I currently just started working with Nancy at the shop! She does an amazing job and all the puppies and kitties always leave so happy. My dogs love going there and always come home looking great!They enjoy their time while being there! I'm so thankful to have such a wonderful groomer teaching me the ropes of grooming! I absolutely love it :)

Excellent ..... best grooming experience I have ever had for my two Maltipoos. Nancy is great !!! They take their time, dogs are not stressed and do a thorough, loving job.....not like the"factory" grooming businesses where speed and volume is everything. Highly recommended !!!!

We have been taking both of our dogs to a groomer in their hometown...UNTIL we met Nancy. Never again will we have our dogs groomed by anyone but Nancy!! We have an anxious adolescent dog and a senior dog. We feel confident dropping them off that they will be in a loving and kind environment, not to mention the detail to which they are groomed. I'm so happy we found Nancy's place. :)

Top Dog Grooming Shop is Terrific! I love everyone's attitude in the shop from the first greeting to when you leave with your beautiful dog! The selection of pet items are really fun and the food selection is excellent. My Pomeranian received the best groom she's ever gotten. Nancy is really talented and has a great way with animals AND people. They have a long-term customer with me and I hope others will take the opportunity to stop in, welcome them to Saugatuck and patronize this really great new business for years to come.

This place can be hard to get an appointment, but it's so worth it. My dog is always beautiful and happy when she is done. Nancy loves dogs and it shows. She is amazing at her job.

I have to say Nancy and Kelsey do GREAT job with my dogs. They love to go there which is a sign they love being there. I love the fact you can see the grooming process and it's not behind a closed door. Keep up the good work girls !!!

Just moved to the area and was really nervous about having to find a new groomer for our babies... Gave these guys a chance and they did NOT disappoint!Everyone is so friendly... Took their time...
