Had prescription transferred cause pharmacy didn't have. Once there the thing ( female ) said it wasn't transferred there and was very rude about it. That's ok... u need to go back where you came from...I'm done with this pharmacy. Never did get the prescipt

Terrible service. They don't carry half the medications ppl need and can't get..I wouldn't call them a pharmacy..you have netter luck getting your zoloft from a corner drug dealer

I scheduled an appointment for a rapid COVID test. Being uninsured, I specifically scheduled an appointment for uninsured COVID testing.When I arrived at the pharmacy, the pharmacist, Brian P., said this Walgreens location does not offer free tests to uninsured individuals. I was told I would have to pay the full price of $128.99.This experience was extremely upsetting, especially since I was not feeling well and had made the effort to schedule an appointment online.I called customer relations and they filed a case against Brian.I hope future customers do not have this same experience.

I hate this pharmacy. I’m about to transfer my meds somewhere else. God I miss Rite aid. This place keeps you on hold for hours than they hang up on you. They never open the drive thru than when they do it’s a half hour wait I get my one touch needles today get home the box is open missing some of the needles the box is dirty. Once before I was missing a lot of 800 pain pills out my bottle and the supervisor just says it wasn’t them. It’s horrible the lines inside are long the lines outside is long how are they not getting in trouble for all they do. And half of the time there out of my meds for a week I have to wait.

I am constantly having issues with my daughters medications getting refilled. The main one I have issues with has refills but the pharmacy constantly tells me there isn’t any refills and when I request refills there is always an issue with getting them and or getting them refilled. This is the second pharmacy I have been to in the past year because of unorganized pharmacists and being unprofessional. I have also requested medications that she no longer takes to be taken off the list of medications and no body can seem to keep those medications off of the list.

Very typical For a Walgreens. But I’d note two things. The store was very clean and well kept. Staff was extremely helpful in assisting me in finding a couple items I had difficulty locating.

Arrived at 9:55 pm and they were already closed. Some other people walked up at the same time as us and checked their cell phone time that was the same, and they needed something for their sick boy. When I went to write this review in the vehicle it still said on Google that they were "closing soon" because it was 9:57 pm by that time. I don't have a problem closing at closing time, but don't lock it until it is that time. To give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe their clock is not the same as all cell phones.Let's get back to the old school days when we gave more than expected, stayed open until closing time (and even let someone in after closing time if someone needed help) and a 2x4 was actually 2"x4".

My prescription was to be filled on Oct 9th unfortunately my insurance challenged my Drs. professional recommendations and wanted a larger dosage for my perscription. My Dr was out of office on Oct 10. On Oct 11th the Dr. resent the prescription. The Pharmacy sent a text message stating they did not have the medication to fill the prescription but would let me know when ready. Sunday Oct 14th I called and they were unsure why my prescription was not filled and why I was sent the text messaage!!! They had the medication all along!!!??? And they want to know why they get such negative reviews. I think it's terrible that we are just a number and a text. No followups by anyone? That's what happens when the big box stores take over!!! Im glad this medication was not for a bad heart it was just for a broken heart.

Use to have wonderful staff.The only one left is Sharron she is great.The rest need to go and the pharmacy is just plain rude and not helpful. Prices are extremely high can get it cheaper just across the street at Meijer.

Pharmacist Brain provided excellent service during a free consultation in which I found immediate pain relief by using the medication he suggested. Thank you for the professional guidance to a traveling out-of-towner.

I placed an order for a photo the night before and called around 10AM to see if it was done, they said not until 12PM, but got an email notification saying my order was ready for pickup around 11:30AM. Drove to pick it up, but once I got there, they said it was not ready...

Pharmacy isn't very reliable. Said they would fill a prescription for me and that it would be ready later that day. I went there almost 8 hours later and they had never filled it and didn't bother to call me to let me know.

I like this Walgreens. The pharmacy is helpful, I got a script that I couldn't get anywhere else. Store prices are high, sale prices are not too bad.
