Loved the Southfield location...was very neat... I've got one issue that bothers me with Burlington lately...They are placing security sensors on the majority of all of their items and instead of placing them on the seams or ends of the garment they are placing them on the garments anywhere, leaving holes on certain fabrics where the holes are quite visible...I had to put back a sharp white leather jacket because the security sensor left a hole in the back right under the collar that was quite visible and that wasn't the first time either..come on Burlington, you are trying to sell clothes; right???

Where do I start? Let's start at the fact that they still have LAYAWAY!! I love it!!!! I am a layaway lady!!! I was in there for an outfit and ended up making a layaway. The cashier I had was sweet and held a great conversation while she worked and made GREAT eye contact. This Burlington has loads of purses and shoes( shoes are everywhere in that area). Depending on what you're really looking for, this place could be a one-stop and shop.

This store gets tackier and tackier everytime , and smaller and smaller as they close in on the stores space. Close this store down please already 😌 and dont ask us to donate coats to anyone. Instead Burlington, donate all that trash merchandise to the homeless, and truly make some sorta impact. I like Burlington, it's always a treasure hunt , but this tired location needs to close.

Pack your patience when you arrive. One cashier, cloths everywhere but not where the should be. Prices have been raised however it’s a store. Cashier slow but oh well. I needed something.

Super long lines for no reason at all they just ring up slow. The older black woman ringing up with the guys is rude. No one is on sales floor and really no furniture or wall decor on floor.

I purchased 2 shirts a couple of months before. After noticing magnetic seal not removed for 2 shirts went back to remove it to make a second trip, again only 1 seal was removed. Could not hear door alarm ring for 2nd shirt while going out so today with other purchases of Loyalty sale at $137.83 under Transaction 99299 Store 00024 new Cashier Michael got the seal off but another Cashier beside him who interfered told him to put seal back which he did. I called for Mgr. Demarco L, she told us that this shirt was not from her store. Moreover she told a lie that this seal is not theirs, cannot be opened. To our annoying experience, behavior of other Cashier was very rude. She told me that I was not hearing what she says when I patiently heard her all the long time we spent. I noticed that you had some good workers before willing to help but now you have more than enough cashiers with all Checkouts open. We had to leave with disappointment. Again on today’s purchase a magnetic seal was not removed so we were again put to trouble.

Seems people have forgotten about this store. It was quiet no long lines anymore. The store was clean and neat with room to walk through the isles. The deals are still here in every department. I so enjoyed the shopping experience all the staff was so happy and nice. Mixed emotions with my post people are going to pack and wreck my store. Price scanner would be nice to add in the store. Don't knock items down and keep walking while you're shopping be nice, ty

It was really clean and organized unlike some other Burlington's I have been to in the past. They had REALLY great prices on Christmas gifts too! I bought a pink papasan chair for only $19.99 and those usually are upwards of $50 or more!

As usual...lots of chaos, clothes, shoes & stuff all over the floor, everything mixed in with everything...but if you are careful, have a lot of time, & don't get flustered by all that, you can find some really good bargains. PATIENCE is a must!!! Ample parking.

Cashier Mia was very rude when I asked her to make sure the sensors are off on my items, be a use I've had to come back several times in the past after getting home and the sensors were left on the items. When I asked her what her name was she said she didn't feel comfortable give Ng me her name. Mia was shrugging her shoulda at me like I was bothered her. I spend a lot of money at this location to be mistreated.

Very uncooperative customer service staff. Had gone to remove a magnet which they had not removed from the shirt I bought and when I went back to get it off, they refused to remove it.Unacceptable!!

Burlington does not look a good store to shop for quality merchandise like years ago. Clothes are not organised. Clothes are not paired by quality name brands. There are no outfits that attract people with a smile. And shoes are nothing. Just thrown on the racks all mix matched. No in stock quality merchandise. The store needs a new marketing consultant. Burlington needs a new store and district manager. It is not the store you used to be glad to go to. Very very dissatisfied customer. Where are the quality work clothes or dress clothes. Very unhappy😢😢😢.

Best place to get clothes for the whole family. Warning lines are long around holidays and tax time. They usually have a good amount of cashiers. Prices are great. Business clothing selection is vast. Great place to shop. I miss the home decor section
