They really took good care of my dog and cat when we went on vacation. It's nice, that they let the dogs have a playtime together, out in the yard. Awesome staff and awesome boarding kennel.We will use them for our future vacations.

We have a (large puppy) doberman and we were so hesitant to take her anywhere. We found Bridgewater pet boarding and went there to check it out first. I’m so glad we did. They are great and our Zeta just loves it there. She has new friends now! When she hears us say “doggie day care”, she jumps up and is so excited she can hardly contain herself. She’s been there several times and overnight. Kacy is exceptional and she clearly has a love for animals. Read update below.Update from original review: in December of 22 and January of 2023, Zeta went there again. Within 2 days she started to become ill. Kacy had Covid but the dogs were already exposed. it is harder to test for it on dogs but she got very I’ll. We had to rush her to the vet where they treated her for a virus. Unfortunately she progressively got worse and worse. I notified Bridgewater immediately but the damage was done. It was all bronchial. We had to take her back again where they ran more tests and X-rays but she wasn’t responding. 2 1/2 months later and two Z-packs later she finally got better. Bridgewater isn’t the cleanest place and I doubt thorough cleaning was done. I can’t in good conscience recommend them. Our dogs health is very important to us.We have since found an exceptional boarding facility that is super clean and she gets exceptional care. Now instead of being in a kennel all day except for potty breaks, she gets to play all day long in the indoor and outdoor yards and only goes in the kennel to sleep at night. And it is super clean.

Bridgewater pet boarding went above and beyond to make My lab puppy Maize very comfortable and they loved him! Maize definitely misses everyone there and I want to thank everyone for taking amazing care of Maize. I highly recommend Bridgewater pet boarding for anyone who is not able to take their pets on certain trips or just to give the pets a day or two vacation! Maize definitely loved it and loved playing with everyone! thank you so much!!!

We always board our aging St. Bernard here. She’s well cared for and has plenty of space! She loves the doggie pool and all the great attention she receives. I can go on vacation feeling at ease knowing our big fur baby is in good hands. I highly recommend Bridgewater Pet Boarding.

This place was a life saver for us. We have a GSD that is not great with new ppl. The crew we happy to bring him in and took amazing care of him for more than a week. They even made him boiled chicken and rice when his belly got upset. Above and beyond caring and generous people! Also great price!

We love and trust taking our dogs to Bridgewater. They are incredibly friendly and genuinely care for animals. Thank you so much for taking great care of my puppy, Mia. I couldn't have possibly received better service. I was given information before Mia's stay, was shown the facility at check in, was able to check on her during the day, and received photos of my puppy while she was there overnight. This will be the only place I take Mia in the future! She got to play outside, was given attention, had her own space, and was able to go outside when she wanted. Thank you for showing Mia such great care.

The best care! We have trusted them to care for our dogs for over 10 years. There is a great fenced area for exercise and staff care for any special needs they may have.

I am so grateful for Bridgewater Pet Boarding in so many ways. First, they took in our cat and dog for over a month as we were moving and things were unpredictable. Second, they were able to care for my dog who is aggressive towards other dogs (not so common at other kenneling facilities). Third, Kacy was able to work with my dog-to-dog agressive dog so that he is now able to be around other, calm dogs, and I dont mean just in the room, I mean play fetch, lay down, drink water from a shared dish, and more. Kacy and Teri are amazingly helpful, and understanding. I will never take my pets anywhere else.

We like the care that they gave to our dog and the personal attention to the needs of the of our dog when our schedule changed they were very accommodating they also called us and gave us updates about what was going on about her status in her health how she was getting along with the other animals and the friends she was making when we picked her up they gave us some gifts for her which was really nice and you could tell by talking to the staff that they really cared about the animals that was in their care I would highly recommend them for anyone who would like to have their animals taken care of without worry while on vacation or gone and they were very reasonable in price
