This is truly a hidden gem! There are few things this Detroit boy loves more than a Boston Cooler using Verners! Huge selection of classic themed sweet treats, wonderful local ice cream selection and I believe a hot lunch menu as well!Very cool interior few 9f the booths are shrines to legends, I chilled with Ms. Monroe for the meal. Old school claw machine, magazines from the 30s and 40s.Lookin for a sweet cool treat and youre in the area give the couple that owns and runs this a visit!

Love the ice cream choices, flurries, malts and non dairy smoothie is my new favorite. Best part is their sense of humor! Definitely making the best of the new mask mandate, but will also take order at door or by phone!

This little shop is so fun! It's like stepping right into the 50s. They have a jukebox with really good oldies to choose from, really good ice cream and a little food menu too. We haven't ordered any food, but menu appeared to have a little bit of something for everyone. We love their ice cream. They have a vegan ice cream that tastes just as good if not better than it's dairy counterpart. My wife is vegetarian, so it's a real hit with her. They also have many really cool antiques all around to look at. Will definitely be back many times! Please come support this wonderful little shop!

This kind of place is disappearing, nay, has already almost completely disappeared - get there while you can. Somehow I grew up 20 miles away and didn’t know it was there! (The chocolate malt was great and the price point was fine.)

I've been coming to Scooters since I was 4. It is my most favorite ice cream shoppe, no question. Cindy & Dave are so great and the atmosphere is second to none. Great ice cream and food, especially the Brown Cow and pizza. Absolutely recommend this place to everyone. Love it so so much.

Scooters is a hidden gem in Scotts. Not only are the sundaes fantastic, but so is the service! The jukebox and various antiques were a bonus. This place definitely feels like your typical mom and pop shop.

I like the retro decor...the BBQ beef sandwich is very good..highly recommend it. 😋.of course the ice cream is good! The service is quick and the waitstaff is attentive..the location is off the beaten path, but well worth the trip

Amazing place! The owner gave us the history of the building, he even opened up the jukebox so my children could see the records change. Very welcoming and fun ambience to the place. Original ice cream sodas, and malts, and the brownie sundae was outstanding! Will be coming back!

First time stopping. We had ice cream. Delicious! I had the Blueberry Hill(yummy) and the hubs had the Saddle Shoe Sundae(also yummy) Very cute decor and building. Next time, we're trying the food! Prices are absolutely not high!! Its very affordable. The scoops of icecream are huge.Oh, they also have an oldies jukebox!Love this place

High prices and dark/dingy dining area. They do have good ice cream, just be prepared to pay double what you expect. Definitely not somewhere we frequent, especially with more than 2 guests. It is a family owned business in a small town, so we try to support local businesses, but dang if it isn't disappointing.

I'm kind of thinking about going there and getting some right now. seeing this review request come up on my Google reviews makes me want scooters malt Shoppe Ice Cream. the folks that own the shop are fun and entertaining they know the history of the town and they have great stories to tell.

The atmosphere is great and reminds me of an old ice cream parlor you'd see in the movies. Some of the staff was being trained and were quite slow to take orders and bring the orders out. The ice cream was good. A single scoop of ice cream will cost you $3.00.

The ice cream was okay, not really worth the price though. The man that took our order was very nice but the woman had an attitude like she was mad we even came in. Probably wont be back. Not really a good place to take little ones that like to grab things as they have very old and valuable stuff that are at their reach.

Took my granddaughter there while on a motorcycle ride. She loved it great icecreame. She also loved the hotdogs. Lady serving was as nice as could be. Love the old school decor. My grandughter had never seen a old jukebox 25 cent a song and not from your phone lol. Had a great time would highly recommend it

GET YOUR MALTS HERE. Seriously, this is the only place where you can get a real, authentic MALT. So many places offer "malts" that taste like shakes. I get the chocolate malt every time and I almost cry into it because it's... so... malty...
