Visited at 9pm April 23, 2024. Item’s were priced higher at checkout than marked on the shelf. This was brought to the clerks attention. The clerk addressed the issue with the manager who was unable to resolve the situation. The clerk then stated that “the State sets the prices” What??? Do yourself a favor. Drive to Lowell or Ionia. 🤦‍♀️

Convenience store prices, minus any Convenience. It's actually quite inconvenient when you show up, looking for something simple like milk, and they don't have any, for weeks. After a month you'd expect them to be open past 6pm, but they claim to still have no heat (feels warm to me).

I’m so sick and tired of wasting my time going to this location to find the coolers empty most of the time. Then to find out that they’re only taking cash because they have no Internet!!This problem happens WAY TOO MANY TIMES!!! And the fact they never have employees working the only running register when people need help. It’s time to learn how to run a business or don’t run it at all. you’re wasting so many people‘s time and it’s so frustrating.. I will be taking my business to the Clarksville location from this point on.

The store became very hot with a faulty heater, floor buckled in bathroom candy melted. This store needs to be updated . Everything is unorganized. Shelves are cluttered door is always broken . The parking lot has holes in the black top. Please fix our store.

The picture with the blocked door is January 26 2019 the picture with the stuck open door is December 8 2021. The door has never been fixed properly. The CEO makes 16 million and can not even fix a doorUpdate on photos still broken.

Aisles were crowded with carts of boxes waiting to go on shelves. Hard to get down the aisles to look at stuff. Employees were very nice and helpful.

Just went into Dollar General, went to go grab 2 venoms this isn't the first time and no cold venoms in the 7 up cooler. Every other cooler is stocked full. And there's 2 managers working why isn't one of them stocking the only good person is Deb she is so friendly

Got some great clearance items here. They have a whole lot of candles for as low as .30 cents right now. They are clearing out Christmas stuff too. This location always has friendly, helpful, employees. They do a great job.

I'm getting tired of all the holes. I have talked to the store manager Samantha and she says she zero's them out every week and they don't come in on her trucks.Also costumers are tired of the broken in door and have to use the out door manually

Truly the bottom of the barrel for any community they land in.. Like a mini Walmart low prices, but it's like going to an outhouse to shop.. Nice for the first month they were open then never maintained and basically smell like an outhouse as well.. Do your self a favor and shop locally owned and operated businesses in your community.

Way to long lines your card reader don't work every time I try using it I was gas to go to a ATM to pull money out and go back to pay for my stuff . Fix the driveway and all so the card reader

Very very nice in the store the Isles were cleaned you can move pretty freely everybody knows the dollar stores around the nation is most of them huge clogged up in the aisles which stuff to be stocked on the shelves that's because they don't want to hire the people to do it they have one person doing the job of 20 people but very nice to visit the dollar store very helpful they were I'll come back again

This store has a relatively large amount of merchandise for a small place. Very clean and organized for the most part. Extremely friendly staff.

Convenient for a quick and close pick up. Its always so messy! The items usually ring up different than the sale signs.. its like a treasure hunt. They throw signs up and you figure out where the item is...

(Not every thing is a dollar) no in all seriousness this place is really good if you have to just grab an unormal item and then head back home wouldn't recommend getting your groceries here as there isn't much for groceries but it's pretty good miscellaneous items

Store is a mess, disorganized and carts of boxes blocking the aisles. Restroom door unable to close when my son needed to use it. Staff members complaining about working and not at the registers when customers were ready to check out.

The doors need to be fixed!!! It's very hard for me to open the doors, I'm disabled and it's real hard to open them.. All employees r very helpful, I'm approached with a hello cheryl,how r u today.. they all have a smile on there face,and willing to help,..Just PLEASE GET THE DOORS FIXED..Thank you Cheryl Mesecar..

I love the Saranac Dollar General! It is 10 times better than the Lowell location. The manager in Saranac is outstanding. I felt very welcomed shopping there, and the checkout was actually alot of fun! She made my day!

Wasn't at Dollar general, Saranac Village Pizza is next door Hotrod and I were checking out the establishment. Very nice place owned and operated by a guy we all know as furnace Man Dan and his family, Hotrod and I look forward to enjoying the eats many times this summer....
