These low review comments would have made me second guess shopping here.However, I've already been several times in just the last couple of months. I buy a variety of feeds for my parents. Deer, chicken, dog, wild bird feeders/food, etc.The staff at this location have been helpful and polite.My reasons for shopping here are very different from the lower star reviews.😌 I've been coming here atleast once a month for the past 7+ months without issue.

I purchased a pellet stove from tractor supply about 2mths ago. Within 3 days it started acting up. I contacted the company that tried to help. They made me take it apart send videos etc. a big nightmare. I had saved for this stove and it was to be my main source of heat. After a bit. The company stoped responding to my request 😢 leaving me and my family without heat in the Midwest. I then contacted Tractor Supply and told them of my situation. They said I was past the 30 day return policy. I just spent oved2k and this was all my money on this to heat my home for me and my kids. Now I’m left with nothing. I spoke to the Manager Katie that actually listen to me. She seen I was in contact with the company immediately before the 30 day period. She then took it upon herself to exchange the defective product. So this is a big shout out to Katie and all other managers that take the time to listen and help their clients out. If you have dought buying a product from tractor supply. Rest assured if Katie in the South Haven mi store is working. She has you covered. Thank you again Tractor Supply and Katie for keeping us warm this winter. 🙏

Tractor Supply in South Haven sucks! How are you going to fill an out-dated propain tank twice! But 3rd time tell me you can't? Because it's outdated by a whole damn year! I'm not a pro on that stuff but if you have someone doing that job, they should have knowledge and let the customer know. I worked there a month and it only took just that Because Management sucks!! I was trying to get out of working Automotive but I prayed to go back just from working here.

We will not go here again. Every time we have gone into this specific store they have been very unhelpful. I asked for help today 6-16-23 and waited for another five minutes before the girl from the register who I originally asked to call for help saw and came to ask if we were helped yet and that she would help if they didn't have her on register (she is sweet and tried to help) anyways we were not helped and I told her it's okay thanks for trying and we left if I need to go to a tractor supply at all I will go to PawPaw.

They wouldn't fill my propane tanks an hour before closing. I understood and respected the half hour before close, but this time it was because "they already shut it down" which I know is locking a gate and a box...really?? Then the excuse turned into that they have no one to fill them while the lad who filled them last time is standing right there. Honestly the last straw with this store.

We frequently come to the store since our move a few months ago. We have started a farm and this is our go to farm supply store. The manager Christopher has been amazing. Even when we bought a product that had flaws he was there to make things right and make us happy. He has amazing customer service skills and even when stressed he continued to stay happy, helpful and professional. He is an amazing asset to this company. His customer service skills are unmatched. Tractor supply is blessed to have someone so dedicated to their customers.. give this guy a big raise. Hes worth it!! I want to thank everyone there in South Haven MI. Angie, manager always helpful and staff. We sat in our car and watched one of the workers go out of his way to help a lady load bags of feed in her car..After they were closing the store a camper owner pleaded they were low on propane the young man turned on propane pump same employee reopened gate and got the gententleman his propane. Class act. I really hope TSC really read these comments because Ive seen people come and go at this store that really were no real loss. The place to get hard to find hardware and parts. Good selection of parts on hand for all type of mowers and small tractors. Good price matching policy for any brick and mortar store in the area. Specials on seasonal items like exceptional mulch right now at $2 for 2 cubic foot bag. Immense inventory of pet and farm animal feeds. Clothing section and footwear for those who need rugged clothes. Good selection of tools. Also bolts, nuts, etc by grade priced by the pound. The place for reasonable prices on fruit trees Spring, summer and fall. Staff are helpful and friendly and soon know you by sight. Good location for large lawn chemical needs. Try it!

My husband called about a mower that was available in store. He was told over the phone that they would hold it for him for the day if he could come after work to pick it up. He drove 30 mins out of his way to go get it after work to find out that they had promised it to someone else the day before and had just sold it. They refused to do anything about it, only stating that they had more on order with no idea of when they would be in. When we in fact asked if we could receive a discount on the mowers on order for the time and gas wasted, we were at first told that may be possible, then the answer changed back to no they couldn’t do anything about it. They’ve definitely lost our business with their lack of doing anything to help fix the mistakes they made.

Great items! I shopped for Father's Day recently and with the gift card of 50 dollars I also was given a free camo hat for Grandpa. Courteous, friendly staff. I shop at Christmas for wonderful flannel shirts, insulated gloves, hats, boots and even tractor toys.

Wonderful service! Never have to search around for an employee to help you. They are there. Quality merchandise and they stand behind their products. They are beyond helpful when it comes to loading heavy products. I really appreciate them being in South Haven.

Picked up a uhaul trailer here. Transaction was quick. Employees had different answers and were unsure of time to have rental back. Was told no overnight by one and could keep til next day by another. I know this isn't their primary business but when you offer a service you need to know how it works.

Bigger than a lot of TSCs because it used to be a Walmart. Decent selection on products. Well stocked most of the time. They carry decent feed brands for horses as well as name brand supplements that I use. Not a great selection with tack, but that's to be expected. They have a good selection of clothes and boots. They also offer curbside pickup, so you can order online and then they will bring your order out to your vehicle when you get there.

This store is typical of the TSCs. The people are friendly. They like to move stuff around so sometimes it takes a second to find things. They generally always have what I go for. Store is clean with clean bathrooms.

Went in today and talked to another new manager there. The previous manager told me specifically to ask for the manager when buying a big ticket item and he would give me 10% off since TSC doesn’t do military discounts. Well needless to say the new manager there didn’t honor that and was kind of rude too.

The staff here are amazing in helping us find everything we needed! Granted the prices are a bit high on some products. The broad selection of merchandise is great if they can keep it stocked. Which is not their fault. They can only get so many products in per week.

This tractor supply has much lower prices than ones near it. They also have different options for chicken feed in stock that are very affordable. Remember when you're at other tractor supply stores to check the price here first online. Other stores will price match this one

Very disappointed in the service I received. The associate named Lois was VERY RUDE and treated me with disrespect! All I wanted to do was exchange some tanks for my cutting torches and she acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. VERY SNOTTY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I visit this store every two weeks to buy dog food, usually it's a great experience and I have no issues. On one particular occasion an employee approached me while I was choosing my dog food. He asked if he could help, and I told him I was trying to decide what flavor to get because my pitbull has food allergies. He then made a few comments about how he doesn't like pitbulls and that they're mean dogs. I didn't appreciate his comments as they were unwarranted and based solely on what he sees in the news. I don't think employees should comment on how they don't care for a particular breed of dog, especially since I own that breed and spend over $50 in this store every two weeks. This is the only issue I've had, I'll continue to patron this store but I'll avoid that particular person.

My family has been going to tractor supply co. for the last 20 years and today was the point I have to make a complaint.My mother and I came in to get some chicks, and as we looked we made a choice, and one of the store employees an older gentleman, around 40s was being rough with our baby chicks and then when we chose the last one his keys and key chain which was heavy, smacked down into the bin with chicks and hit 3 babies one you’d think he do something about It, no he gives us those chicks. Who in the right mind has no emphatic for animals and doesn’t check on them to make sure that they are okay.
