The groomers at Orchard Lake pet resort are miracle workers. Once a monthy they take my furry, stinky mud ball and turn him in to a clean little toe bitter. Super friendly staff and very reasonable prices.

Brought the dogs in for daycare/grooming. Two large fluffy dogs, both came out fresh and clean and in good spirits. The staff person I interacted with was patient, welcoming, and showed interest in each of my dogs. On pickup, they both seemed very happy and at ease. No issues, injuries, or concerns from this first visit. Will definitely be returning!

The staff and owners are amazing. They treat each o the animals they care for as their own. Our fur baby loves the staff. He tends to get anxious when we leave him but the staff knows just how to make him comfortable and relaxed. We receive updates throughout the stay as well. He is always fresh and clean when we pick him up so don't forget to book a bath before your pickup time. Highly recommend. We have used other facilities but this is by far the best we have found with a price point that is unmatched for the service you receive.

I dropped my dog off here for 4 days. I was super unsure about boarding my dog, especially because it was his first time and he tended to bark at everyone! They were so kind here and took such great care of my dog! Catered to all his needs and never once did I feel like they couldn't handle him. When I picked him up, and started our normal routine, he was no longer barking at everyone! Now he wags his tail and wants pets from everyone. Not sure how they got him to do that so quickly but they are heaven sent! He's also walking really well on the leash now. The people here are experienced and kind. Nathan helped us out and we can't thank him enough!! I highly recommend this place!

My dog has boarded here multiple times and the service has been exceptional each and every time. He's happy to see the staff when we arrive and is in good spirits when I pick him up.I'd highly recommend them for anyone with pet boarding needs!!

I’m not sure why this place has so many good reviews. First and foremost- the “manager” hardly spoke to us upon dropping our dogs off for the first time. I felt unsettled but kept reminding myself of the reviews, website and of the area. Upon picking my dogs up the manager still hadn’t memorized their names or the gentleman working, after over a week of having them! She referred to them as the black and white ones with long hair. We were never greeted. I thought ok- they aren’t people “people.” I don’t think their dog people either. The lady never said how they did, if they were good or what they enjoyed, how they ate ECT she maybe spoke 5 words to us. I paid for them both to be bathed on the last day- they smell so bad I had to give them another bath upon returning home. My boy dog won’t eat- he won’t even eat a treat. My husband had to fill up the water bowl 3 times upon returning home- we live 5 min from this place. They’re so dehydrated they are having issues using the bathroom. I will never use this place again. Over $500 for a week and this is the experience we got. My dogs are hunting dogs and very resilient- one is still hiding in our room 5 hours later. This place is in an area where we should have gotten updates (we got 0) and been able to stream them. When I told my friends about what we paid and the service we got they were shocked. They recommended other places they use. Extremely dissatisfied.

I love boarding my pups here. They love it too! I always leave them and get them baths before I take them home. The staff is super friendly and incredibly accommodating to your pets needs. They have their own food their but you can bring your own food and toys for your pups and they do the rest. They don't require an interview to stay with them which is a nice change of pace and they do a great job socializing the dogs. They are the only place I trust now.

I love bringing my Ollie here. He is always excited when we drop him off to go and play with everyone. We have boarded Ollie overnight twice now and I feel super comfortable leaving him here knowing how loving and caring the staff is. When I call to check up on him they are super nice and reassuring that he’s doing great!

My daughter introduced me to Orchard Lake Pet Resort for grooming. My dog Tula has been getting groomed for about four years now. She is a small poodle mix and I am pretty particular about how she is cut. The groomers always listen and provide a cut exactly as I've requested. I am always satisfied with the level of customer service and the staff is friendly. I also like that they seem to know a lot of the dogs that come in. Which means they get repeat business. We have told friends and family about Orchard Lake Pet Resort and have never heard anything bad from our recommendation.

Have been going there for years now and have never had a bad experience. Customer service is excellent, grooming is top notch for standard poodles (we have 2 that go there), pricing is par with other places, but when you add in what you’re getting (customer service and grooming)… a far better cost! Highly recommend this place!

My lovely wonderful perfect orange kitty cat hates being boarded, but is cool as a cucumber when I take him to Orchard Lake Pet Resort. After only two boardings, the staff knew his name and greeted him as we walked in the door. I trust them to provide great service and care for my large handsome cat, and their rates are reasonable for daycare or multi-day boarding. I left a blanket behind awhile back, and they held onto it so they could give it to me when I returned about a month later. They love pets!

I have been taking both my dogs to Orchard Lake Resort for some time now. They provide excellent service with their grooming needs and Nathan as well as the other staff do a wonderful job. It is very clean and they have an awesome staff. I will be trying out soon the Pet resort and I am sure I can follow my review up with an update on their overnight stay!! Grooming for sure is great!!

Great job on grooming and trimming our boy Jonah. He was in desperate need of both and they managed to do an excellent job within a tight time constraint. Highly recommend. We have also boarded Jonah here for a few nights previously and he was looked after great.

