Employees lock the door 10, sometimes 15 minutes earlier than the store's advertised closing time. I get it. Who isn't anxious to get home after their shift? However, they aren't supposed to close until 9. For those who don't live in town and make the drive, only to be greeted by a locked door and an employee who looks at you as if you're out of line for being there 10 minutes before closing......it's very aggravating!

Very unclean and unorganized in COVERT, South Haven and Bangor stores. Even has very foul oders at times. Customer service skills need to be worked on.... Especially the way they talk to and treat the customer.

Location is great. Located in Locker Mall - South Haven. Next to Tom & Amy's Nails - which provides the best service in the area..

The staff isn't friendly and their clothing racks are so jammed packed you can't really look at anything without taking down half the rack. Some clothing seem like its been there forever

I find that some things are a good deal and other things not for instance Walmart charges $2.58 for a box of gravy bones but it Dollar General it only a dollar 98
