Literally worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Never even spoken to when I check out my items. Went up to ask a question to the cashier the other day and she completely ignored me as I stood there for a good 2 minutes. They’ve lost my business. Will not be going back to this location.

I love going to this store I am a newer customer I have only visited here 4 times and I usually enjoy my visit but today was very different the staff is usually friendly but today I couldn’t tell the staff from the customers and we had to return because the staff last week forgot to take the anti theft tag off the product so with receipt and product we came back to get it removed. Since we enjoyed service before we did a little holiday shopping . When my daughter asked for a basket to more product in I didn’t know where they were I didn’t think it would be a big deal so I gentally put the items in the cart where the other product was and used it instead of staff asking nicely abt why I used the basket she asked in a demanding tone why I used that basket and when I replied I wasn’t sure where I could find the baskets she replied oh my staff wondered why you emptied that out . The feeling I felt next was anger and not wanting to return but I know they have other staff so I will return knowing I won’t have to see the same staff.Easy fix when she saw me entry basket she could have said I am sorry mamm do u need help finding a basket they are over there instead of embarrassing the customer in front of others . I did put product back in basket and in order and neater than before….

The store manager is real rude and shouldn't be a store manager. The store is so cluttered its embarrassing. I'm going to start shopping at a different family dollar.

Sunday morning, July 25, 2021, i went to this location. The doors weren't open till 8:10am and the lady on hand apologized. But when I went to check out, she just started complaining about how she didn't work mornings and she kept telling her boss that but her boss wanted weekends off. She just was over the top. The person I was with was so irritated that he left his change and I grabbed it for him.Every time I come here the staff are always either on their phone or they are just complaining about anything and everything. One time I came here and the lady was on the phone the WHOLE time she was cashing me out. Like come on.

The new remodel is a nice upgrade. Shopping here is always fun. Great employees, exceptional customer service. Tinker is a wonderful cashier. She is always willing to do what she can to help.

I felt over looked no cashier so I went to the first register emptied my basket awaited the cashier. The cashier came up and waited on the customer's behind me at the second register! No closed sign on either one and when I spoke up my response was I just came up here. I loaded my basket back up and sat it on the floor and left. I do not need to shop at this store anymore.

Pleasant staff although they may be short staffed because shelves are rarely stocked up and inventory is in the walkways and aisles.

The are breaking state law by refusing to take can returns of a product that they sell. I was told today they do not take returns any longer ,and by law they can not do that.

Georgetta aka “Tinker” is the saddest excuse of an employee I’ve ever seen. How does someone with such pathetic work ethic have a job? Whoever runs this place should do us all a favor and fire this clown. Also absolutely nothing in the refrigerator/freezer is marked correctly. Really helps when people are shopping. Complete idiots

Hard to shop when the aisles are blocked with merchandise to be put up. Those carts should remain in the back room until that person has a chance to work them.

Friendly staff and a quite large store. Went there to find their $5 and $6 CDS. Found 5 great ones. Not much around that area so this store is very convenient.
