Has everything that I was looking for or needed. Clothes and cook ware. Even things for outside. Plus customer service if you need to return an item or if you ordered something from their app. Ordering from the app. Usually produce is good to get from here. Meats aren't always best only because some of it is past its due date.

Walmart south. Haven, store overall cleaner nicer. But older people especially can’t get Aquafina water off the high racks without damaging their backs even more than what age already has done

A lot of the long-term associates are very helpful. But 90% of their "new" associates don't follow the 10' rule. They walk around with their head down, they don't look at you, and they don't try to help. But I would love to acknowledge Ms. Virginia "cashier" Ms. Elinor "floor associate" Nichole "cashier" Cindy "door host" Adam Frontend Team Lead" Joni "cashier" Amanda "cashier" & Clarissa "customer service " you all are definitely the heart of South Haven Walmart. I miss all of you!!!

Nylabone is my lab’s favorite bone of all! $19, great deal, he destructs every bone but this one. Had it 2 months and still going strong! I definitely recommend this bone for an aggressive chewer.

This Walmart used to be easy to access and product was at convient places. Now you can't find ANYTHING in that store. Complete chaos!! Be prepared to walk multiple laps around store as the workers can't even tell you where things are.

Walmart…south haven would not recommend shopping here very bad managment and disrespectful workers manager came over toClear a purchase for a bottle of alcohol and then proceeded the transaction then turned around and started a big conversation with other workers about who was getting fired and who wasn’t didn’t even pay attention to us checking out moved bottle to counter an didn’t even pay attention. When grabbing bags from cart there was female black hair all over our bags which is very disgusting and didn’t put bottle in our vision not realizing till we got home the bottle was not in the bags which all the bags were out of the cart. Just shows how down hill this generation is going which would rather GOSSIP then work. No respect and I see why they ended up at Walmart lack of respect and not responsible I hope your happy with your 12$ an hour that’s about as much as you deserve not all workers are like this but majority of workers are there because they can’t get anywhere else I will not be shopping here again not a good experience screw this place

Lots of clearance options. I had a bit of a struggle at check out. Things didn't scan correctly, but staff were very helpful and able to correct the issues.

For being under construction they had everything we needed. An overzealous employee put away items from a man's cart because he had the audacity to walk away from it into another aisle. But that's par for the course. It's a Walmart.

Very well stocked ,nea,t clean not like the one in my home town but.... people dont help either to keep it clean and organized. Only thing i didnt like i think they also getting rid of their fabric dept. :( . Sad.

Average store. Doesn't get the super new foods but occasionally has new, fun productsDo not expect pickup to be fast an efficient it seems here. 15 minutes waiting with no other customers waiting. Had to call the store and get to the person was on break and nobody heard the ring in. Now we have been waiting another 5 minutes and no sign of life here

I went in to return an item and was told Customer Service was closed for the day, this was at 7pm on Saturday. I then went to do some shopping, came back to the front of the store where I noticed Customer Service was open. I got in line and there were 3 people ahead of me. As I was standing there a young man was standing behind a cart next to Customer Service. He started having a conversation across with a cashier who was waiting on customers. During this conversation he was using profanity. He then pulled his phone out and proceeded to scroll through it, all the while me and others are waiting to be helped. I was in line for about 20 minutes and he was on his phone about 15 minutes of that time. (See photo) I really didn’t want to spend my Saturday evening in Walmart. Maybe employees shouldn’t be allowed on their phones during work!? 🤷‍♀️ I also noticed the guy at the door was leaning on the ice machine, scrolling through his phone. Come on, it doesn’t take much to make sure your employees are not on their phones, you have cameras everywhere. Can you just have your employees give customers service, that is what you do, right?

Grocery pickup: 1⭐️Store: 2⭐️Any visit to this store, including grocery pickup, will take you over an hour.Aisles and walkways are a mess with things that should be on the shelves.So short staffed that a pickup orders will be a half hour wait. And only two or three cashiers working at time.Not employees fault, but issue coming from repeated poor management.

It's a Walmart. If you're looking for somebody to help you and you make eye contact with them they're most likely gonna duck into a aisle and disappear. If you actually get somebody which I got a "team lead" She seemed irritated that she had to talk to me. I was just looking for a yoyo.

Sort of clean facility... workers were not that friendly.Customer asked for help with cat food, the worker seemed like they were put out on helping her. Grabbed 2 cans and never pulled the rest of the food forward 🙄

I prefer.Shopping at this Walmart, in South Haven as opposed to shopping at the Walmart in Benton Harbor this store in South Haven is absolutely outstanding. And I actually live in Benton Harbor.

I know you are short-staffed. But I just worked a full day. I'm tired and I want to go home. I'd rather be anywhere but buying groceries. So I really don't want to stand in aisles waiting for associates finish sharing their weekend party plans withother customers just to get to the itms I need. I also don't want to stand in line while someone goes to look for a cashier old enough to ring up beer. I may as well go to a convenience store and pay extra. I'm too tired, cranky and irritable for such nonsense.

The store layout was pretty good, everything was pretty easy to find considering most Walmart Stores aren't laid out the same. This is my first one I've visited since my relocation to Michigan. The only problem I had was customer service was sub-par at best.. I had questions that "team members" couldn't apparently answer?? Maybe next time..

As a general rule, I hate Walmart with a passion. Although this location has its... less than helpful employees, overall they're great. The employees who go above and beyond makeup for the "not my department" geniuses.

This was a laughable quick trip. Showed up, no cars on the shop. One employee sitting in a lawn chair on his phone so I went to the cashier. Cashier said it was 1.5+ hour wait because there was one car in front of me and only two techs on staff that day. So…where’s the other tech and where’s the car in front of me with an empty shop?What the hell is wrong with our society anymore that no one wants to actually work 😂🙄Simply awful, I would have fired them both and done both jobs myself.

If I could have given zero stars I would have! I don’t normally go to Walmart anymore (unless it’s for a pick up today order), because I never have a good experience when I have gone in the past. However today I made an exception when I went there with my mother because she suggested it. Once again I was extremely disappointed! When we went to the self checkout (because as usual there was only 1 or 2 lanes open with long lines) there was only 2 bags at the register. Normally wouldn’t be a big deal but when I politely notified the employee working at the self checkout that we didn’t have any bags he said that he didn’t have any to replace them. I asked what I supposed to put my groceries in he just shrugged and stated he asked for some but no one brought him any. At this time I noticed a woman at another register looking in aww at this horrible service and she offered me some bags from her register, even though that left her with only a few bags for her items. She stated that she “hates coming to Walmart because of things like this.”I’m not sure why the employee couldn’t at least get some bags from the 20 lanes that were closed but he just smugly told us he didn’t know what to tell me. I didn’t know Walmart was now Save-A-Lot or Aldi because I sure didn’t save anything! I guess I will continue to take my money to meijer or anywhere but Walmart! Thanks for the reminder of why I don’t shop here Walmart! 👎

Went to the South Haven store for a pick-up, the Lovely young woman the brought the groceries out is ALWAYS very kind and smiling! I received everything I ordered except for 1 item, but service was outstanding!
