I've encountered issues with such purchases. They offer similar products as Tractor Supply Co but at a cheaper price point. Buyer beware."

I could spend hours browsing this store because there’s so much to look at. I love their sales and clearances because I can find some really great deals. Their staff is always friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. I spent a half hour talking to one of the employees in there about this off road vehicle that I would love to buy. It’s expensive but when I have the money for it, I am definitely going to go here to purchase it. They have an excellent selection of clothing options, especially for winter and work. The prices are pretty good. Definitely reasonable even with the current rate of inflation. The store is clean and orderly. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.

Always nice and a relief to go and get what I want from my local store, one mile from home. No traveling outside Sandusky our little stores have everything you need.. Changing vegetation, garden supplies to accentuate yards and don't worry, about not finding what you need. Sales associates are watching to see if you need assistance.

There's a large variety of products to help almost every household, gardening, animal need you can think of. I'll definitely be coming back for more items. Grocery stores just don't supply all that is needed. A+!

Lived by them in this town my hole life an they are always friendly helpful people an great local products an not to mention the cute animals they get an take care of. I just bought a hybrid utv/golf cart from them at to be honest the best price I've ever sean for one of its stature.and they were very very helpful in swapping parts such as the rear seats for the dump bed or even just puting the windshield on it.All an all I give them and their employees a 10 out of 10 :)

They always have what I need in stock, and their employees are well versed in the items they sell. If I come in with a question about what type of medicine or tool I need, they've always shot me in the right direction. As far as chicks go, they always have high quality birds that do well. They're also very knowledgable when it comes to asking about specific breeds, and they will order in something you want if needed. When it comes to customer service, I've never had a retail shop go above and beyond quite like they do. Highly reccomend coming here.

The only thing I go here for anymore is my dog food. Only cause they always have it in stock 99.9% of the times I have gone there. I used to buy lots from them untill last year when I bought a 10k kw generator and it broke three days after I purchased it and didn't even have 8 hours on it. When I called they treated me like I had no idea of how to run one. And when I dropped it off it took them forever to come out to unload it from my truck. They had to send it in to be repaired. I waited the two weeks to find the out an update. They had not even looked at it and I asked to just be given a new one since I only owned it 3 days. They said no. I called again when they told me and they said still not fixed so we drove to Burton to the repair shop and asked them what was up with my generator. They showed us the issue which was a spring that broke in 3 pieces. Had part on order. So I waited longer went back to Sandusky to talk to manager a week later and told him that I talked to repair men and again asked for a new generator. Again he told me no. He said he would get back to me in 2 weeks. I asked my wife to deal with the issue at this point when he talked to my wife he said I told her to come back in 2 weeks and I would give her a new generator if yours was not fixed. I went directly to the store confronted the manger and told him he was lying and I do not appreciate him lying to my wife and that he also treated us like we were stupid and that I would never buy a damn tool from the store again. I only buy my dog food there. The girls at register are sweet and always friendly. But the manager will screw you over when you buy a tool and it breaks and you paid for a 4 year warranty on the tool. That was $1000.00 in just that purchase alone. He did finally give me a brand new generator from stock to replace my original. It broke this spring when we lost electricity and we didn't have 5 hour use on it. Contacted the repair men in Burton and they said same part. I am still waiting for it to be repaired. 3weeks this Monday and still waiting. Do not buy tools from this store. You will regret it.

As a non farmer, who lives in a urban setting, I find the store useful for Shepherd's Crooks, seeds and buying horse buckets for caring weeds in. They are, right now, the only place I've been able to find soft-sided totes with handles to use throughout the garden. They have good prices weed killer and other basic things that everyone needs without having to buy it in huge bulk. The store is very clean and the staff that I've met are very nice. If you visit in the spring you will see baby ducks and chicks for sale often going home with 4H children.

Need to have better management training. I took a bag of horse feed back because of a large piece of mold in the bag. The manager told me I didn't know how to feed horses, didn't know how to manage my feed, and finally that I was lying about the mold being in the bag when I bought it. I never once asked for a replacement.
