The workers at this location are extremely nice, but, this location has the slowest service I have ever experienced in my life. Just this morning I waited over a half hour in the drive-through line for them to make my drink wrong. When the young lady offered to fix it, I told her as long as it was made with oat milk it was fine because I needed to go. I sincerely hope more training take place because a half hour in any drive-through is unacceptable.

I came in around 3pm Thursday and was immediately greated by super friendly baristas and also immediately hit by a blast of almost unbearable heat and humidity. The barista's were smiling and taking my order while sweat was dripping down their faces, eyes bloodshot, and cold towels on their heads in an attempt to cool off. It was 76 degrees OUTSIDE and 85 degrees INSIDE THE STORE. (I took a picture of the thermostat) Even with the unsafe work conditions these girls gave me excellent service, smiling and joking through the struggle while telling me "this happens every summer." I asked them if they were allowed to open the front door and prop it open with the trashcan and they said they weren't allowed. They also weren't allowed to keep the drive thru window open for fresh air either. My question is what will it take for employee health to be taken seriously? An employee collapsing from heat exhaustion? Or will this only be taken seriously if a customer experiences a heat injury? Do better Schoolcraft, you're nothing without your employees and they deserve safe a work environment. 5 stars for the baristas, 1 star for the store.

Not only is Biggby Coffee the best java shop option, the one in Cassopolis, Michigan has a few of baristas that should have a light shined on them. The first one's name is Nicole. She is always so cheerful and happy to greet everyone. With a smile on her face, she eagerly and meticulously fills each order in a timely manner. One to which my schedule is never rushed due to shotty survive. Another is her coworker Azreal. She always double checks my order and injects the experience with a warmth I walk away with. Definitely my favorite place to wake up.Parking: Long lines in the drive through do form quickly and the parking lot can get pretty busy. But I can honestly say that I have never had an issue, parking or otherwise.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance.

Stopped by with my boyfriend on our way through town. Waited 30 minutes in line with 6 cars, which is fine. I understand busy times. I ordered an iced chai sub oat milk. It's what I order everywhere. I've had it through biggby, it's always sweeter there but it's still decent. What they handed me today was horrible. Something tasted old, bad 🤢. Doesn't even remotely smell like chai tea. The customer service was poor. We only had two drinks and we were treated like an inconvenience. Went there for a nice drink and ended up with a nasty, expired tasting drink. Perhaps it's just a bad day, but we paid 15 some dollars for two drinks. Not worth it with the poor service and poorly made drinks.

First time trying this particular coffee shop and it didn't disappoint. The iced drinks were phenomenal, highly recommend the Chocolate Chip Cookie Creme Freeze, it was delicious. 5/5 stars, highly recommend!!!

Ive come here a few times a week, every week, for a couple of years now. i cannot think of a single bad experience Ive had here. The staff is always friendly and smiling, the service is very good, fast and accurate. I usually come with one of my three dogs (whoevers day it is) and they always offer them a dog biscuit. This location is a prime example of how different a small town location is compared to a customer experience in a city. Nothing but great people with great attitudes here.

I love the convenience and friendly service at this location. I stop daily on my way to work for coffee, and the staff is professional and friendly. A couple of issues need work: no egg for the last two weeks?? I love the waffle breakfast sandwich, but have been able to buy 1 out of the last 6 attempts because there is no egg. There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away, use it. You have an opportunity to outpace McD's as they struggle to keep employees. You have better coffee. Also, your phone does not work so I can check for egg ahead of time. C'mon man!!

Went inside and ordered a frozen coffee and a turkey jalapeño bracelet. Got the drink quickly but the Bragel took forever because the girl at the window forgot to put it in the toasting machine when the other busy girl asked her too.

I love the effects of sugar and 6 shots of espresso in a mint mocha. My buddy got a Carmel mocha something. The two of them was a whopping 15 bucks without a tip. The service was pleasant, fast, and courteous. I would recommend bigbys for an occasional treat, but unless you make considerably more than I do and can burn off a million calories a drink. Go for it.

I want to like this Biggby so much! I love that we have a coffee shop in town, but this is honestly some of the worst coffee I've had. There are grounds in my red eye every single time. Today I literally had to dump it out because it was so gross. On the upside, their breakfast sandwiches are great.

Low grade coffee masked with with exorbitant amounts of sugar. There is a range of flavors but they're just basic. I would consider it an average place for coffee except as a local chain they don't really bring any local flare. You can get coffee here just don't expect something hand made by a barista that has studied coffee and how to prepare it.
