Dollar tree used to be so very Awesome almost everything you need fast service awesome at a great price, now I am very disappointed seems strange to call it Dollar tree, used to be bright and friendly with quite a few cashiers at once now the line is so long it goes all the way down the aisle I seen at least 12 people walk out yesterday because they were frustrated waiting also it's dark and gloomy and there were holes in the ceiling, the quality of some of the items even though they were a dollar the quality has been taken out of some of the items cheaper even still poor quality what is going on? there was only one for cashier and everyone was getting angry with her, these kind of things cannot keep happening because people have to get in and get out when they're purchasing things believe me I know because I used to work at that very Dollar tree for sure why but they have a lot of inexperience young people who do not respect anyone themselves or their elders and they think they can talk to you any kind of way when you have kids their age I think they need to undergo some extensive training people skills, then they stick the seniors on the register on their feet to service hundreds of customers and one setting without any help and the customers get mad at the cashier just his tests come on Dollar tree bring it back up let's go I didn't mind working there until they put the wrong people over the management customer service is key I don't care how much training you have or degrees you have if you don't know how to treat people or other humans you cannot work in a public place!

Kind of disappointed with some of the items when you go in to buy a stack of cups for kids birthday party you want to get five or 10 if you want the color ones for a $1.25 only one lane open. So you have to pay$1.25 for five Short plastic cups and when you have a bunch of children at a birthday outing that equals out to 20 bucks or more just for a full pack of cups

You can always find things you need for daily use here. This place is always packed with customers. I get many of my greeting cards from Dollar Tree on 11 mile at Lahser. It is in Harvard Row Mall Plaza, where HobbyTown is located. Lee Beauty is across the street.

My experience on June 2 2021 at this location was horrible. I was returning my bottles of soda that I purchased from this location. I was ask by Shelly the cashier do I know how many bottles you have? My response was no. Shelly said with an attitude you have to count them. My response was ok no problem, so as I'm counting she comes back an said we don't take bottles after 4pm. My response was why didn't you tell this before i started to count, an further more WHY IS THIS POLICY NOT POSTED DUE TO COVID 19. I SUGGESTED THAT SHE POST THIS POLICY.

This location is terrible. I went into this store Friday and the line was wrapped around the store. There were 3 employees in the store and the elderly cashier was the only one working and the store manager and am employee was in the first isle stocking Christmas decorations. Therefore, I go to the 1st isle and tell the supervisor that help was needed to help the cashier get the customers out the store she proceeded to inform me she would be over when she finished stocking the isle. As she started walking towards us she heard several customers complaining and she turns back around and proceeded to finish stocking... I had to go back and tell her that stock can wait and you need to focus on getting the employees out the store... for the whole time I was waiting in line the manager and the coworker that was talking about weekend plans continued to grim me which gave me an uncomfortable feeling to where I refuse to patronize this location... the store is always messy. I definitely want to file a complaint about the manager situation However I don't believe they will address the issue because they refuse to address the needs of the customers

April 20, 2023It was good not to busy and then came back to buy Vernors to see its 1.25 plus deposit after spending 2.39 at Meijer. Totally sucks but it is what it is .😐👍🏾

Pretty stocked, organized and clean. Aisle kind of close/ tight for this pandemic situation, no directional markings on the floor. Cashier that assisted me, closer to the door, was very pleasant, you don't find people now days willing to have or even initiate conversation. Parking is very decent. Nice plaza for other shopping including mom and pop hobby lobby

I love Dollar Tree. I patronize the one on Lahser off of 11 Mile Road. This store is brightly lighted. There is a huge variety of items on the shelves. The store is very neat. The employees are very courteous. They will go out of their way to assist you in finding what you need and will also answer questions to the best of their ability. This store ia also roomy. The merchandise is not crowded on the shelves or in the aisles.

It seems this dollar store is NEVER equipped with sufficient workers to get the crowd out timely. Always a line never enough workers and it seems the young lady who is the manager is always busy handling other needs other than extremely lengthy lines. We are in a line that has stretched to the end of the aisle by the stockroom!!!! Unacceptable

Really cool! They have an excellent selection of snacks, cookware, candles, basically everything for an apartment starter kit. The staff is fast af boiii and there is only minor skulking by other shoppers.

This store is pretty god considering it isn't one of the newer stores. They have a lot of unique items. My only concern...is the lack of disregard for long lines when employees are readily available. The current Manager has worked very hard to whip that store into shape. I hope she does not become complacent. That Manager before her was an embarassment.

As far as the selection an cleanliness of the store it is good but ask dor the cashiers tbey are rude and don't even speak and this is my 3rd time going and there is always just 1 checkout lane open! Tbey need to do better an they also didnt have any bags today so they used these light wastepaper bags which can't hold anything. People were losing their items before they could get out of the store! Really?

This store was very disorganized. I was very unhappy with the cleanliness and disarray that was going on at this location. Didn't have my phone to get pictures but wow. Still have some great deals that you can't beat.

Dollar Tree is awesome! It allows people who don't have a lot of money to still be able to live and enjoy some things that they probably would not be able to unless they Thrift Shop some of the things are even cheaper than thrifting because everything in Dollar Tree is a dollar or less. There's everything from food, t-shirts, scarves, gloves, hats CDs and various DVDs books things that teachers can use for their classrooms puzzles ETC. They have frozen dinners ice cream paper plates, seasonal holiday decorations and gift bags and the list goes on so of course anytime I go to the Dollar Tree especially when they get buyouts I'm very happy about my Adventures there and I think you probably would be to some people are a little bit arrogant Adventure in but then that's their loss !:-)

The store was extremely filthy even the coolers where the sodas and sports drinks are was a hot mess I wouldn't drink anything from there all dirty and stained just trifling it's like they don't even care what these dollar stores... perhaps it's just me!?
