If I could give no stars I wouldIt says it close at nine and it close at five due to short staff. Maybe if you'll pay people more money maybe people will want to come to work. I know they're not getting paid much I wouldn't come work here either. Nevertheless if your sign says close at nine it should close at nine. Do better and pay people more dollar tree.

I appreciate the hard work our local dollar tree staff puts in, being a stocker and cashier is such a thankless job so everyday the dollar tree is able to be open is a win in my book. About a year or so back they were having terrible staffing issues resulting in them being closed for a few months. Glad to see them on the uo and up again.

I was in there today and I can't believe how dirty it was. The floors looked terrible with stuff all over. It looked like they haven't been vaccumed in days/weeks. Managers need to step up and get the employees to clean everyday. Shouldn't open up for the day looking like that.I use to be a manager for a store and I'll be darn if I would open up looking like that. How embarrassing.

Workers just stood and chatted as the line got longer for check out. I brought it to their attention and they told me to wait in line and continued talking. Great job guys keep up the hard work.

Clean lots of variety great selection of itemsSince they've changed the prices its still a great dealI get eyeglasses and lovely.candles and all sorts of makeup and toiletriesI can always find stuff u must have there without breaking the bankStill well stocked with appropriate holiday itemsToday when I was there the cc and debit machine was out of order so I had to put my stuff back😩😩😩

Things are always easy to find bc the aisles are clearly marked with a green sign with white, usually med.- sized text, sticking out from one of the top shelves, all of which are just above eye level, but still within most people's reach. Also, the service is great! The cashiers are friendly, help is received quickly, etc.

We were not allowed to shop in the store without a mask because of the employees that were working there today. This store is a hit and miss It depends on the employees working there whether or not you have to wear a mask. The store is full of China products, think about it... China products, You got to wear a mask, They might be on to something. I wonder if they have good ventilation in the store. Bottom line don't shop the store, you are not treated equal. And I talked to Yvonne, the store manager, so it isn't like this issue is just being posted here.

Funny how "supply chain" problems have affected our shelves in South Haven but not the shelves of Dollar Trees in Watervliet, Paw Paw and Plainwell. Employees helpful and friendly but having to go to other towns to get items I've always bought at my local dollar tree makes me think why do we even have one? Stock the shelves.

Absolutely love this store.... But seriously you need to change your hours and closing so people don't set and waste their time.. your hours show 9 am to 9 pm. So be kind and take your time and change them please.

We were checking out and our cashier asked the two people coming if they had masks and if not to leave and they did! I was so happy they weren't allowed to walk around the store without masks 😊

I’ve shopped at this location many times. During the COVID19 it has been very difficult for mothers with small children. After finally finding a babysitter so I could get items like tooth paste, bar soap etc and driving 20 minutes a staff member screamed out the door of the store they weren’t open until 11am her demeanor and attitude were rude, nasty and not necessary. If you don’t like your job then maybe you should find a job where people skills are not a high requirement.

So far they have been closed when we stop by. Online hours and hours on the door do not match the small handwritten sign on the door.I'll update my review when I can catch them at an open time.

$1.25 tree was great 👍 everything is a quarter more but they still have lots of great things to get like cold pills , sleeping pills mouth wash , six count rolls of tape for wrapping things and many more things :)

Always seem to have what I need and then some. Hey, hard to beat the fact EVERYTHING in the store in no more than a dollar! Great place to get very nice greeting cards. Why pay $4-7 for a card anywhere else? A huge selection of cards and party supply. They even have a frozen food section. Need an ice cream treat or personal pizza...stop here. Huge candy selection.

I love dollar tree anyway, but they have a great staff. They learn the names of their customers and make personal connections with them. Clean and stocked. Good job!

Love this store. Most of the staff are very friendly with the exception of two that were working the last time I was in... Very rude!! I made sure to say Yes to the receipt just so I'd know who to make the complaint on!

I entered the store to buy some fingernail clippers, but I had to urgently use the restroom firat. One of the workers told me you can't right now because both of the floors are wet. How do you have both of your restrooms closed to your customers? Needless to say I left without purchasing anything. I never come in and spend one dollar. I spend on average ten dollars. Thanks for saving me money.

Just came in to get a few things.. And one of the store assciates yelled at a little boy for putting something down in the wrong spot the child was 5..... So rude i could not believe my eyes she said u need to go put it back where it was i just cleaned up this store .. Umm excuse me lady but you are paid to clean up the store

Beware they will cheat you out your money. The cashier charged me extra dollar for one item and didn't take it off. I heard some of the employees is rude and racist.
