I've never had an issue inside of the store. The drive through is sometimes very difficult to get past when lined up to go and park. And if you're in that line, it can take a while to get your prescription.Store is clean, anytime I have been in. Cashiers are fairly quick. Only real complaint is wait times in the drive through pharmacy lane.

It’s convenient that this location is 24 hours but if it’s normal business hours, I’d recommend going elsewhere. The stock numbers on the app never match up with what’s actually in store so even when you are sure to check availability of the things you need online before you go, you’ll likely be greeted by empty shelves. The coupon printers at this location haven’t been working for WEEKS now, and since most of their good sale prices involve register rewards, if you try to take advantage of these advertised deals you’re gonna get completely screwed. (Thank you to the manager, I think her name was Taylor, who credited my rewards account for the value of the register rewards that didn’t print on my most recent transaction!) It’s a shame because this location is convenient for me but it’s not worth the headaches to attempt shopping here. I’d rather drive a couple extra miles across town to a location that is more reliable in every way!

Getting prescriptions filled is difficult. Everything is an excuse. Took six hours to fill today. Called in from medexpress this morning. I have issues with all my scripts and my dogs prescription. Had to change my dog to rite aid because it was for a canine. What is going on at walgreens?

As someone with a chronic disease, I have multiple reoccurring prescriptions, along with new ones occasionally. I initially used this location bc they had my meds in stock when the pharmacy I was using didn't so I had all my meds switched over. Not only do the people answering the phones have no idea what's going on, when meds will be ready, etc. They are NEVER ready when they say they will be. If they have too many patients getting meds from this location, they need to stop accepting them or be honest about wait time so people can go elsewhere if a prescription is needed in a timely manner.

These cashiers lied and refused capital one cash deposits.The bank of Capital One has cooperated with Walgreen. When Capital One customers need to deposit a small amount of cash into their checking account, they only need to do is log in to their account and follow the bank's instructions and set the deposit amount on their mobile phone to get a 30-minute valid scan code, and then immediately go to the Walgreen counter to show the scan code and deposit cash. That’s it. When I went to make a deposit and showed my scan code, the cashier claimed my account needs to activate, she lied. All they have to do is scan the code and accept cash. I asked, what do I need to activate? The cashier said she didn't know either and wouldn't help me, so she asked me to go to Kroger to try. These lazy staffs lied. Therefore I had to go to another Walgreen store on Bay Road and they processed my deposit in less than a minute.

Very easy place to find just about anything you need in a pinch. Some things are pricey, and others they have deals. This corner is super busy, and this Walgreens is part of that. Parking lot is easy to navigate, but lots of cut through people. The drive thru is equally busy. Friendly staff.

My husband just got out of hospital,he is a double amputee,stopped to by t.p. and meds and water on my way home,cashier refused to sale me cold and cough medicine without my driver's license, asked if she could go out and look at his id or can I bring the id in and was refused service,my license was accidentally left at home,I will not shop Walgreens again.The medicine was badly needed,went to another store,no id needed.

The lady that worked there when I asked where something was knowing that it would be in that section she didn't offer to look for it at another store. I didn't personally care for the unprofessionalism after working for walgreens myself.The only reason I didn't give a 1 or 2 star is because in the past the pharmacy tech was great. Read the other reviews customer service is lacking.

These employees are strange, not only in their rude attitude but also in their abnormal behavior. Although I have lived on the street next to theirs for over 20 years, I always go to the one located on Bay Road.

Pharmacy staff and main pharmacist were rude and ignored my questions and concerns. They said they would have to google if I could take the med a different way than just swallowing. I could have googled it if that was all you were gunna do. While I was told to wait for the main pharmacist a different customer was seen and they were rude to her as well. She was called and told her script was ready yet they were actually out of stock. They could have said this nicely instead of yelling at this 80 yr old lady that she ‘must have misunderstood’. Another pharmacist chimed in and said she called her and told her the script was in. They do not have good communication skills with each other or the customers. I was then told my script was ready before anyone answered any of my questions I had about if it was covered by my insurance, is there a different medication I could sub it for etc. They just ignored me and pushed me out the door.

Worse pharmacists, they do hire.They have lot of attitude and not willing to help patients.Only one or two pharmacists were helpful but most of pharmacists are really bad.My review is based on multiple encounters along with feedback from patients and staff at different locations.

Had a script go there but they don't take my insurance so I needed it transferred. After 4 days of the other pharmacy calling to get my script they asked me to call. The woman at Walgreens was extremely rude and said we will just have to keep calling till its transferred because they're super busy and have over 1000 scripts on their table. That's fine, but when it takes almost a week to get a perspiration moved that's ridiculous. This is why I don't use big pharmacies. You're just a number out of thousands. Good thing that medicine wasn't life or death! Will never use them again.

