My family and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat headed back home. It was pretty busy, which we expected but we were able to order once we stepped in. Our order came out fast and hot. The food was good, order was correct as well. Only issue was the onion rings. There wasn't alot of onion in the rings and they were cold. Overall, GREAT

I have only done drive through. The food is delicious, just too salty. Their cheese curds are wonderful and a good portion size too. The onion rings were crispy but very salty (and I usually add salt to my food). My family enjoys the Rueben and root energy floats.The food is always fresh. Plan to wait few minutes, but it is worth it.

Stopped at Culver's in South Haven on Tuesday.After eating my meal, had to use the men's restroom, walking in, there was toilet paper all over the floor, the floor was so sticky, it was like walking on a glue pad, the urinal was broken and wouldn't flush. After I washed my hands, and there wasn't any paper towel to dry them, which explains all the toilet paper on the floor. Approached a team member, and it wasn't even an issue to them. It was disgusting to say the least.

Saturday AM outside garbage can filled to the brim. Ordered 1 sandwich, 1 side and a drink for dine in. The soda machine was either leaking water or had to soda syrup in 2 of the 3 selections that I attempted to try. It felt like a longer than normal amount of time to walk the food to the table. Not sure if I would be back or not. Hopefully if I choose to return it is a better experience

Wrong order served, vegetarian order was swapped with non vegetarian food, fries missing from meal, later fries was served but the vegetarian item was not served till it was reminded several times by physically going to the counter. The super boss( self declared)/ store manager named Austin was unapologetic, repeatedly reminded they are not charging extra for the replacement but not for once said sorry or apologised. We did not want free food but wanted them to serve the correct order. I understand there may be mistake in taking order but kept us waiting for so long and then showing attitude is what I do not expect from a diner like Culvert’s, I hope this review is going to bring attention to the management to the service of the diner to keep bringing customers back to their franchise.

It was just blah went for the curdburger while it was on the menu and just super disappointed. Now the restaurant was clean and there was always someone cleaning up which was nice because it was very busy. The food wasn't az good as normal and I wished I just ordered my usual from there.

I understand that they're learning and they're new. Tonight our burgers are so salty and burnt, we could not eat them. They forgot our drink order. Brought me someone else's food order. And said oh I'm sorry this is a takeout order from inside. My mistake. Brought out our ice cream first we had to eat it so it didn't melt before we could get at home. And then brought out the wrong ice cream order. I've eaten in Plainwell in two separate ones in Kalamazoo. I have never had anything this bad.

The food is always good at Culver's! However the set up for the drive-thru is absolutely atrocious. There are two lanes for taking orders and if there are people in the stands you are so far away from the full menu that it's hard to order. Then it is completely unclear where to pull forward and wait for your food. Still great service but definitely frustrating

I just had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had in terms of customer service at this South Haven location. The young girl in the drive thru had an attitude and just overall not friendly demeanor which is even something I can sympathize with to a certain degree although still highly unnecessary. As we were told to pull around to park and wait for the food to be brought out we asked to please not forget the sauces we had ordered for our tenders and fries. Once the food was delivered to the car, we politely asked the girl if she had put sauces in the bag or if she cared to wait while we double checked. It took a second to dig through the bags to check for any sauces because our food was clearly just thrown in there and spilling out everywhere. After discovering there were in fact no sauces at all in the bag, she also got an attitude about it acting like we were either lying or too dumb to find it. Finally to top it off my burger didn’t have each of the toppings requested which I just disregarded because we were ready to get back on the road, but then the girl finally came back with one ranch and two packs of ketchup for a car of three people who all ordered fries. Since I have previously worked in the food industry for over 6 years, I typically just let things go because I know how it can be sometimes, but the attitude of every employee we interacted with here was unreal.

Employees are always friendly and I love the butter burgers and don’t mind the wait because food is always fresh. However they mess up my order every time I’ve been there. Last time was yesterday. If I order one butter burger with mustard onions and extra pickles only and one double cheeseburger with nothing on it then I don’t expect to get 2 double butter burgers. She can’t eat 2 patties that’s why I order it and say one butter burger with mustard onions and extra pickles ONLY. That’s just the last experience but it’s not terrible but it’s still not getting the order right lol
