I stopped at this Kroger only because it was on my way home from work and what a mistake that was! I Promise, I will never step foot into this location ever again! I got glared at by every single employee, the meat counter literally had nasty moldy fish for sale! I’ve never wanted to leave a grocery store faster in my entire life! I can’t say it enough DO NOT go to this Kroger!

The WORST Kroger I have ever been to. Produce was moldy and ran through. The meat was disgusting, it was barely stocked and what was there was thrown about and disheveled looking. There was a whole carton of eggs smashed on the floor with no one in sight to clean it. A whole big bottle of kombucha was spilled and my husband almost slipped. There was no caution sign or employee in sight to clean it. It’s a shame because it’s a nice building but it seems poorly managed. Do not recommend

Store is always a bonus for me being so close to my home! The attitudes of shoppers always concerned me, though but TODAY was very pleasant: people were polite, respectful, and well-mannered! Maybe Sunday mornings will be my new shopping time! ☺️

This location needs to be shut down!The associates are rude and not helpful.I don’t understand how a company ( Kroger) can allow this kind of behavior in their store.I have had numerous problems with this store the past 5 years but in the last year they are hiring the most self entitled, rude and aggressive employees.It’s disgusting!Kroger, please contact me on this location. Wow been going to Kroger for a longtime in Michigan and in some of the southern states and been to there sister store partners on the west coast as well like Food for less and Albertsons been to the super Kroger's as well love it and love there rewards and coupon programs

I'm a black person. None of the older black employees greeted me when I came in. The black female cashier was hella rude when I asked for help. She also didn't greet me. If you're black don't shop bere.

Store is gross. Items always out of stock. Cookies in bakery are always hard (supposed to be soft). And the produce is always rotten and over priced. There has literally been molded and rotten produce both fruit and vegetables the last few times I've been to this store. It doesn't matter what day of the week you go this store is always like this. Really sad considering the location. They need to do a deep clean and keep produce fresh

Only reason i went here is because im a local! This is unacceptable! The manager Andrew is the most unprofessional person I've ever seen, he actually asked me would i like to but meat basically out the back door for an discount price while giving him kick backs! Oh my gosh this place is horrible! I didn't contact the head quarters because i hate to see a person lose there job but please do not shop here.

First off Kroger should be ashamed of how poorly this store looks and is run. I've lived in this area 20 plus years and this was my store in beginning, now I will not shop there unless absolutely don't have a choice. I'll drive miles out of my way to avoid this armpit. The store is dirty and run down, staff is always unpleasant and don't really care about the store or customer service. I travel often and there isn't a Kroger store I know of that is this poorly cared for. Kroger is a huge corporation this is unacceptable to let a store deteriorate the way they have this Southfield store. Come on Kroger, do better!!

$5.99/lb for turkey tails? C'mon Man! No, I didn't buy them. I've been shopping at this store for 15yrs and watched its steady decline. Management has been atrocious for the past 8yrs. Glad there's 15 Mile & Lahser and 15 Mile &Woodward close by. Two stars just because of its proximity to my home.

This Kroger location must be a franchise because it does not even come close to meeting the quality of other stores. The prices are much higher, the stock and selection is much smaller and the floral department is deplorable. I hope someone from the corporate office reads this and does something about it because the people in this neighborhood deserve better and from what I understand, they would rather travel and shop someplace else because of the conditions that I just listed above. Thank goodness I don't live in this area because I definitely would shop elsewhere if I did.

This was my FIRST time visiting this store. It was close by As I needed a birthday cake already made. As soon as I approached the entrance door I smelled rotten meat 🤮🤢. The smell was HORRIBLE!! Thank God the bakery was right at the front door!! I wasn't sure if anyone else was smelling what I smelled so I frowned at another customer. The lady then said "oh you must smell what I smell" I said "oh my God! I am about to puke. This is my first time in here!🤢" I then saw the bakery worker and asked "are they slaughtering the animals in the back?" She replied no, it's the outdated meat in a tote that has to be picked up by an outsider" I said "I just wanted this little cake and a name put on it...but that's ok" I then began to look at other customers faces to see their expressions. The smell made me feel nauseous! I walked briskly so as not to run (didn't want anyone suspecting me of stealing) to self check out. I just wanted fresh air. I am unsure when whomever was supposed to come get the rotting meat, but this was so UNACCEPTABLE! Ugh, don't think I'll be returning to this location 🤮🤢😞😬. When in the area I'll just drive a few more miles to a cleaner air environment. Beware!

Lately this store is a disappointment, I patronize because it's in my neighborhood. Vegetables and Fruits are not fresh or out of stock, deli is always not stocked and when it is stocked I was told that they're closed. Employee's are nice, Pharmacy is good, but seems like management is lacking.Chuck

Usually unorganized with stuff everywhere in the aisles, blocking freezers, etc. And not sure if the deli counter is over open, they just set out already sliced meats and cheeses.

Convenient and self serve is helpful. Almost always a good deal on my staple products fresh fruits and veggies and the Kroger brand is awesome and priced to sell (without price sticker like other stores). I saw miracle whip at a local convenience store the (the regular sized jar) for $8.99! Kroger Miracle whip at Kroger is no more than $4. Consistently!

The young woman who helped me at the flower section was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly helpful and she prepared and wrapped the flowers I picked beautifully! Best customer service I’ve ever seen! Thank you so much!!!

Guess what? Eggs at this kroger are a lot more expensive than the kroger a few miles north in Birmingham! I buy a dozen extra large eggs for $1.49, but here it's $2.19! Changing store location on the app also shows the price difference for all their eggs! What the hell man!

With Christmas just days away and Ham on sale, shouldn't this store have at least some hams available??? No. I have checked 2 days in a row. ⁰The woman at the service desk was of no help, instead of calling them she sent me back to the meat department to check on the status myself. There were none available so I took a raincheck instead. What a sad store. Smh

This is the second time I have gotten very rude treatment from a cashier cashier, slamming my bottle down on the counter and thought it was funny. I don’t know now if this is the same one who was rude last time, but it makes you hesitant about going in the store when you’re treated disrespectfully.

Worst Kroger location in Michigan… store hours are random and manger closes two hours early everyday… I drove all the way from Auburn Hills and arrived two hours before closing time but as soon as I walked inside the store an employee told me I can’t shop because the store was closed early but the store was full of people shopping and I told her (light skin chubby female employee) I was only there to get baby milk so I’d be in and out so I proceeded to walk away and she threatened me and said she would fight me if I kept walking. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!

Due to a reduction in staffing, the service desk was closed.Although I my best to be understanding, I was very disappointed.Ms. Elva was summoned to assist me, and she did just that! This place has four stars. Really? For what? My husband went this morning to get a money order. No one is in the store. For it to be an empty store, the management sure was "busy." He asked the so-called manager for help and her response was "WHAT?!" Who promoted her to manager? I do not care for this location and will be contacting corporate. Do better screening before hiring anyone, especially for a management position.

I had such a hard time trying to fill a prescription for my kids last night! Multiple pharmacies and other pharmacists were sending me in circles and being rude to me because they were short staffed or didnt have the medication... all I wanted was the medication for my children. The pharmacist I spoke to yesterday went above and beyond the call of duty and helped me tremendously! And I am so grateful for his help. I've found my new pharmacy home.
