I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to this time. This place is awesome. Been coming here for a couple years to purchase meat for our churches wild game dinner. I live 35 miles away so it's a bit of a drive. Decided to pick up some Ribeye steaks while I was there last time. They were absolutely fantastic. He hand cut them right in front of me. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Your not just a number at this place. I will make the drive any day for this type of service. Hard to find people you care anymore. God bless. Steve

Best place by far in Michigan especially coming from Europe. Special cuts you can order like Rouladen. German groceries also available like spices, eingelegte Gurken, Brot und vieles mehr!

Oh where do I start, firstly, a very nice, clean butcher shop. The family who runs it are freaking awesome! What sets them apart from other establishments like theirs..they wrap everything in paper.. PAPER, not plastic bags.. PAPER. Also they cut meat to your liking and if they are out of something, they will write your name and number down and call you when they come in. I bought some olive loaf, turkey breast, two very good rippled chuck roasts and many other things. They have meat bones for bone broth, dog smoked bones-which I bought for my grandbaby doggie Lydia. She's my girl, when her parents aren't around. Just really impressed and appreciative of how I was taken care of, she even divided up my hamburger. Blessings to your family!! Thanks for everything and see you on Wednesday for my meat bones and pork shoulder for Carnitas oh yeah!

They have the best filet around! Just melts in your mouth. Make sure you call the day before you want to pick it up because they don’t always have it and they will get it fresh for you. The ladies in there will always take care of you!!

Extremely personable owners. They actually know their customers names. I told my children when we walked in....if you go somewhere to buy meat and it doesn't smell fresh and delicious like this place turn around and walk out. The meat is fantastic. You can really tell the difference from other stores meats. They have a good assortment of beef. They also sell buffalo, lamb, fish, turkey, chicken, cheese, homemade lunch meats and such. This is really the only place I trust to buy meat. Prices are fair as well. Thank you Ted's for your amazing service and top notch meats!!!

Great meats! ALL are hormone/antibiotic/pesticide free! You can actually taste the difference. I used to shop at another local market but wont go anywhere else again. Cant stress how good the meats and homemade sausages are. To top it off, on only my 3rd visit there the kind woman behind the counter remembered my name! You cant get service like this anywhere, very patient and informative with all the question i have. I really appreciate the quality and service i get here! Thank you!

Isn’t it great how the little mom-and-pop shops always get 100% five-star reviews? These guys are the real economy builders. They figured out the secret in business. You just treat people nicely. This place is been around for years. I remember going here is a kid. They got a huge Sam’s Club and Meijer meat market right here in town and they still make it because they’re such a great place. Highly recommended.

Grew up in Saginaw, now live in Florida. My grandma sends me stuff from there for my birthday and Christmas so I can have a taste of home. Since then my wife and kids love the sticks and jerky. Might have to make a order for more shipments of goodies instead of those special days from Grandma!!

Extremely Rude employee.Just left the place. Inquired about a full bone in ham. At first they didn't have any, then she did have one. She weighed it up and says $83.I said that's more then I wanted to spend, but I do appreciate you finding one, have a nice easter. As I was walking out, she says "all for nothing"If the quality of there meats are anything like the quality of there employees, I wouldn't waste my time with this establishment.To finish this up, just called a place in Frankenmuth near bridgeport which I won't mention yet. 16 1/2 pound smoked semi boneless ham $63...

Some of the best meats around! We always stop whenever we have time. My dad always gets the landjägers. They have common offerings, as well as some exotic meats. If you have questions, they are always willing to answer, or offer suggestions if you're just looking for something to try!