My 2 year old son has a double ear infection and his Dr sent his prescription to the pharmacy on State St like we have always had done. I couldn’t pick it up until a few hours later due to work. First of all they were extremely rude and I get it was busy but it’s very unprofessional. Second of all instead of calling me or my Dr to let either of us know they don’t have that antibiotic when the prescription was sent to them, they wait until we pick it up to tell us. So now we have to go find a pharmacy that carries it just so our son can get antibiotics. I will not get anymore prescriptions filled here at this location again…

I wanted to leave a comment about the sales associate at the Saginaw Michigan Walgreens on State street. The woman told me she was the beauty consultant. She gave me her business card which states her name is Kamaria, a licensed esthetician. I went in Walgreens at about 1:30 pm, on January 12th, 2023. This woman’s service was absolutely wonderful. She guided me right to a few different products I was interested in purchasing, but I couldn’t locate. She was so knowledgeable in the beauty department. Normally I don’t like associates talking to me while I shop, but she wasn't pushy, she was super friendly, and I actually enjoyed talking to her. I happened to mention earlier in the conversation I was running low on sunscreen, but the store didn’t have the one I was looking for. She made sure to tell me the exact date she expected the sunscreen to come in the store, AND she also gave me two small samples of spf she had behind the counter, to get me by until my spf came in the store. It’s a great shopping experience when companies hire great employees like Kamaria. I will definitely be going back to this Walgreens when I purchase my spf, and other products I need.

My daughter came in there in the evening of March 8th to get a script. She waited over 20 minutes. They told her to come back in the morning and it would be ready. She got there the next day around 9am. Her script wasn't ready. It wasn't even in the computer. They were VERY RUDE to her!! They didn't want to help her. They just didn't care. She still doesn't have her meds. This happened Thursday March 9th.

The pharmacist who worked today November 30th is the most unprofessional, uncaring, thoughtless, individual I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Her pure ineptitude in both her field and her ability to perform as a functioning member of society is worrying, to think Walgreens would hire such a rude disgusting individual to work in a customer service based role is appalling and should be rectified immediately! This woman does not belong in any form of health care or dealing with the public. We called prior to visiting this bog witch and she had the audacity to speak ill of me with her coworker on the phone while I'll could clearly hear. The sheer unprofessionalism and down right abhorrent attitude of this woman shall keep me from every doing business at this Walgreens ever again. If I could give a zero, I would. Pharmacy is always rude. They have given me someone else's medication, changed my address without my knowledge and then argued with me when I didn't recognize that address while trying to get my medications, and lastly wasted an hour of my day because they billed a medication incorrectly and I had to call my insurance company. I can not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I'm so done with people and their attitudes about working. You call to double check their hours due to Christmas and I get a rude, "It's a 24 hour store! And she hung up on me!" If you don't want to work on Christmas day, find a job that allows you to have the holidays off. And, don't work custoner service!! Ugh.

The only reason they are getting a 1 star is because I have to in order to give you my experience, my husband had two scripts sent over from med express at 5:15pm, one of which is an antibiotic which he needs ASAP since he has an abscesses tooth, after arguing with them on the phone 4 times and calling med express 4 times and med express re sending and calling the script in (they should have had three electronic copies and a verbal copy) my husband had to go to med express and get printed copies so that he could take them there, they still claim that they never spoke to anyone from med express, even though the lady from med express gave us the name of the pharmacist she spoke to. Needless to say now at 7:31pm they are finally filling the scripts but they won’t be filled until 8:53pm tonight!! Horrible experience, and it’s not our first go around with Walgreens we went to one in flint about a year ago and the same thing happened!!

I was at this location today. When I arrived at the counter I was greeted by a wonderful individual named Kat. Soon there after, my blood sugar went wonky. While they couldn't legally check my blood sugar, they offered all the kindness and comfort that was in their ability. Another individual named Ruben also checked on me a couple of times while I waited for my services to be completed.Even though they were visibly swamped with customers, these two found the time to let me know that they cared, and that means oh so very much! Thank you Kat and Ruben for all your kindness today!! 💜

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have NEVER had a problem with anyone there. Everyone us helpful and courteous. I am there a lot for prescriptions and have never ever had a problem with my scripts. They are filled right away, always smiling and if I have questions, the Pharmacists always take the time to answer them. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Came on a Saturday at 11pm and the store was closed due to “short staffing”. You should consider paying your employees a livable wage and maybe you would have enough staff to remain open during your normal business hours.
