literally the worst pharmacy ever. None of the employees have any type of customer service skills and are materially dishonest. I've called several times and went into the pharmacy on 3 separate occasions trying to get a profile transferred from another pharmacy. I initially came in on 9/19 spoke with an older African American lady with glasses and gray hair. She had thee worst disposition and attitude. After giving her the information for the transfer she wrote it down and told me that I would be getting a text in a few hours. I never received one. Called 2days later and was told that the other Pharmacy did not answer but they would call again. I never received a call. I physically went to the pharmacy again on 9/23 stood in line over 10 mins and then was told that the pharmacy was closing after I and several other customers stood in line to be waited on.I was then told by the same pharmacist who took my information initially that she had no record of me coming in or my prescription. I reminded her that I indeed spoke with her and then she went to find the note that she took days prior. Again she claimed that the other pharmacy was not answering and to come back later. Everytime they've said the other pharmacy did not answer has been untrue. I've literally called the other pharmacy and they've been responsive each time with no record of Walgreens attempting to engage them. I've called Walgreens on 9/26 same story. I called on 9/28 beginning at 9am and was told to call back later. Each time I did it was the same story. I asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on and then kept being placed on hold and transferred. I spoke with Salem who was said to be the manager. She claimed she would call because the other pharmacy was not picking up. She then says that i could call the other pharmacy on three-way. I tried to but she hung up on me. At no time was i ever rude or belligerent with the staff. I know a lot of industries are short staffed and overworked which is why I remained patient with them but this pharmacy location's staff is thee most unpleasant, unprofessional, rude and nasty group of humans I've ever dealt with. You shouldn't treat customers like this. Not getting a prescription filled is a serious matter and can be potentially life threatening. This type of behavior is alarming.

Their Pharmacy has the rudest young lady. They do not go up and beyond for their clients. They don't return calls always putting you on hold without notification. Bring back the old staff or close this pharmacy. The pharmacist are great! But staff is not even sub par. I left ER called to see if prescription was ready. Was told (by the same rude lady) that I had to call ER to verify prescription numbers. What!!!! That's your job!!! I called ER anyways.. ER told me the pharmacy has to call them. I'm like OMG!!! I CANT EVEN GET MY MEDS AND IM IN SO MUCH PAIN!!! NOW THEY OUT FOR LUCH!!!¡

The people who work here have brain damage. They will look you in the eye and tell you that you have no prescriptions and no account with them, then when you show them that your prescription is ready on the website they immediately change their mind and say “oh, yeah, here it is.” Do not ever use this pharmacy, they hire bridge trolls to work here.

The pharmacists that works here goes above & beyond to make sure patients receives either their medication or an emergency supply if medication is closed out by YOUR doctor!! Which the pharmacy has NO control of !! They are closed 1:30 -2:00 pm for lunch (so sorry that even people at Walgreens pharmacy needs a lunch and occasionally a break ) and closes 9 on Monday - Friday & 6 pm on weekends (it doesn’t take a rocket science to read what time the pharmacy closes online ) so not their problem most of y’all can’t read READING IS FUNDAMENTAL!!! Most of these “complaints “ are childish and about things they legally cannot make happen or control ,due to insurance not covering medication, being extremely busy filling your medication or your loved ones medication ,there are over 10 million ppl in michigan and only a handful of pharmacist . YOU CAN WAIT FOR YOUR MEDICATION YA MOMMA SHOULDA TAUGHT YALL PATIENCE !!! If their not able to answer phone as much ,because it is a PHARMACY then simply idk COME IN , or if y’all don’t like the wait GO SOMEWHERE ELSE simpleton . So tired of seeing people giving these heroes a hard time ,cursing ,spitting ,yelling ,and being outright disrespectful. But if they did that to y’all then it would be a WHOLE nother problem . Learn respect first and maybe you’ll get it back .

Was there yesterday to help my Mom get her blood pressure medicine . So I went to the counter they told me she was in the system but needed to have her medical card. Went to the car to get her card came back and they was closed for lunch. I didn't see any signs saying what time they close . Also the lady behind the counter didn't tell me. As much as I dont want to do this I have to see if I can get this medication for my Mom because she needs it. Hopefully today I have to go back to Walgreens. But I do know I will not come here filling my prescriptions or Moms . POOR SERVICE!!!! 🤨😮🤨🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

The tech said they only received one prescription and not the other, and the first they wouldn’t receive for several days. They could not/would not look to see if it was in stock in a different location. We called around to find a pharmacy that had it in stock and picked it up from there. Then got a notification just before closing that the second script was ready. I picked it up the next morning and was told they had both prescriptions ready the day before and the tech just hadn’t double checked. When medication is time sensitive it’s especially important to be accurate.

My doctor submitted a prescription before noon on 10/21/22, my prescription was not ready until 10/27/22. This is not the first time I have had to go without medication because of the lengthy time they have taken to fill the prescription. I know I am not the only person experiencing this as well as having to wait in long lines for pickup due to the workers being unorganized

I stood in line to pick up my prescription. Only one person was there to assist an extremely lengthy line of customers. When I got to the counter, she asked my name and then started talking to the pharmacist on another matter. She then disappeared for 10 minutes. Another employee decided to help and said they dont have the drug there. Did not offer to call another store or give me next steps!

