We take our dog here a few times a week to help socialize her with people and other dogs. She always looks forward to getting some of the bulk or frosted treats that they have to offer. They have a huge selection of toys for her as well. But I think what she loves the most is the attention that she gets from the staff. They always come over to say hi to her, and I think it's done wonders for her attitude towards strangers. Having a staff that really cares is what makes a great store, and it's why we will keep.coming back here!

I had an issue a week ago with a toy not being returned. The owner Mike reached out and honestly was super sweet. It’s not about doing anything necessarily but the fact that he cared enough to call and leave me a voicemail to express his concern for me being upset was sweet. I love how he handled the situation and how he cares about every single customer. Great company and people. I love when you can talk to someone about something and have a conversation vs a corporate place who doesn’t care what happens. I will be going back to support his family owned business. Thank you for being human!

The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. My dog definitely had a food allergy and Dana was able to help us troubleshoot the issue. Now, our dog is doing well without needing medication.

Very pleased with the selection of premium foods for dogs and cats here. They have the top raw brands, the top kibbles like Farmina and Carna4.Very possibly my go to store for future purchases. They didn’t have the specific raw frozen food I was looking for, but will have it for me in just a couple days. Everyone I spoke with was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Next time I’ll bring the puppy!

The staff here is amazing!!! We recently adapted a kitten (Voss) from here and the staff made the process so easy. They also allowed me to return later to use my 20% off. They helped answer all my questions and gave great recommendations.

I miss when the store was family owned and had a personal feel to it. Now it's just a big chain store like any other with high prices.There are a ton of employees, yet none are very helpful or pleasant. It seemed most wanted to avoid the customers, to be honest.

My husband and I have a hard time finding this brand in stores. One morning we were watching Channel 4 Saturday morning news and saw the news anchor speaking with the owner of Pet Premier. He was sharing information about this brand. I was so happy to see this because in my area (Marine City) You can't find this brand. Even if you head towards Chesterfield its just not available. So I hoped in my Jeep with my pups and headed towards Shelby Twp. Kinda a far drive but worth it. One of my dogs has skin allergies and this food helps tremendously with that problem. The staff at this store was so helpful and friendly. I bought 2 bags because im always afraid I won't be able to find it again. So happy that I was watching TV at the right time. Im a forever customer of this store now.

They have definitely changed from the Purely Pets we loved. They still have some of what we want, but not in cases how they used to. Also, now they are demanding to have your email to get the same rewards and discounts that you used to be able to get with just your phone number. Lastly, the staff is now full of teenagers who are totally unprofessional. It's now, sadly, just like any other chain store.

Took my Rottweiler and my German Shepherd there to use their self bathing station and it was great! It's a private room with a door and has all the supplies you need. Staff was very helpful and super friendly. They have a nice selection of toys, supplies, foods, etc. I'd definitely recommend it. I'll be going back for sure!

One of the best pet supply stores I have ever been to! The staff is amazing, and the selection of items is pretty expansive! They have fresh doggie bakery items, toys, fun stickers, dry/canned foods, fish, and tons of other accessories to keep your fur baby entertained. It is always fun to just browse around and find something new to take home. They also have a loyalty program to help you save a few bucks too!

This location has come along since it's purchase by Premiere, but it isn't quite as good as the Rochester location just yet. They finally have freezers with a selection of frozen raw foods and carry a myriad of pet treats (void of locally produced products). It's worth a trip if I am crunched for time and I hope they continue to get better.

The staff is super nice! First time coming in, thought I'd stop by. I was looking around for stuff for my bearded dragon and an employee stopped by and asked if I needed any help and was very nice. I got 6 dozen crickets and he gave me some extra! The place is very clean and the prices are not too expensive. Overall I'm very impressed!

Couldn't be happier with the service. The staff is always friendly and the store is never overcrowded. I am especially pleased with the range of options for cat food, as they offer the regular brands as well as all-natural dry foods, and human-grade wet food. They have definitely made a loyal customer in me.

The owner is awesome, has answered a ton of questions and is always available to chat with. All treats and food are made in U.S. and you can't beat the prices. This pet store is really nice. It's one of very few pet stores that carry the brand of dog food my dogs eat. Their prices are fair and dead on with the big chain stores. It's clean & organized. The employees are kind, helpful, knowledgeable; and the owner is just as great.

I love this store! For starters it's location is very convenient. I can run in get what I need and not spend all day waiting in line to purchase my items. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't have it in the store, they will order it for you. We needed a larger dog crate and they got it for us. Even helped carry it to the car. The variety of dog treats they carry is awesome. So if your puppy gets tired of chicken, you can try another flavor! They have a bonus program when you spend, you earn money to use on future purchase. I've saved a lot of money using this program. They also carry items for small pets i.e. Rabbits, Guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, and fish.

I took my dog in for a bath/shower at a cost of $10. I would have to say that is was completely worth it. The tub is up high so no bending over to scrub your pup and they have a rope clip to prevent your dog from jumping out. They have almost too many shampoos to choose from so I guess you can choose a shampoo that is good for your dog. Many varieties, even ones for sensitive skin dogs. They provide a towel and pretty much clean up what you can't get to. The blow drier is probably a bit on the string side as is scared the heck out of me and my dog. Hold on or the hose is going to fly. The store itself is clean and has a good selection. Staff is friendly and helpful.
