Absolutely the best place around! Kim cut my dogs hair perfectly. He has never looked better. In addition to quality service, the cost of his grooming service was more than reasonable. It also included inner ear cleaning and anal gland expression. I give them 20/10 stars!

Workers are very animal friendly and inviting with your pets. My dog gets very excited and happy every time we arrive. Price for grooming is comparable and good to others. Good friendly service here as well.

We went to the new Barking Club to have our dog cut. Specified not to shave our dog and that is exactly what they did. The groomer did not care when my husband complained and picked up our dog. Horrible service and customer service!! I now know why they had to change their name.

My and my doggie's first experience and we are now and forever loyal customers. I had already heard great things about this specific groomer..and it's no lie. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating to the desire and image that you have for your pet. My dog looked and smelled beautiful.

After trying a few different groomers out, someone referred us to here and we've been with them for a year now. Our dog Rosie always looks and smells great after we pick her up. Never had a problem with the staff. The are always nice and super friendly!

The ladies there are so nice and easy going ! I have a special needs sheltie and they were so understanding of her condition ! Her needs didn't bother them a bit and they did a great job ! She looked beautiful and was a happy dog when I got there to pick her up. This will definitely be her new "beauty shop"! ❤️

They have been nothing be nice and professional with my dogs. They took us in after we had to leave our long-time groomers due to service becoming very rude. My dogs are not traumatized after being with them either. So far I'm very happy and I hope to have a long-time relationship with them in the future. I would recommend them to others.

Today was our first time bringing Lexie, our boxer/Australian shepherd mix here and I was so impressed! They called to see if we could go bring her in early because they had a scheduling conflict and got her in and out within an hour! She was even given a pretty bow and smells amazing!

Never again... I can't believe I have to write this. Took my dogs in a week ago to get their hair cut, after a couple hours I get a phone call saying they can't finish because they are having a power outage. I live a couple blocks away, no other buildings in the area had lost power, so my guess is they forgot to pay their power bill, but in any case the dogs looked like they had been attacked by a weed whacker. They told me they could get the dogs back in on monday (4 or 5 days after I had brought them in originally) and finish them for free. I agreed since I had no choice, but because of how terrible they looked I had to just finish the job when I got home before I even let the dogs in the house because they were so covered in clipped hair. Obviously I didn't really have time to be doing it myself or I wouldn't have taken them to a "professional" (I use professional very loosely...) groomer. Well then I was sick over the weekend and wasn't able to bring the dogs in on Monday and when I called to reschedule I got an answering machine and then it took thema whole day to return my call and tell me they couldn't get me in again until the week after that... Wow. Never again. Pay your damn power bills. SMH.

They always do a great job. Just make sure to call plenty in advance, although when I found a stray who was in really bad shape, they took her in for me right that day. Two other groomers within 1 mile. One is overpriced, the other is NASTY!

Second time coming here as walk ins (we have 4 dogs, so this is the most affordable in the area. We have been able to get in with no problem and a quick turn around! Staff is very nice and accommodating! They have a cute selection of dresses, neckerchief, blankets ,etc at very reasonable prices. Nails have no splinters or rough edges, which makes both my dogs and myself very happy! This is my new favorite spot for nail trimming!

I called they weren't open they called me first thing next morning and was able to see my dog following day. Staff was friendly. My dog looked great.. I will go back..

Don't bother with this place if they bless you with a actual answer the phone don't try it again. Called to check on appointment for next 6 hrs no call back called 8am the next morning same no answer. Good luck,I won't use someone that doesn't have decency to respond

Let my dog sit there for 2 hours then called to say they couldn’t do anything with her because she wasn’t cooperating. So what happened in those 2 hours? Not impressed
