THE EXPIRENCE:Okay, this review has been about three months in the making. I Initially had some good experiences, but they progressively got worse. I have visited the store a total 14 times and 12 of the 14 visits included an actual purchase. The two times I visited where no purchase was made I stood at the counter for a sold 3+ minutes and no employees were at the counter or in sight. Two of the 12 times I waited but no more than 3 minutes. However, still no one was at the counter and was instructed to "just yell next time". Most of the other visits consisted of standard check out procedures and a few included strange and unprofessional behavior on the staff. Some included gossiping in the corner, having the light of a register on where I set my items and when a staff member showed up, they instructed me to move all my items to the next register. Another consisted of a staff member ringing their friend up first after myself and one other person had been in line waiting for a cashier to show up for about two minutes.THE PRODUCTS:Well, it is a dollar store. They have a good selection of goods. Some products are overpriced, and some are very reasonable. But the saying you get what you pay for is the best way to go shopping here.THE STORE:It is a new store, so it inherently is very clean. They have done a nice job keeping it clean over the last few months of being open we will see how it does this winter.THE TLDR:Staff needs to be more professional or have more training. Products are of the quality one would expect from a dollar store. The store itself is very clean and well organized compared to the competition. The reason for the two star is for most people customer service is your biggest seller. Especially, in small town America and when the design of your store is a quick in and out for what I need vs some large super stores. I will continue to visit and will update the review accordingly.
