I purchased a 2005 Lincoln Towncar from Kal. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. I purchased the car sight unseen and he gave me the opportunity to not go through with the deal when it was delivered. Of course the car being 18 years old I didn't expect it to be perfect. After 4 days of owning it I am very happy with the car. I'm searching for some missing odds and ends in the exterior but all of those will be inexpensive, just cosmetics basically. The engine is like new even though it has 127,000 miles on it.After searching and searching Kal had the car for me.I would purchase another car from Rice.Thankyou Kal for all your help. Top tier service and great buying experience!I've been in search of just the right Jeep Renegade for awhile now and when I saw this Orange Trailhawk pop up on the lot at David rice auto I had to check it out!Definitely recommend working with Khal. He made everything from test driving the car, to talking about financing, to signing the papers super simple and explained everything really well.Everyone there seems like they truly care about making sure your totally happy with your purchase and even when something came up on the car, Khal stayed and touch was more than happy to get everything taken care of and answer all my questions.I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and I'll definitely be telling my friend's to check out David rice next time they're in search of a used car at a great price.Im in love with this TrailHawk, and while she's no wrangler, it's still blend's in just fine with the rest of the club. -Lift kit and lights coming soon😄👍

I didn’t end up purchasing, but the team was more than helpful during my new vehicle search. First, I wanted the vehicle inspected by a dealer with their own service team. So they were kind enough to drop the vehicle off at a Certified Toyota dealer in Kalamazoo where a full point inspection was conducted. Also, they knew I was coming into town via train so they picked me up at the Kalamazoo station and the owner dropped me off for my return train when I decided not to purchase the vehicle I came to see. Great team, they will treat you right.

I seen a vehicle that perked my interest on google, noticed the vehicle was for sale at this dealership. I called and told them about the vehicle, and that I would be there the next day. When I arrived I had noticed it was a small dealership, which had me skeptical at first. You know other people out there ruin it for the good ones. Once I was in the parking lot they had the vehicle of interest out front, washed, warmed up, half tank of gas, and ready for me to test drive. The salesman greeted me and we walked inside. Upon walking in they had a good amount of staff members, very well managed, and polite. You can tell each member really enjoys there job, was a very good atmosphere. My salesman Evan walked me through the process, he was very detailed, honest, and had no reason to sugar coat anything. He did try to save me money with their financing, but I’m stubborn and choose to use my bank, her never tried to put pressure on me about it, just respected what I wanted and moved forward with the sale (if I did listen he would of saved me money sorry Evan lol). Overall experience was beyond my expectations. You got a good team and thank you again for getting me in something I can rely on! (Fyi the vehicle was way cheaper then other places)

Bought a 2019 f-150 with175,000 miles back in May and waited 6 months to write a review. Love the truck, zero complaints, and it’s been a great daily driver with no issues. The staff here were great. Not pushy at all and gave me space and time to look at the truck without hovering like other dealers. Let me test drive the truck answered any questions I had. All of their trucks looked clean and good price points. Worked with Kal K. to purchase this truck and he was awesome. I plan to drive this truck for a long time but this will be the first dealer I go back to when I look for a new truck and it’s an hour and a half away. I’ve bought 3 trucks and this was the best experience I’ve had. Even if I didn’t buy a truck here I would have still left 5 stars for the sales staff.

My wife and I had a great experience at David Rice Auto Sales. We went on a Saturday just to see an Audi in person(no pics online at the time). Kal greeted me outside and let us go for a test drive. Great car and we ended up purchasing it 2 weeks later. It was an easy going experience and Kal answered all our questions. I was able to text and email Kal and everything was set up when we came in to take it home. They work with local credit unions which included mine.We would recommend David Rice Auto Sales. They have a large inventory and are easy to work with.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Absolutely awful experience. Mr. Rice agreed to sell me a Nissan NV200 with the verbal agreement that things that “missed” inspection would be fixed. He wrote up a contact and he took a $1700 deposit. After a few days, Mr. Rice called and said the things that I pointed out that needed fixed were now to much money to cover and he would not sell me vehicle unless I came up with another $800 on top of the agreed upon purchase price. My real concern with Mr. Rice as a person and his dealership is his ability to be trusted. His word does not mean anything! Before making a 2 hour ride out to his car lot, I inquired about this vehicle before driving out. Mr. Rice said it had been inspected and was in good shape…, ALL LIES! All the issues I found at purchase should have been caught in his “supposed inspection”??? I am not even a mechanic and I found in this this little work truck a rattle in the muffler, a severe pull in the front end (bad ball joints) and the back door lock was jammed and not working. In all reality, Mr. Rice was hoping I was another car buyer not paying attention to the quality of vehicle and this would of all been stuck on me after purchase! This vehicle supposedly has a 90 day/ 3,000 mile warranty? In the end, I did not want to deal with Mr. Rice and his auto lot. I was dealt with completely wrong as a consumer and done dirty by him. While he “thanked me” in the end of bringing these issues to his attention, I told him it wasn’t my intention to drive two hours away to do the inspection of his vehicle for him and then to be told that he has “reneged on the deal” because he didn’t do his due diligence in this vehicle. He wasted my time, money and any last vestige of trust in car sales people!

First thing, great customer service! They are able to easily connect with the same bank i am using. They have incredible services for a pretty affordable price. Even after the car was purchase and the deal was closed, they are still glad to help out replace any missing parts and check up the tires and a few other features on the very first day! Love this place, I recommend it.

i felt like the staff here was more interested in selling a car than helping me buy a car, if you know what i mean. i don't remember the guy i spoke to but he was really pushy and as i started to extract myself from the situation became aggressive and borderline rude. can't recommend as long as they keep hiring people like this.

UPDATE: A week after giving them 19,000$ for my truck , I took it in for an alignment and they told me to take that truck back to where I bought it because it had severe front end damage. It needed a new axle as well with many other parts. They also said it had an exhaust leak by the manifold. I called David Rice auto sales back and they agreed to fix the front end work, but said every Dodge on their lot sounds like that.Now I have got my truck back an it drives no different then when I took it back to them I have called over 4 times asking for a copy of the work they did to the truck and have still not gotten it , it’s been about 10 days since my first call asking for the copy of the work they did with nothing..

Beware what you buy bought a 07 chevy from them and come to find out frame was patched and welded and they never told me about it.
