This is one of the best TSC's around. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Especially Jennifer, I wanted some shirts that were out of stock in my size in the store. She went online, found exactly what I was looking for and made some helpful suggestions about colors and they are on the way!

Great selection of products. Staff is always friendly. I like to go here for outdoor supplies and tools over home Depot and larger stores, because it's much quicker. I appreciate that I can bring in my dog (the cashiers always give her a treat.) :)

I'm giving a four star review because I love this store, I'm in there at least once a week however there is an employee that works there the day I came in named Shelby I was not impressed with her customer service skills, she wasn't very helpful like all the other staff is there she was rude and was more focused on pricing her merchandise then helping me find things she had nobody in her line and proceeded to push me onto other employees then when it was time for me to check out she was rude as hell. So Shelby may need some more customer service education😠

People working there were nice enough, understaffed for sure but they were trying. I set up a delivery, found out after I paid for everything they don't deliver long items(cattle/hog panels) cancelled those from delivery, was told the delivery company would call to schedule a time to deliver, they did not. They delivered while I was home, in a pile in the driveway, in the rain without me knowing they were here. I would strongly recommend against having them deliver anything.

They have all the materials needed for repairs of trailers, or almost any outdoor equipment. Clean store, nice parking lot, and very helpful staff. My comapny And myself use this store all the time, they are lifesavers on the fly. 4 stars only for the stock runs out on sales and popular items quickly.

Had an item stocked on the shelves(taking up half a section of shelving), when I brought one up to the front they said it was marked incorrectly and in the wrong spot and they wouldn't honor the price it was listed as.

This TSC, and the others I have visited lately, have emphasized personal, customer contact. The person at the checkout personally greeted us and asked if we needed help finding anything. When we were looking at animal medications in the locked refrigerator, another employee came over to unlock the door and help us.The last two times I have been in the TSC in Mt Pleasant, one of the employees offered to check me out in the middle of the store so I did not need to wait through the checkout line.

Professional and friendly staff. When I needed to rent a trailer to pick up a generator, due to a power outage that was expected to last another 32 hours, I was getting ready to leave with the trailer and got the call that the power was back on. They were very gracious, with no hassles about refunding the trailer rental.

Well we no longer have toys are us, but we have tractor supply. They have toys for everyone. Tractor and engine parts for dad, toys for kids and shoes for mom. A fun place to go for sure. I like to bring the kids in here and just think of stuff that we can build. I highly recommend this place.

I purchased an item online which was way cheaper than any other place I had researched, as I used the pick up service and my order was ready within minutes. This TS on Gratiot road appears to have a bigger selection than the other local TS's on Bay road or in Clio. I was excited when first entering. But quickly learned that the staff was rude! Not friendly at all. A woman worker was stocking the chicken supplies aisle, and that's the one aisle we actually needed. She was rude and snarky, as if we were intruding on her area and and was bothering her. She told us they did not have the chicken food we needed, which was a lie as we did locate it in a different section on a pallet. Stocking/rearranging should always be done before or after hours in my opinion. Customer service and sales is priority. Due to us not being allowed to shop/browse the chicken aisle, we ended up driving to Bay road (out of our way) to shop at our usual TS, and where the staff is always friendly and helpful. Spent an extra $50 on chicken treats etc that would've been spent at the Gratiot location if we were able to get down the aisle. (evening of 8-17-20). When I shop, I like to browse, so I will not be going back to the Gratiot location.

Price was wrong on shelf for product we were buying so when we got to the register we were a little suprised, but the staff was helpful and showed us the correct product. Also stated they will try to have stockers be more careful when placing product on shelf

The staff is exceptionally great here. I came in for a tractor tire - walked out with a tractor tire. They tried to up-sell me on 50 cent candy bars. While I appreciated the savings, I just wanted to trim my lawn not how to trim my waist.

Tractor Supply Company is the best place to go if you need to refill your propane tank or get some nuts and bolts. There staff is friendly and knowledgeable and are always happy to help. They typically have any size nuts bolts and washers that you can need and their prices are very reasonable.

Tractor Supply has a lot to offer. They have a variety of things from pet food and supplies, to nick nacks. Also, they have a good selection of fencing if you so need. I would liken it to a high level dollar store...