I am writing this review because we have been blown away by Orchard Lake Pet Resort and I want people to know how great they have been! My dog Greta LOVES going to daycare, and just can't wait to see her dog buddies. I can tell they treat Greta great because she gets so excited to go. What really blew us away is recently, after going through, and still going through a very difficult time which requires us to be at the hospital everyday. They heard about it and sent us an email to say they care, and to offer us free day care for the entire month of August, just to help us out. It is something I will truly never forget. Who better to care for your furry loved one than people who care like that. I strongly recommend using Orchard Lake Pet Resort, you, and your pet will be so happy you did!

I've been going to Orchard Lake Pet Resort for the last 3.5 years and take my dog to daycare 3-4 times a week there. She loves the other dogs in playgroup and the staff. It's great to see your dog run in with such excitement every day to see everyone, then you don't feel so bad about leaving them.I've also had my dog groomed there several times. Brinkley is a goldendoodle and I never have to worry about her coming out like a poodle, they get it right every time with the right amount of fluff around the face! ;-) Even with baths they send her out with cute little bandanas on.Stacey and Nathan are always accommodating to my last minute requests and so easy going. I've recently started boarding Brinkley there and although I've been to the bigger more corporate places around town, I've realized she is given way more attention at Orchard Lake because of the smaller play groups and way less stressful for her. Couldn't ask for a better place for my pup!!

We thought we found the best daycare for my dog but we have been going though a lot with them lately. They dont hear your concerns. All they do is hang up the phone.My dog attended their daycare on a Monday and came home with 2 fleas and red bumps allover his body. On a Saturday we let them know and they told us would spray everything.The next week on Monday we sent him again and guess what he was so itching couldn't stay 1 sec without scratching. Found 2 more fleas.Let them know on Tuesday whats going on. Was told by the management would let other parents know bc regarding to them they dont have real grass so they dont have fleas and they made an accusation that we might have fleas in our home.After explaining them for the 3rd of 4th time why he got the fleas in the first time the just dont listen.We thought will give them another try after making sure that our dog got sprayed and got his petarmor dose.. Called them to ask nicely if they sprayed or talked to others about that problem and I got the worst attitude from a male rep. He didnt want to answer, didnt want to listen and continued to make accusations and just hung up.They would not see me again. Have been sending our dog for everything there such as grooming, boarding and now daycare but they dont value you as a customer and dont give a damn about well-being of the pets.

I had my 2 dogs groomed here on 4/29/18 and I had a very good experience. Everyone I encountered was so nice and my dogs came out looking and smelling great! Prices were very reasonable as well. Would definitely go back!

I have taken my rescued terrier puppy in twice and he loves going there and they are working with him so he gets used to being groomed, etc. He is happy when I drop him off and litterally smiles at how good he looks when I pick him up.I had also taken a very old wire haired fox terrier there until I had to put her to sleep and they were kind and gentle with her. I knew she was a bit grouchy but they treated her so gently and came out smelling so sweet!

The staff are always very welcoming and professional whenever I drop my dog Bailey off! My dog goes for boarding, an occasional day care and grooming/baths. Every grooming/bath appointment has been wonderful, they always have Bailey looking and smelling fresh/clean. Thanks guys!

I usually hate to board my cockapoo, Max. But he loves coming here. he runs to the door when we arrive. He loves to play with the other dogs here as well. The staff is friendly and pays careful attention to special requests. In addition, the grooming is well done and fairly priced.My only complaint is the pricing policy - by the day means bring him Monday take him home Tuesday and the charge is for 2 days. I wish they priced by the night. But Max loves it here, so this is the only place we comeRobert

Highly recommend! Our dog has problems being around other dogs, but they were happy to accommodate while boarding her all weekend and gave her the attention she needed. Wish our dog could use daycare, I think she'd love theirs. Would certainly use again in the future.

I take my Teddy there for Day care once in a while. The fact that he isn't there often, but know his name and needs everytime makes my day. I know he's safe and having great eyes over him while I'm at work. Reasonable price compared the competitors.

The first time my pets face was not cleansed during the bath. They corrected this while I waited and I continued to patronize them. The last time my pets did not smell as if they were bathed at all. I had to roll the windows down once they were in the car because of the odor. It was worse than when they arrived. Once again the face of one was not clean and they cleansed it while I waited. I am not satisfied with their service and will not return.

Took my baby boy here to get his nails and pads done. I called a day before bringing him in and I was told it would be 10 dollars since the pad trimming is with the nails. When I got there the guy who helped me never told me the price of this service is different than what was said on the phone. I had to pay 15 dollars to get just his nails and pads done. And they did an awful awful job on his nails. There very sharp sharper than they were before. While I'll was waiting they have cameras where you can see everything that is going on, which is a good thing. The poor dogs at this place looks so bored and lonely, even when there in a room together out of the cages. In the play area for the dogs there wasnt any toys, water, or food. They have a piece of wood keeping the dogs in this room which looks like to be an old kitchen. I wouldn't bring your fur baby here if you love and respect your animals.

We love going to the resort. When our Mom and Dad tell us they are going out of town we can't wait to see them go as we know we are going on vacation too! We often get groomed and a great bath when we spend time at the resort! What great fun! We think they are coming home soon so we will miss the terrific staff.