I am currently waiting in the drive thru and I’ve e been waiting for at least 15 minutes for a prescription that ordered online 4 days ago. Two employees have been to the window to help me and I still do not have my script. This is ridiculous, it’s hot and gas cost too much to run the air conditioner. I don’t know what the issue is but I also came to the drive thru on Saturday to pick up the prescription and ended up driving off because of the wait. It may be worth it to have all my prescriptions transferred to my local CVS!!

To be fair the store is not so bad. No the pharmacy has some issues. For a whole week I went to pick up a prescription and they claimed that they could only do drive~thru pick up. On Sunday I went in to get a few things and a prescription. I was the only customer in the store, I was told by a person who works in pharmacy that O could not pick up my meds inside the store. I left took my prescription to a different store and will not step foot in this store again!!! There was 4 or 5 people working behind the counter in the pharmacy.

I've never used their pharmacy, but the front end cashiers are so friendly & nice. Darlene always greets every customer with a warm greeting, and Gwen is so helpful. Kudos to the store manager, a well kept store and friendly place.

My spouse and I stood in line for about an hour for COVID boosters and flu vaccines. They repeatedly confused us with other customers, and after finally calling us back for our shots we had to wait another ~20 minutes because they repeatedly lost paperwork.At first we thought they were just busy, but they're clearly incompetent.

This is just for the pharmacy- the rest of the store is fine. Stopped in today to pick up a prescription. Saw 5 people in line so I left- no way I would get out of there in less than 2 hours. I’ll have to stop back in later, or have my script moved elsewhere. Terrible service at this pharmacy. This will be my last prescription pick up here.

**she now gives great customer service! Sweet lady, always ready to help. An amazing improvement!** I had the worst experience ever with a checkout employee! She was so rude to me when I inquired about a cash back reward. Extremely unprofessional and should NOT be working with the public. I am deeply offended by her horrible attitude and lack of respect towards me! I hope management will look into this person. She also was on her phone for a minute before acknowledging me.

I would like to give a big thank you to the pharmacist that was on duty Saturday 4/9/22 at the Walgreens on 9 mile and Lasher. I don't know his name but he went over and beyond to care for me. I was discharged from the emergency room with some prescriptions that I desperately needed. The hospital sent my prescription to another location without verifying with me the location. Anyways, there was a glitch in the system that caused one of my prescriptions not to show up. The wonderful, awesome pharmacist called the 1st Walgreens to find it, called the emergency room to have them resend it to his location and called me back once he tracked my prescription down. Once I arrived to pick up my prescription, he could see how much pain I was in, he helped me on the floor with locating lidocaine patches, pain pills I needed and rung my order up. He wished me a happy birthday because it was my birthday and he wished me to be well soon. I thanked him on the phone, in the store and now publicly I want to let Walgreens corporation know they have a prize in this pharmacist and to treat he good because he deserves it with the AMAZING service he is providing in this neighborhood.

Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The drive thru will have you waiting for 30 min before they get anywhere and inside is just as bad. If you value your time at all try a different location.

The staff are always friendly and I've never had any issues with the pharmacy. My only complaint is while there is always a sale in the cosmetic section, the quantity of products could be better. Being located in the middle of Lahser and 9 mile I believe this location should have a larger amount of cosmetic products that are geared towards woman of color to even out the selection of products for fairer skinned women. Other than that, I absolutely love this Walgreens.

Had a package delivered from FedEx, because they are a drop point for Fedex. They temporarily closed before I could even get my package, the next day. I wasn't informed at all. I have no idea when they plan to reopen.

7 hours and my prescription was never filled. Ended up having to go to the emergency room due to their pharmacy's idiocracy - their lack of filling my antibiotic prescription caused me a severe life-threatening kidney infection. Had to transfer it up the street to Royal Oak and my prescription was ready in 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous and dumb workers.

The store is fine! Now the pharmacy is horrible! Due to lack of staffing and countless other issues I was unable to get my perception filled for almost a week! I had to transfer my profile to another store! They are affecting patient care at this point!

The pharmacist and the workers are disrespectful, unprofessional. Is this due to the neighborhood? I am at a lost. God touch nothing but there heart I pray to turn them to good. Their attitude leads to trouble. My clients I will not refer them to this place or any other walgreen.

I am new to the area and transferred all my prescriptions to this location. I have had a great deal of disappointment with this store's pharmacy. Several times I have had delays (sometimes DAYS) in refilling part of a prescription, because this staff lacks basic concern for the wellbeing of their customers. There is no follow-through if for some reason if there is the slightest bit of difficulty in refilling a drug. I often have to make more than one trip in to pick up drugs ordered together, because no one on staff reads an order, sees there might be a problem and chooses to be proactive and call, so I can clear it up. When I have attempted to address this at the pharmacy, I have gotten stupid excuses that keep changing-no one is willing to step up and take ownership. The staff is rude to me because I have voiced my dissatisfaction with them, (so I get punished for lack of professionalism). Although I have complained to management several times, nothing is resolved. I guess there are no consequences for poor service, (and apparently they know it), other than me spending my coin elsewhere. Will do.
