My kids wanted a skeleton to decorate for Halloween. There was 1 left in the store that they had put a welcome sign on. When I touched it I got a nasty look. When I asked if it was for sale I was told well technically yes but we are using it. Needless to say I walked out without the skeleton. Funny I thought things at the store were for sale. When I checked out the girl never said a word to me. Very rude staff every time I go in there. Sadly it's the only place to get stuff in town.

I had to stop here for some groceries that they don't really sell anywhere else in town. The place was clean and well stocked. I found exactly what I was looking for and saved me from running to the next store about 15 minutes out of my way. There were two employees that I noticed while inside. One was stocking and took the time to stop what she was doing to come over and ask if i needed any help. The clerk at the counter to check out was also very nice. He asked if I had found everything alright and had great customer service. I would return here if I ever needed to.

I went in to grab 1 thing , as we all have done, and bought quite a bit of merchandise. The quality of the items along with the low prices and variety of them , makes it impossible not to purchase 😊. This was my first visit here and definitely will be going back and telling others how nice the store is, and the awesome deals you can get here . Nice to see in our small town.

Great StoreLove shopping at Dollar General! This store gets my family through those mid-week items I need before the big grocery shopping day. Many times my finds at Dollar General beat the prices at the large stores. They offer a variety items that I would have to shop at multiple stores for. Thank you Dollar General!

Good place to shop for cheaper prices. One thing is about this Alma store, always things in the way. Keep moving items around and can't find them. Bleach and cleaning items should be all cleaning items not by kotex's and toothpaste, brush and bath soaps. Husband and I both like the Alma store but, just needs to put times in there correct places.

Always such nice clerks who are friendly even when there's a line of people. I can almost always find what I need and it's a great place to stop on my way home from work after a long day.

The store was super clean the employees were nice. And the manager cept the store clean and worked harder then any manager most stores i go to the managers are sitting in their offices but not in sheperd this manager works her but off
