She informed me of all deals and helped me make the most informed decision on my purchase. Matt and Carlos were both helpful as well! Tyler and Teresa also helped move furniture around so I could have a visual of how the couch I purchased would look in my home! A+ staff all around!

Prices that can't be beat. *I checked and they couldn't be matched 😉 they have it all from mattress to mirrors to beautiful sectionals... everything in-between. Great quality!!!The service was amazing. She knew the ins and outs of the floors and merchandise.We are proud new owners of a beautiful sectional. We definitely will be coming back for future pieces.

I had never been to Value City before and was greeted by a very friendly Mr. Rodney Ellison. I told Rodney what I was looking for and he explained the layout of the showroom so I could shop in peace without a “helicopter salesman”. Any questions I had he answered with great knowledge. Rodney was extremely professional and walked me through the purchasing process right up to the delivery details. If you’re looking for quality furniture go to Value City and ask for Rodney, you won’t leave disappointed!

I purchased a rocking recliner at Value City today. John was very helpful and showed me what I was looking for. I will go back for future furniture needs. The quality is good and the prices were within my budget.Thank you, John!When I went to pick up my recliner it wouldn’t fit in back of my Jeep so I had to put the seats down. There was one little problem! It was my sweet BIG Newfoundland Captain who was in the back seat! The two young men who loaded the recliner helped me get Captain from the back seat into the front seat. One of them even lifted his paws & chest so he could squeeze in the front. They went above and beyond to help me! That’s what I call customer care. The bonus is I love the chair! It’s super comfortable on my back!Thank you!

I bought a bedroom set today from Value City on Tittabawassee Rd In Saginaw and the customer service was very nice, from the time I walk in all the way through the buying process. No pressure at all, they didn’t follow me around but were close by for any questions I had. Theresa was great and I would buy from them again and also recommend them for those looking for furniture.

We felt so welcome, didn't feel like we were being pushed. Our sales lady was sweet and gave us awesome points. It has been a while since we visited the store. We also want to acknowledge the cleaning lady, she welcomed us into the store and took us to where we wanted to be and then went and got a sales lady for us, she keeps the store extremely clean and the bathroom I've never seen the men's bathroom at public settings be so clean, so glad to have you guys back in Saginaw.

Teresa was the kind of salelady everyone would want; no pressure...no hovering. She came only when she saw me pause and take interest in an item. Gave me some time then came to see if we had any questions. She answered promptly. We had great conversation while she rang the sale up. The warehouse guys (sorry I didn't get your names) were very friendly and helpful. Extreme professional but family friendly. Made my four year old boy very happy with a big sheet of bubble wrap. Value city will always be my choice to buy furniture.

Joe , our salesman, was patient and kind. He was knowledgeable about the products, and was never pushy. Joe gave us plenty of time to make decisions while still being attentive and available for questions. Matthew, the manager, was friendly and made sure we were confident with our purchase. We wrapped up our paperwork right up until the store closed and Matt never looked at his watch, or try to rush the process. Very much appreciated!! It felt like the entire workforce treated each other like family. I was very suprised by the quality of the furniture. I stopped in with the intent of "just looking" and ended up buying several pieces. 1st class treatment, outstanding products, amazing employees, and prices. When I need furniture, or anyone needs a recommendation - VCF all day!! This is not the VCF from years ago - go see Joe!! Give them a try and see for yourself.

Wanted to wait until I got my furniture before writing a review. I worked with Joe in the store and had an excellent experience. Joe was not over bearing, nor did he lose interest when I aimed at the clearance section. Joe was very friendly and very knowledgeable and very helpful; but didn't hover around watching my every move which was very appreciated. The ONLY issue I had with my experience was that I did not receive a call to schedule my delivery - but I called the store and spoke to Madonna who told me they had a software glitch and had scheduled me without contacting me. The time they assigned worked for me so at the end of the day it wasn't a big deal. The two young men who brought the furniture into the house were incredibly professional and friendly and handled their business very quickly. They had everything in and arranged and taken care of in less than 10 minutes. I cannot recommend Value City and the people who work there highly enough.

Purchased a couch from here and before the first year of owning this sectional I started to experience the cushions falling apart at the seams.After speaking with the store manager he paired us with Tyler in sales and he turned our nightmare into a furniture dream. If I could I would give Tyler 10 stars I would! Tyler was great and patient with my mother Sarah about which bed would be best for what she was looking for because of her upcoming knee surgery. Tyler helped me with finding a great bed that is going to help with my lower back pain. Tyler was so personable and helpful Im glad my mother was helped by him! I would recommend Tyler to anyone who wants great service, good laughs and just an all around great person who Loves being of service!

The financing process was quick and easy. My salesman John was very friendly. He listened to what I was looking for and what I didn't want in a couch. He found one that's perfect. We were trying to find one that matched and existing loveseat with an odd color and we found a pillow similar so he helped with comparison. Becky at the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very quick at processing. She even went one step further and called the financing place to ask them any questions directly.
