My dog Romeo was groomed by Asia she did a fantastic job I recommend her and Asia keep up the good work I appreciate you Romeo looks good everyone in house was pleased with his cut he didn't look like the weasel when you were done 😂😂😂

Every time I attempt to patronize this place I have a horrible experience. The customer service is nonexistent. The groomers are rude and seemingly have no desire to give an excellent customer service experience. I made a 2pm appointment through the online reservation. I shortly thereafter received a call from a very rude groomer stating that she didn’t have time to give my dog a bath and brush. She stated that she had a lot of big dogs and could not honor the appointment set. No accommodations were offered or made. I would not recommend this establishment.

It was the 1st time our family was separated from our fur baby, Cotton. Our anxieties were put to rest by the knowledgeable and caring staff at Petsmart Cat Hotel. We were provided with daily updates on Cotton's progress and even received an adorable photo via email. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend

I was boarding my cats and they failed to tell me I needed a full series of shots. I came to drop them off at 7 pm and I was leaving early the next day. But I couldn’t drop my cats off. Highly upset. I boarded them at the big beaver location before with just first shot so I was very confused when they told me I needed the first shot along with the booster. So if you plan on boarding your pets have ALL THE SHOTS the booster is necessary!

Took my dog to be groomed at the Southfield location. He really didn’t look like he had been groomed nor shampooed. He is black with white hair around his mouth and a streak down his belly. The white was dull looking and he had so much hair left on him and it was so uneven. I complained and the manager said I asked for a 7 and that’s what I usually get. That’s been some thing like a year or so. I stopped going there and decided to try them again. This was the worse cut ever. The manager did go over and cut him down since the young lady was a student and it looked a little better but I was not pleased at all. Will not be going back.

They take very very care of your pet. When you leave you can make sure your pet is in very good hands. This is the only place I will ever leave my baby Chester. My baby my chihuahua. I score them 100 + 100

Wide, clean aisles. Clearly market product. Good service. Was asked if I needed help. Was there for a large bone. Got one. For this big chewer. It was gone in an hour.Easy in and out. Good parking.

I just left Petsmart on telegraph and 12 mile, I took my Chihuahua in to be bathed and have her nails trimmed.I had her vaccination record card with all of her vaccines and her rabies vaccines I took her to a Oak Park mobile clinic to get the remainder of her vaccines a month ago. she’s only a year old The ladies at the front desk at Petsmart said they could not give my Chihuahua a bath or clip her toenails because the mobile clinic I went to didn’t give me a print out sheet from a veterinarians office so they could not help me and they turned me away. So this Bussiness turns down money and then I have a small Chihuahua. Clearly I had her vaccination card and they said the little stickers that were put on her chart could have been fake! Yet the vaccination record chart stickers, had the veterinarians name and phone number and it was dated. don’t waste your time if you have just your dogs vaccination card and not a print out from a veterinarian. I did book my Chihuahua’s appointment today and it was a total inconvenience, the ladies were rude and unprofessional! Thank you! for nothing Petsmart..

Went to add some fish to my small aquarium. The guy helping me was very Informative and was able to ask questions and help me pick out fish and even a tiny shrimp. Good quality, friendly service.

I had quite a nice experience at this PetSmart. Even after Christmas and New Year rush the store was well-stocked. The sweet little kitties seemed content, even though they were in a wretched cage. I would have liked to have seen ferrets at this location also; however, none were to be found. Among other items, I purchased some TikiCat "Broth" for 99 cents each. Not impressed with the portion size. The packaging was cool on the outside but when you opened it, all the "good stuff" sticks all in the crevices of the packaging. So uncool.Lastly, loved the young lady at the checkout. Knowledgeable, friendly and swift. I'm thinking I'll revisit next time my feral feline friends need more food.

Went to have my American Bully's nails buffed. It went well, she's a pro. Lots of questions are asked , and you must show proof of rabies vax. Banfield and Petsmart, aren't connected so records don't transfer over, which kinda sucks. Make sure to pay the groomer directly , and avoid taking the invoice elsewhere (to the cashier) . The groomers all work hard and are pleasant, they deserve every penny and then some. Thanks Jay, Asia, the lady who trimmed my dogs nails (I can't remember her name right now) and the rest of the team! I love looking at the clearance area for markdowns for items I can use.

I have a new puppy and wanted suggestions for more natural pet food. The staff was very efficient in sending assistance and the clerk helping me was very knowledgeable, responding to questions, making suggestions, etc. Directed me towards the correct food for the age of my puppy and made additional diet recommendations! Full service!

Every single experience I've had here was wonderful, they'd deserve a 5 star review but like every single pet store Ive been to that sells betas they torture and abuse those fish. They're stored in containers less than 1/10 the size they should be and most of them are so abused they won't even float, they just chill at the bottom of their jar until they eventually die.

Very unprofessional cat groomer lamaria. I made appointment one month ago ,and she cancelled on me last minute. I rescheduled it for the following Sunday for 10 am!!! . I got there within 15 minutes she canceled on me ,without any communication or notifications after I got there with my cat. Very unprofessional service . No respect for people's time and schedule. They will lose business like mine if they are this bad at customer service . Absolutely stay away !!

I’m only giving this 1 star because I can’t give it anything lower.I am utterly disappointed with my experience at pet service during Bath & Brush appointment of my Pomsky, they not only shave my dogs rear area, they shaved it uneven, some parts were long, some parts down to the skin and some parts middle length, looks horrible. My dog has had Bath & Brush at other PetSmart locations many times before and was never ever shaved anywhere. They should known husky and shepherd type dogs should not be trimmed and If they thought it really needed it, should ask the owners permission first. It’s the worst shaving I have seen on planet earth, anyone could have done a better job.

I took my purebred Maltese to the Southfield location for a full bath and cut with a deluxe package. When I picked him up his hair cut looked like someone picked up clippers for the FIRST time and was attempting to learn how to cut hair on my dog. He looked terrible. Parts of his body are naked! And he didn’t look bathed.I called the manager and was told the person cutting my dog was in fact new. I really wish they had alerted me to this before my dog was serviced. Management really needs to make sure their staff know what they are doing before they provide this type of care for paying customers.Rating: Zero stars!

I paid over 100.00 for my dog to groomed and he came out smelling like a kennel. I paid extra 30.00 for the CHI package and you can tell that it was not used on him. Going forward I will only allow Lamont to groom my dog. He makes sure my dog is noticeably whiter and smells like the CHI package that I paid for!

I’ve only been to this location twice (so far) and had a few phone conversations and they’ve been wonderful! The staff here is so helpful and friendly! They have exactly what I needed at a fair price. Would definitely recommend and will be going back! Thank you Southfield PetSmart staff for all you do, I appreciate you!!!

Our pets (3 dogs) absolutely LOVE Lamaria. We’ve had such a bad experience with other groomers, only to encounter Lamaria by chance and be able to have our pets experience her.Lamaria took her time with our Beagle, Cavapoo, and Labradoodle. At the end, they looked GREAT!I am so thankful to Lamaria for getting our babies together.
