Complete disaster lately. Stopped by this store last week and it looked like a bomb went off. There was a rotten, moldy apple sauce on a shelf (aisle G37), majorly rotten banana, items disorganized or on the ground throughout the store, toilet paper all over the women’s bathroom and no paper towels to dry hands. I understand places can be short staffed or other things arise, but most of the employees we saw were on their phones and the woman who works in the electronics dept was doing her hair and makeup. If employees were being productive and actually working, the store wouldn’t have looked like this.

I frequent this particular Target because I live close by.. BUT I will drive to the Troy store to not have to Encounter the lady with the thick rimmed black glasses with short hair. I have many complaints about her. I asked her name and she told me she didn’t have a name. So I walked over to a cashier and asked her name and I was told Claudette. She’s the most Rudest person in the entire store .. has a smart mouth and when checking out at self check out she’s all in my face.. If I need assistance I will ask. I actually hate when I I see her. And I will take my money elsewhere. Management needs to take heed to the complaints regarding this person.. I won’t be returning

My Target experience with the exception of the restroom issue:"I had a fantastic experience at Target recently! All areas of the store were great, from the well-stocked shelves to the friendly staff. Target is the best! Staff is always pleasant and order is correct. With such a hectic work week, it’s great to know that I can place an order and go to pick it up in around 2 hours or less.

Today I witnessed a cashier take a tone and give a customer attitude for no reason other than the customer asked if there would be a checkout lane opening. I was not involved but seeing a person that should be in a customer service position act rude to a customer when it was completely unwarranted is ridiculous. You need to do better.

Everything was an easy find. I was only going to buy diapers and a cup. However, few months ago this same target had things I needed during pregnancy. A lot of stores no longer have a maternity section but this target does.

I was in line for approximately 20 minutes and then the cashier tells me this line is closed I was shocked I could have been told earlier so thank you Target you saved me $100 by not shopping with you today. I then walked out the store and left my merchandise poor customer service today

I hit the bullseye with this location being my home store! Great staff, clean store, and well stocked. This location also carries the brands that I like, as some other locations don’t carry those particular brands.

i was visiting the city of detroit a couple days ago and i was just stopping by for some snacks to take along with me on my visit and one of the workers i came across was named jordan, he had very nice big hair with glasses and he was just the sweetest, very helpful and nice young man!!! i didn’t really know what i wanted to get but he gave me some suggestions and introduced me to some great foods. very awesome workers👍🏾👍🏾

It’s sad that while I frequent this target 1-2 times a week, the manager- I think her name is Khadija: Short hair, thick frame glasses is patronizing and rude. Unfortunately she opens frequently. For a store that has polite staff and has been heavily advertising ‘a RUN clearance event’ her attitude and remarks are unnecessary and have left a bad taste in my mouth. She has made rude comments on a few different occasions this month and it’s sad that when I go in and see she’s working, it makes me want to spend less money here and get out quickly

Target Southfield is 1 of the most urban store amongst all locations that I have visited. The attitudes and the unprofessionalism from the team members are very upsetting. Starbuck’s Southfield inside Target is the same half shaken drinks, associates wearing crop tops no gloves and hair not covered or pulled back.

Merchandise was OK, although they did not have the chromebook I wanted. The problem is Security. A Black guy in a white Camaro got mad at me because I didn't look getting into the left turn lane. Idiot followed me around in his car, and yelled at me. I yell Back "If you don't LIKE it-call the COPS." Sure enough, when I came back, a "low tire pressure warning" is on my dash. Surer enough. There was a puncture wound in my front left tire. Had Southfield's Finest take a report. Towed to dealership. Uber to work and back (which is a long distance.) $300 to replace the tire. *(#@! A Detective came and looked at their videos (when they Finally had a video person available.) The Quality of their videos is So BAD, However, that she couldn't glean any incriminating information from it.It's Not Target's fault that the area is deteriorating, but why have cameras, if they aren't in good operating condition??I will shop at the Bloomfield Hills Target from now on (if at All.)They will have a Detective there today.Hope it wasn't an Employee!If they don't have cameras in that lot to catch Inner City No-Accounts, I'm NOT shopping there Anymore!

The behavior of the employees has become terrible. The fitting room attendants were loudly cursing and complaining about their jobs. The checkout person didn't say one word to us but carried on a personal conversation with another employee the entire time she slowly checked us out.

Made an online order for pick-up, on my way to the store I received an automated email stating the wallpaper I ordered was out of stock. Still went in to pick up some items. Was walking around and behold, the wallpaper I ordered sitting on the shelf. I took the same quantity to customer service to essentially fulfill my own order and keep it simple. Said it wasn’t possible. Asked it we could give the wallpaper to an associate to fulfill the order. Said it wasn’t possible. Had to double purchase the wallpaper and call customer service to return my online order. Not a big deal, but the pure lack of willingness to make it work or find a solution was interesting to say the least.

You know what's really irritating about this particular Target store is that they start announcing at 9pm that the store is closing at 10pm. And they seem to announce it every 10 minutes until 10pm. This doesn't happen when I'm at other Target stores at night. Really irritating because as someone spending money in a place, and sometimes A LOT of money, I don't want to feel like I'm being rushed out of the store. It really feels like a lack of customer consideration.

Terrible store. Out of everything, no one to help. I had to walk all the way from the back of the store to customer service desk, asked a cashier " is there anyone on the floor who can help me "land she said "what floor". I now see it makes sense to drive all the way to the West Bloomfield store, even though this store is less than a mile from my house.

Always excellent service from each team member. I place an order monthly and Target SLFD Always has my order correct and drive up wait time is less than 1 minute. I am always greeted with a big smile and great service. Saturday around 2:00, I forgot an item for my drive up order. The stored store was jammed packed and they were limited cashier’s but a guy ( goatee and glasses on 6 and the beautiful lady with short blonde hair.. she had a knee injury). These two cashiers were busting their necks and butts to get the us customers out the door!

I went to this Target because it had a CVS pharmacy inside. I received my flu shot. The pharmacist was good and gave a good shot.

The staff is very nice and I enjoy shopping here. However the lines are always long and there is often not a separate line for returns because those ladies are helping out with the long lines. They could use a few more cashiers during peak hours.
