I really hope a manager is reading this. On 7/1/22 we encountered probably the most rude shop keeper I have ever met. I don’t think I have ever come across someone mad for buying something. I was buying 3 pairs of goggles with my friends for our younger siblings. The cashier responded with “really? Are you guys going to play mermaids” in the most sarcastic tone ever. I hope she is properly dealt with as she doesn’t deserve to be working with people.

This store has a large selection and variety of toys and playthings. It almost has TOO many different things, though, and they aren't presented in any logical way, so it felt a little too busy and overstimulating to me.

Stopped in to and was going to let my son pick a few cheap toys. The girl working ignored us so we ended up leaving the basket on the counter and walking out. He had picked out some plastic vampire teeth and already put them in his mouth, buy after saying out loud several times we were looking to check out, i don't even care. We ended up down the street at The Toy Company and Im so glad because it was a far better store.

The woman working wasn’t very friendly. She seemed irritated that I asked her the price of an item displayed outside. I had my 4 year old niece with me and the woman treated her like an annoyance. Consider actually liking children before deciding to work in a toy store. We’re locals that like supporting small businesses but we won’t be back.

I know the owner/manager will most likely see or share this. So I'll get straight to the point. Walked in today with my 9month daughter and my 12year old niece. You were painting rocks for your display. When my niece complimented your rocks, your snarky comment was not nessesary. "That's for my display and your spilling the rocks."I turned in time to see what she was doing to correct her. She barely brushed the pebbles. I told her not to touch anything else and left.Now to give you benefit of the doubt, if you were upset by the group of teenagers in your shop then say something to them not a kid who was admiring your work. She was just a little girl.

This toy store carries all the toy brands I love ( if I owned a toy store it’s what I would sell too) and the prices are in line with what these brands usually cost. The store manger was kind and complemented my children on their manners.Some brands I noticed: mudpuppy, toobs, Breyer, scramble squares. But there are so many more too!!!!
